This was a first time experience! Everyone from administration, to the dental hygienist to the dentist….awesome! They were very thorough and informative. My teeth are sparkling and I am making an appointment for the work that needs to be done. I am a new satisfied patient…stay tuned after my next procedure! Oh and I received a gift!

Dr. Biggio and staff are super professional. Setting an appointment was easy enough and filling out the paperwork with the help of the kind and patient woman at the front desk was easy. My dental hygienist was very kind, gentle, and informative as she was examining, cleaning, and polishing my teeth. I enjoyed talking with her as she answered all of my questions and considered my thoughts and opinions regarding toothpaste pros and cons. Talking with Dr. Biggio is comforting. He explains the teeth very well and answers all questions with a gentle tone (even when you know he has almost certainly answered the same questions multiple times a day). He set a very comfortable environment when he asked about my family (who are also patients of his), which just makes the whole experience very enjoyable.My initial experience with Biggio Dental Care was as the spouse of a patient, and I had already formed a generally good opinion of him and his staff as they cared for my husbands teeth; Now that I am a patient, I can say that Dr. Biggio and his staff give the utmost care and concern for your teeth and general well-being.5 stars for the ease of customer service over the phone5 stars for the kindness of the staff5 stars for the professionalism of the practice.I recommend! :)

Visited for the first time today and they welcome you like family as soon as you walk in! A very clean, quiet, and friendly environment. The staff made sure I was taken care of and Dr. Biggio listened with intent to my concerns and then made sure I understood every part of the visit. I had to have extra work done in a short amount of time and they went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I wish I would have found this office sooner!

I had a amazing experience at Biggio Dental. I was a new patient and everyone was so kind and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I had quite a bit of work that needed to be done but it was all made easier with a warm blanket that the awesome dental assistant gave me, a rocking playlist and a tv in the room. I mean, who starts singing with their mouth wide open getting cavities filled? Me, thats right! I also had a great view looking out the window near the water. After my experiences at Bluebonnet Dental I was a little nervous about getting more dental work done. But the welcoming assistants assured I was in good hands, quickly putting me at ease. Christy was great with getting my appointments set up and sending out appointment reminders. Dr. Biggio is great, he made sure there wasnt any discomfort and completed the 3 fillings and pulled a tooth in under an hour.
