I have been with Dr. Portwood’s (and now Dr. Oshee’s too) practice as have many members of my immediate and extended family for decades. This is a true family operation, and they are skilled and kind and understanding.

This is my first visit and I now know I have found my dentist for here on out. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and was treated with professionalism. The cleaning and examination was very comprehensive. Everyone I met was very caring. I look forward to growing older and with the care they provide I will have my own teeth rather than dentures.

I cant recommend Dr. Portwood & his excellent team enough!! I have been seeing him almost my entire life and I now bring my children to him as well! Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and wonderful to be around. They are always on schedule and great at calming nerves. I also cannot say enough wonderful things about Meredith. She is one of the nicest people and was exceptional when dealing with my toddler on her first dentist visit. We look forward to many more years of bright, healthy smiles with Dr. Portwood!

I have been going to Dr. Portwood for many, many years! Longer than any other doctor I have. He is always so friendly, explains everything he is doing or going to do, in great detail. He is extremely professional in everything, and so is his staff. They make me feel so comfortable, and like so many others have said, treats me like family! I have had a lot of dental issues, and Dr. Portwood has always taken great care of my dental needs! I rate him 10 stars!!

I am a long-time patient of Dr. Portwood and have needed lots of dental work, mostly due to heredity. I can say that Dr. Portwood and his staff are absolutely amazing! He is very patient and thorough. He explains well what needs to be done and takes the time to do the job right. The dental hygienists are always gentle but thorough in the cleanings. Also, Dr. Portwood does not try to do any extra non-necessary procedures like other dentists I had been to in the past did. He and his staff truly care about your dental health and they are so friendly and pleasant! So glad I found them!
