My first baby was just born in December 2020. I am so happy I chose to have a midwife deliver my baby. She was so wonderful. From answering every question I had, to the wonderful encouragement while delivering. I highly recommended having a midwife to deliver your baby. I thank all the midwifes and doctors from Batavia hospital that I worked with from the bottom of my heart for making my delivery exactly what I wanted it to be and supporting me from start to finish!

The whole staff is great. The receptionists, nurses and midwives are very kind and helpful. Cecilia Stearns is amazing! She’s delivered all 3 of my children and there’s no one else I’d trust more than her. She’s knowledgeable, kind and caring.

I have been going to the Womens Care Center for years. All of the doctors, midwives, nurses and staff are very friendly, helpful, and care about their patients. The midwives especially go above and beyond when it comes to delivering babies!

I switched to Womens Care as it was closer to home and Im so glad I did. The staff was wonderful to work with and always very helpful. I went to both the Batavia and Medina sites. My appointments were always timely and I loved that I could have ultrasounds done right in the Batavia OB office without having to go to radiology especially during these COVID times. The midwifery group here is wonderful. Ive always felt heard and reassured. I was also very happy to deliver at Batavia Hospital. I would highly recommend this group to any friends or family.

I used Women’s Care Center for both of my pregnancies. I have nothing but great things to say about all of the midwives and nurses I’ve worked with, from my initial appointment all the way through to labor and delivery. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Took a little time to do everything but the Doctor Edwards and Nurse Renee where absolutely wonderful. I really felt like the nurse was listening to my issues, concerns and questions, every concern I had was adressed in a manner that did not leave me feeling diminished. I even had the luxury of an audience as students sat in on my appiontment.

One of the male doctors told me it would be Overkill to get a hysterectomy. I have been in severe pain for almost 2 weeks. He then brushed it off, and said to just take ibuprofen. Very rude. Dont listen to patients very well.

The wait is over two hours before you see a midwife. My appointment was a 3:30 pm and I was told to arrive at 3:15 which I did. At 5:00 pm I was put in a room where I waited until 5:40 pm until the Midwife came in. By that point I was so upset I forgot half of the questions I had about my pregnancy. They did apologize but this is the THIRD time this has happened to me. Why dont you schedule your time better? Or if you are running late please call me and tell me to come two hours later. I could stay at work and continue to get paid. My time is valuable too.

Good luck getting in for an appt without scheduling a year in advance. I usually go home twice a year and try to make my yearly appt about two months in advance and they are always booked solid. They also seldomly answer the phone is you have questions and even when I do get an appt (I usually grab the earliest possible time) I find myself waiting at least 45 minutes to an hour for someone to say they are ready for me. I understand alot of people go, but I just cant imagine it always being this bad but it is. If you can find a different place, I would suggest doing that.

It’s okay staff when I go but I seriously cannot get ahold of them even when they are open. They never answer the phone. They’re open till 4 and they take lunch from 12-1 yet I’m called around 2 and I called twice and they didn’t answer

They missed my daughters heart defects in utereo when they shouldnt have, they never referred me to specialists when there were some concerning things going on in the pregnancy. My daughter nearly died at birth because of it and I hemorrhaged. I would not wish these midwives on my worst enemy.

Very rude!!! Unprofessional! I had a 4:30p.m appiontment .I did arrive early. I waited till around 6:00p.m and then became fustrated. I then asked to just reschedule and was told you came early. (Didnt think arriving early was against policy) although Some one did come call me to the back right after I asked to reschdule I then waited in the back for a doctor to see me for about 30-40 minutes and then I decided for a 4:30 appiontment this was unnacceptable I left close to 7:00p.m.... NEVER AGAIN!!!No one deserves that. I could have understood and respected this situation more if some had apologized for the wait or gave a heads that they are running behind instead of blaming me for coming early i guess being late to works better
