Had some bad experiences before at other dental places so I was a bit nervous 😬 to get an infected tooth pulled. The dental hygienist really makes you feel comfortable and are very good spirited people. The dentist himself is just as great , makes sure your numbed up good so you don’t feel any pain when getting that tooth ripped out of your head! The receptionist are awesome 👏 as well ! It’s just an uplifting place for a dentist office and that made me feel comfortable for some more tooth pulling! I’m happy to say this is my new dentist and highly recommend and this coming from someone who is highly allergic to dentists in general

Went in for a tooth hurting. Office staff was very well organized, polite and courteous. Wait time was little to none. They explain the options and respected my decisions. And fixed the tooth. This is important because the last time I saw a dentist was 10 years ago, and the time before was 25 years ago. Each time not liking the whole experience. So looks like I’ve finally found a dentist office for maybe a routine visits. May actually not wait till I can’t stand it.

After having been referred by a trusted friend, yesterday was my first appointment for a cleaning and general dental check up at Batavia Family Dental.I have nothing to say but fantastic comments, starting with Valerie at the front desk (who is very friendly and was also faithful to call me as soon as a cancellation came up), Safura (who did an exceptional cleaning on my teeth), Dr. Steve, who was welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable, and, finally, Melissa (who answered several questions with regard to future treatment)! Not only is everyone I encountered helpful, kind, polite, and caring, but each individual was well-trained and knowledgeable in their given area of expertise. Dr. Steve addressed an issue that had been a concern for me the last several years....he brought it up even before I said a word about it! The office is clean, spacious, and tidy, and all the equipment seems to be current, as ongoing training in the field of dentistry appears to be a priority, both for the dentist himself, as well as for the dental hygienists.I am deeply grateful to have been welcomed as a new patient and look forward to seeing all the fabulous staff again, to many years of clean, well-cared for teeth, and a bright smile after each visit!! I will refer others to Batavia Family Dental for dental care and HIGHLY RECOMMEND without any hesitation whatsoever!!!

Dr. Steve is very up to date with dental technology, and his work shows it..Excellent dentistry, very clean facility, very experienced, professional and respectful staff. I have been terrified of the dentist since a young age. Even at 30, when I first went to Batavia Dental, but Dr. Steve made an incredible difference in making me feel comfortable! I started coming to Batavia dental eight years ago. I have had many previous Dentists and since I have been going to Batavia dental I have had to have a lot of work done to make today the best Ive had in years. I am 61 years old and as a teenager I lost a lot of teeth on my uppers and lowers and have not had a lot of teeth. Ive eaten just with my front teeth for quite some time and as of Wednesday August 11, 2021 the day came to have my permanent uppers and lowers. I had my first ear of corn within an hour after having them in and I as a grown man cried like a baby. I was able to eat my first ear of corn with no problems what so ever, clearing an ear of corn within minutes made me the happiest person in the world and every time I put solid food in my mouth that I have not eaten in years I start laughing. Thank you to Steve Sokolovskiy D.D.S. I as a young man had several dentist that hurt me. At a young age I was quite worried about being hurt and Steve was very conscientious about making sure he didnt do that. I had major work done and I have been pleased all the way through my experience with him and his dental assistant Desiree and the rest of the staff thank you very much for making it possible for me to eat the food that I enjoy eating. I would recommend Batavia dental and their associates to anyone that I come across in the rest of my life ❤️❤️❤️👍

Omg best dentist in town. I mean the staff genuinely cared for me and teeth. I had a crack tooth and those guys built me up from the ground up. The best and most honest dentist Ive ever been to. Another firm wanted ~ $6,000 to do 2 root canals and after the thorough exam was done by Batavia Family Dental I was informed it was not required! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

I cracked a tooth during the NY Pause. It didnt hurt, so I waited till Phase 4 was reached, and got my tooth looked at quickly and appointment made to fix it. The office is following the guidelines very well, and I was comfortable during the time of the examination.

Friendly staff, COVID conscious, seemed very attentive and professional. My crown was fitted and is comfortable/natural feeling.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, 1 was impacted. The process was quick and painless. The day after the procedure I had minor pain and swelling. The staff and doctors were extremely helpful and made it stress free. I definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We travel all the way from Rochester to see all the great people at BFD. My 9 year old daughter walked out the door after her cleaning saying: I cant wait to come back to the dentist! That tells you all you need to know about BFD.😊

I was very hesitant to go to the dentist during a pandemic but the experience was great! They had limited people, check in and temperature checks. The filtration system and everything covered up lead to a safe experience. Chris was quick and efficient with my cleaning!

Dr. Steve , what a professional and great guy, he always keeps you at ease. I had a root canal done on Friday (on his day off) he had to clean up old dental work and rebuild the tooth, (pain free) all in 55 minutes. I was expecting to come back a second day to finish it but with the current technology that he maintains I was done in one visit WOW!!! What a perfectionist.
