I am new to this practice, but so far my experience has been great!!Paulina had me in and out of the chair in less than 30 minutes with my mouth feeling just as great as the hour I used to spend in the chair at my last dentist. And they take my insurance! And Dr. Will did a great job checking things out.

I have seen Dr will twice now and he is a very good dentist. I appreciate that he tells you what he is doing during the whole procedure. I think that is a nice touch. Everyone is very nice and professional at Elliff dental.

The people that work here are just as friendly as you can hope for making the experience alot easier.I cannot say enough about the cleanliness and professional atmosphere that you experience all the while feeling at ease.Thanks for making it easy to see the dentist again....

I took my grandchildren to their first appointment at Elliff Dental. The office is pleasant, the staff was very polite and efficient. No one sat in the waiting room for more than a few minutes. I highly recommend Elliff Dental.

The staff are friendly and everyone was wearing a mask which made me feel safe. I saw Dr. Will who was very thorough and professional.

I was a little nervous about returning to the dentist as a new patient since my previous cleaning at another office was before the COVID lockdown. The staff at Elliff was very professional and the front desk employees were masked and my hygienist, Nicole, wore proper PPE of two masks, goggles, and a face shield. Her cleaning was thorough and she explained each procedure. Dr. Andrew was welcoming and also had proper PPE during my exam. I left my appointment feeling relieved and at ease. Glad to have found this office close to home!

I recently switched over to Elliffs care because my dentist officially retired. I was somewhat hesitant searching for a new dentist. The office and all staff members were very courteous and professional. My experience included a full exam, cleaning and a chipped tooth filling. I was extremely pleased with the treatment from everybody, and plan to switch over my entire family to their care.

I moved to Batavia 2 years ago and after looking for a new dentist I found Elliff! I love everything about the office, the whole staff is kind & courteous! That are always on time and have even called to let me know the Dr. was running early if I wanted to come in early. They always notify you ahead of time about appointments with reminders via text and email. They can work with anyone’s schedule with some evening hours and even Saturdays! They are great and I would recommend them to anyone!

Best dentist ever, very easy going, and Im not a fan if dentists but they make sure Im ok the entire time and at the end their pricing is great!! Beat part they work with most insurances too!!

Wonderful office. Dr Elliff shows you xrays and pictures of everything that needs to be done and explains it well. Ive nerver had a problem and hes done a lot of work in my mouth with no issues. I went here for the first time after we moved to Batavia, a little apprehensive since I had the same dentist since I was a kid. When I first met Dr. Elliff, his intro was, Hi, Im doctor..uh, Im Andy. I like it when I can talk to someone without this aire of authority; it makes it easy to have cogent conversations. His assistants are all friendly and top-notch, appointments are easy and more or less available (the state of healthcare these days). They explain cost and benefits of everything up front - in fact they explain everything pretty well right down to what they see on your x-rays, plaque patterns, etc. Ive never felt uncomfortable or ill-informed. My young children like going there too (I feared the dentist as a child - like I said, they are friendly and warm and make patients feel comfortable). The only constructive recommendation I could make for them would be that instead of a manual toothbrush with my 6 month cleaning, they supply instead a cleaning head for the electric toothbrush they sold me. Everything else is flawless.

Usually visits to the dentist can be a little intimidating and we chose not to go. However, this is not the case at Elliff Dental; staff is really professional and welcoming as a matter of fact I was so please by the experience that I going to make this my personal dentist.
