I had a great experience at the dentist! The staff treated me warmly when I checked in. The dental hygienist was friendly and all of the tasks (x-rays and cleaning) were done quickly and thoroughly without much discomfort. The doctor (dentist) is very knowledgeable and open to questions. Highly recommended.

I brought my 6 year old here for the first time yesterday, after our previous dental practice closed. Everyone was great. We liked the receptionist snd the hygienist! They had a TV for him to watch on the ceiling during his cleaning, and were very personable and friendly. They allowed me to bring my 4 year old and 2 year old back to watch, to get them used to the dentist. They recommended x-rays, but did not pressure me when I asked to delay them. They did not pressure me to do fluoride treatments either (though they did offer them!) I appreciated them taking my opinion and parental choice into account! The dentist was great, and explained things thoroughly. My son was thrilled that he got to choose a prize out of a treasure chest when he was done. I am bringing my 4 year old back next month, and I plan to go in September. My husband is going to go as well. If you’re looking for a dentist, please give them a try!

All staff is kind and welcoming. Going to the dentist is always nerve wracking for me (let alone during a pandemic) and they made me feel so comfortable and at ease! Would definitely recommend!

Everyone is really nice, really modern equipment made my visit quick and easy! Even have A tv for you to watch Netflix while your sitting back in the chair.

My daughter and I have been long-time patients of Dr. Korpan, having regular cleanings and miscellaneous dental work (e.g. fillings, and a crown).This specific visit on 12/28 was because on Saturday, 12/26 I had chipped enamel off of the side of one of my lower molars. What a fun thing to do over the weekend! I called the office Monday morning to see when they could fit me in, and they had me come in right away!I was worried that Id need another crown, but Dr. Korpan was able to correct it with a filling. When I told him I thought Id need a crown, his response was, we like to save our patients money!Not only has Dr. Korpan been great, I really appreciate the Dental Hygienists, Dental Techs(?), and Office Manager!Oh, they also offer spa-like services (pre-COVID).

Love this dentist and the hygienists. They are all very personable and remember specific things about you and what’s going on in your life. They are all great with the kiddos too. Dr. Korpan has a great technique for making the numbing shots hurt a lot less! Unfortunately we moved so we couldn’t go here anymore. I wish we could have packed up this whole office and taken them with us.

I have been seeing Dr. Korpan since I moved to Batavia well over 10 years ago.. His skill, modern equipment and location make it easy and comfortable to get work done. The hygienists and staff are very good and courteous. Cant go wrong choosing Dr. K if you need a dentist.

I love Dr. Korpan and his staff! We travel 30 minutes to the office because we love the staff and how comfortable they make you feel. I recently switched dental offices and I am so happy I chose Batavia Family Dental. It is so close to home and everyone there makes it feel like home as well, they even have TVs to watch while you are getting your teeth cleaned! Cant remember name of doctor who saw my daughter at this place but him and the staff there were the best! For being 4 years old they made her feel really comfortable and happy to be there :) they were really sweet and i felt they were all happy working there. hope they keep that attitude for as long as they can, I might even go there still even though we moved 30 mins away.

I had a broken tooth, was a first time patient. The front office was so welcoming, professional . Got me in right away. Handled my insurance with ease for me. Dr Tarpan, was excellent, no pain, tooth repaired in less than half an hour. No novocaine or painful needles. Highly recommend

Basic periodic exam a few weeks ago. Appointment began as scheduled. Fast (but not too fast!), efficient, friendly, and without a lot of extra chit, chat that some offices believe reflects good service. We all have things to do and spending a lot of time at the doctor or dentist does not help get those other things done.After a few years at another dentist, I came back and am glad I did.

I normally hate going to the dentist. This place makes you feel very comfortable and down to earth. They even have tvs in the rooms to make you more comfortable. The dentist and the hygienist were very friendly and had great personalities. It takes me 30 mins to get there but exceptional service is worth the drive.

This used to be a great place to come to however since the new receptionist came along its nothing but. Her fake friendly attitude and saying she will do things like check prices or get back to you on certain things never happens. Theres never any follow up or getting a call back and seems like they will do anything to gouge you financially, I just got a statement showing what I owe and there were finance charges so I called because never was I told about this and they said the computer adds it on but the receptionist is suppose to take them off lol she never did surprise surprise and it makes you feel like they are just money hungry. I have to say the receptionist is very unprofessional and I wouldnt reccomend this place.
