Absolutely loved Olivia! She took time to understand what I needed from my haircut to make sure it was something that I would love each day. She even took time to show me how it would look in a natural way with a simple blow-dry and also how I could spice it up and add in some curls. The salon itself was clean and the front desk staff were efficient and welcoming.

Went in to get my hair done by Olivia, and she managed to make it look amazing despite my being 15 minutes late. She was so, so easy to talk to and knew what I had in mind and worked magic to get it there. I have black hair and she managed to lift it to the perfect shade. I drove over 45 minutes to come here and don’t regret a thing, would do it again any day. If you want your hair colored, ask for Olivia!

There was a little bit of a scheduling issue with my appointment at first, but someone was able to call and fix the issue and even brought the hair stylist I wanted to see (Olivia) on the phone to help. I had an awesome experience this past weekend when I got my hair cut by Tameka! She understood what I wanted and what I needed for my hair type and how I wanted to style it. She gave me layer that looks great styled and naturally. This is my second time seeing her and I will definitely return!

I got my hair done by Olivia and she did an absolutely amazing job! She really worked with me to help pick a color that would fit my skin tone as well as my overall desired outcome. Throughout the whole process, she kept checking to make sure everything was good and styled my hair to make the color would stand out even more. To make it even better, not only is she great at doing hair, but she is also just a lovely person to talk to! Highly recommend going to her because you are getting more than just a great color.

I want to thank Olivia at Zanos in Batavia. I had an appointment on Friday and walked out not feeling the best about the results - which has never happened before - I reached out to Olivia who colored my hair 2 weeks previously and told her what happened. With out hesitation she gave me an opening for Sunday to fix the style. Its been a long time since I have had a Go to Stylist and I can say that Olivia is now my Go to stylist. She has an amazing personality, and makes you instantly feel like you have been best friends for years. I walked out feeling like a movie star. Not only did she fix it for me she also showed me what to do at home with the tools I told her I had available at home as well as what product to use. If you want to work with an Amazing stylist Olivia is your the one!

Do you have curly hair?? Karla is the BEST. It can be hard to find a stylist who knows how to cut curls. Karla is great - looks good leaving and grows beautifully between cuts. And shes awesome with color too.

I made appointments for my daughter and myself to get highlights. Unfortunately, the girl who booked my appointment only gave me a 15 minute time slot. Needless to say, the stylist could not do my color. She was very nice, and set me up with the colorist who was also doing my daughters color. (See sad photo.) My daughter asked for lavender highlights, evenly spaced, not chunky, with some underneath to be visible when she wears her hair up. After bleaching and coloring, only one small strip of lavender was on her hair. We were told that lavender only takes on platinum hair. That would have been helpful to know up front. So, we agreed to a darker shade of purple. The end product was amateurish. Horrible placement. Wine in color. No color underneath. Amanda, the colorist, supposedly trains new stylists, teaches at the salon-owned school, and provides continuing education for local stylists! Really? And, I wont even get into the disappointing results of my own color. To be fair, Zanos management has offered to correct my color at no charge. I would not recommend Amanda for color.Update: Spoke with the manager, who agreed to have my color redone by another colorist at no charge. Kourtney did a great job, and was very nice. Kelli, the manager also agreed to have my daughters color fixed at no charge. Once my daughter saw that my hair was fixed, she agreed to go back. I spoke with Kourtney to see if she could do what my daughter wants...purple streaks. Yes, no problem. Come in on Tuesday. We arrive for the Tuesday appointment, only to find that THEY DONT HAVE ANY PURPLE IN THE SALON. Again, Kourtney was very nice, but no one was apologetic about us making yet another wasted trip. Time is valuable, and this is getting ridiculous.

I came in to see Olivia as a heavily highlighted and toned blonde. I’m a natural dark brown but I’d been going blonde since I graduated high school in 2013! I came in wanting to go more to my dark roots so it would be easier to maintain. It was a big change but Olivia made sure I was comfortable and ready prior to my appointment. She even told me step by step what she was doing during the color changing process. She spent a good bit of her time on me and the end result was beautiful. She styled my hair afterwards and no one but me has ever been able to tame my curly, frizzy hair! I’m so happy I made this change and can’t wait for my next appointment with Olivia!

They do an amazing job at cuts and colors. Ive been bleaching my hair, which is hard on the hair, but Amanda has been very helpful with recommending products and making sure that my hair isnt damaged too badly. Amanda does an amazing job with my color I really love the way its turned out. The cut is equally as wonderful, everything is always done exactly how I want it and Gizell can style my hair wonderfully.

I have been going to this location for a couple years now for pedis and skincare. I havent tried this Zanos for their hair services. I like the attention and care all of the staff takes with the clients (me) when there. I have been very satisfied with the service I get for the price I pay. I highly recommend their package systems if you can afford it all at once.

I got my hair done by Olivia about a month ago and i have resistant to color asian hair and she lightened my hair beautifully and took care of it during and after the process! She definitely heard out my concerns and took her time to understand it and i couldn’t be happier with the way she transformed my hair. I visited the Zano Batavia Spa for the first time today as part of a charity event. I was very impressed with the level of attention all the guests received, the knowledge and courteous staff. The owner, made sure all the guests were attended to and even provided extra care and services. Every attention to detail was noted. We were all treated as Queens during our visit. Visiting the spa you could sense the feeling of family among the owner, Denise and her staff. If you would like to escape from your worries and enjoy a day of relaxation and pampering, I recommend you visit this Zano Spa. You will look and feel better leaving this magical place.

Ive been using Zano Salon for about 5 years or so, and I really recommend it. Almost every stylist Ive ever met there has been personable and done a good job. Many of them go above and beyond. I continue to go there for my hair and nail needs.

The salon staff was warm and welcoming, and there was a lovely atmosphere in the waiting area, with comfortable chairs and beverages of my choice. I sipped green tea while I waited. Claire Rome, my stylist, was patient and listened well, asking me what I hoped for in my haircut. She worked carefully and methodically while maintaining pleasant conversation. Its great to establish a working relationship with ones hairdresser, as that is part of the total experience, and Claire was a winner in that area. I look forward to returning to Zano and seeing Claire again. We talked about the idea of highlighting in the future, and Im gearing myself up for the possibility of this change, since I have salt and pepper hair and have not colored my hair for years. I have confidence that Claire knows what shes doing, and I will certainly refer my friends with no reservations.

They are a full service salon with reasonable prices, excellent employees who are always upbeat and fun to be around.I get my hair colored every three weeks with Brooke. She is amazing !!! If you need a color correction or you have problems holding a color or just want a new look shes your girl.I also get facials and eye brow waxing with Diana. She is very knowledgeable in skin care and her appointments never disappoint. Its so convenient to get your nails done before your hair color so that by the time your on your way home they are completely dry.Zanos is a full service salon that I highly recommend. I have tried others theres no comparison.

Made an appointment for 3:45, texted when I got there at 3:40. Waited for 20 minutes and left at 4:00. Finally got a text back at 4:12 saying that they were ready. Whats the point of an appointment if you arent going to be ready for it?

I went in with faded green, blue, and purple hair. KARLA was able to get all the color out back to my natural brown and put highlights in. She was amazing and my hair was not damaged at all. I will definitely go back to her for my hair care needs!

My past two visits to Zano’s in Batavia have been delightful. I have been jumping from one salon to the next...not really feeling I was getting what I was paying for or even happy with the end results. I was lured back to Zano’s with a promotional deal to get to know one of their new employees, Justin, that does both cut and color. I was elated I would not have to see two separate people. Justin is experienced, caring and most importantly listens to what you want. I have had my hair highlighted twice so far and cut on my most recent visit. He does a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him!

Gina is always friendly and personable. She seems to know the style and cut that I want that best flatters my face. I never have a negative experience there.

I was sprayed in the face with water at least 6 times, almost all of my makeup was washed off, I got smacked with a hair brush twice, I got painful soap in my eyes, and my hairdresser was generally only half present while doing my hair. I go to pay... $56. I have no problem paying that much for a hair cut, but it has to be worth that much.

The appointment I scheduled back in dec for yesterday yet was screwed up as they put me down for Saturday which I would have never scheduled since I work on that day.
