We absolutely love Kim! She is always so pleasant and patient and has never given any of us a bad cut. Great with kids too! Store has always been clean anytime we have been there also.

I brought my 22 month old son in for a haircut today. He screamed and try to jump out of the chair the entire time. The women that cut his hair was so patient! She was very skilled considering he was moving around so much. His hair looks great!

They do accept walk ins. Nice people nice environment but my hair cut wasnt the best my fade was uneven on the sides and I have random spots on top of my head that are way shorter then the rest of my hair. Ill be wearing a hat for about 2 weeks.

I moved to Batavia six years ago started getting my haircut at Supercuts. I get my haircut every 2 to 3 weeks, moved to Buffalo, and still make a 35 minute drive in to get my haircut.I definitely recommend them.

Nicole is the best. She listens to what youd like offers opinion and together you decide how to proceed. She is very quick yet presice and great at what she does. She is very talented and can offer you all different types of styles.

I usually call ahead of time and get my name on the list. They get me right in within 5 minutes of showing up even if there is a crowd of people waiting so they hold true to their call ahead customer wait times. They are always friendly and easy to carry on a conversation with while they cut my hair, and I am never unhappy with the outcome

The girl who did my hair was professional and friendly. She knew what she was talking about and she was able to point me in the right direction of products I actually needed, instead of just trying to make a sale.

I have been going here for 10 years and it’s been slowly declining. I received the worse haircut I have ever experienced today from this place. Stylist didn’t listen to clear direction or trimmer length or style. Doesn’t know what blending means. She also took a patch of hair from the back of my head with the trimmer which wasn’t brought to my attention until I got home and it was pointed out. Accidents occur but have the decency to admit it. I will never go back! Fully disappointed.

My stylist took me right in. Honored my request for a towel on the sink because of neck pain. Cut my hair the way I wanted. Dried my hair because it was so cold out. She was happy and pleasant.

Bottom line is that they lost a dedicated customer today. I would get my haircut every week at this location and after getting my hair chopped with a poor fade I went back to have them simply fade it I was looked at as if I had 3 heads and was an inconvenience. Feeling as if youre an inconvenience is certainly not a feel good moment. I walked out and went to find another stylist. I will not be treated this way. Customer service is important and you need to learn that. Youre losing business and this is one of the reasons why.

Very polite staff. I went to show a picture of previous haircut from another place and she said thats okay, how would you like it? I told her and done in 15 minutes and perfect job. They also cut my sons hair and the other woman did an excellent job on him as well in about 20 minutes.

I love the app and how you can check in before you get there. They took us within 10 seconds of walking in the door. They talked to my 6 year old like the little respectable human that she is and asked what she wanted for her hair and took into account her opinion. She painstakingly combed through each knot in her hair with patience. Very nice women working there. I like that they brought back the loyalty punch card too.

Fast, efficient And Listened to what I wanted in a haircut!

I honestly cannot say enough about this place. I am a guy who knows nothing about hair styling and a bad memory about how to actually get my hair done. But the girls there are so incredibly nice to me and my incompetence. They always give great suggestions about what would look best for my head shape but then even before they do it they ask me if I am sure if thats what I want done.Plus they are fun to have a conversation with. It makes the time go by quickly.Now, I have a beard that I absolutely love and my shaver recently broke and Im not motivated enough to spend a $100 on a new shaver. So, I went to them and asked if they could touch up my beard that had become to look like a mix between a mad lumberjack and a mad hatter leprechaun. I have a hard time trusting people with my hair let alone my beard. But they did a terrific job on it. They took their time which I really appreciated.If you want to not spend a lot of money, you get more than what you pay for. They have great service, and the girls there are really great. I just wish I could remember the ones name that has been doing my hair and beard the past couple of times so that I can give her a shout out.

The offer is very nice though.Havent been here since before the pandemic but realized I never left a review.Had my hair done a couple times here. First time was good, just a trim then out the door. Second time my hair was cut uneven and I was so embarrassed to call back because the woman was so nice and I was told they would accept the fix even though it was 8 days after my cut. Which, great! Thats my fault for being a wuss about it and not calling sooner. The ding in the rating is the woman who fixed it. Lets just say she was rude, not appalling, but rude and didnt believe me when I said it was uneven until she messed with my hair. Telling me its just the way the part is. But most of the time theyre nice. I didnt even mind it was messed up to be honest, just lose the snark.

I had a stylist named Nicole do a fade for me. Im always nervous about haircuts because sometimes they just get messed. HOWEVER this haircut was so amazing and fast. I havent felt so great after a cut in a long time. Almost reminded me of a cut back when I was in the service on post. Definetely recommend this location and Nicole. 5 stars. And of course the warm towel at the end was great!

My husband needed a haircut and he usually goes to a specific barber. Supercuts got him right in, cut his hair how he likes it,and it cost less than his barber.

Quick and nice cut

I went there Saturday to get my eye brows waxed and I wish I could remember the girls name that did them. She had long red hair. Well In between waxing them she plucked. She was doing my left eye and I felt her pluck out WAY more then a couple hairs. Then she tells me that my left eye brow is way thinner then my right. When I walked into that place they were both equally bushy, I havent had them done in a month. Long story short she waxed/plucked half of my left eye brow off and told me thats what they looked like before I walked in there. I got so pissed that she wouldnt admit to doing it I was shaking. She blamed it on since she took so much off the bottom and top and since they are thin it was completely bald in the middle. Funny because I usually get them done twice a month and Ive NEVER had a problem with half of my eye brow missing because of the thinness. I wouldnt be so Mad if she would have just admitted to it. So yeah dont get your eye brows done there or else youll turn into one of those girls that has to draw her own damn eye brows on...like me.

Did a fantastic job at a decent price

Today my husband and I went to super cuts. He got a hair cut and i got highlights and a hair cut. We wont be going back. I am very unsatisfied with my hair. The hair dresser cut my hair uneven and we had to go to a different salon just to have them fix it... also while we were there nicole the one hairdresser made us feel very unwelcomed. We paid 170 dollars for everything and the whole time we were there kept getting stared at. Also while there I noticed that when nicole was cutting someones hair she was talking on her phone while doing it. Unprofessional. Very rude. I felt like we were being rushed out the door. My hair looks like a kindergartner did it. I am not happy at all. I showed pictures of what I wanted and got completly different. My highlights I asked for a blonde with silver in it. I did leave with blonde but I also left with a tint of blue in my hair and for some reason the hair dresser decided to put brown hair dye in my hair when my hair is ALREADY brown.

They have good prices, call ahead appointments, and walk-ins.
