My nails came out awesome

Since I rely on Google reviews, I wanted to take the time and write a review for Livia Beauty Spa.I work in Rochester, and yes it would be more convenient, and a time saver for me to have a pedicure done on a lunch hour, to me, Livia Beauty Spa is worth the extra travel time (I live half way between Batavia and Rochester).After not being happy with several spa/salons in the Rochester area, a few of my friends suggested that I give Livia Beauty Spa a try. This place is my favorite! No other salon can compare with the quality of work, attentive employees, and the value. All of the nail technicians take their time with the application, are meticulous, and make me feel welcomed. It’s been a wonderful and relaxing experience each time that I’ve been in.

I was able to make an appointment, and they were on time. Very busy salon, but the staff was very professional.The salon itself is very clean and modern. It’s quite nice, and overlooks a golf course.My last pedicure (at another salon) was not great, but at Livia, I had a wonderful relaxing time, and my pedicurist did an awesome job.I was also surprised that the price was so reasonable, which meant she got a stellar tip on top of that.They seem to prefer cash, but do accept card payment.Will definitely be back!!

Rude staff, obnoxious owner and I am still trying to recover from some strange foot fungus that my doctor thinks I got from there. Save yourself, go somewhere else.
