Each visit w/ my master stylist Andrea is something I always look forward to. She always makes me feel comfortable in the chair and always gives me an honest opinion on the healthiest hair style choices I make. For someone who really isnt a fan of hair trims, I only trust her to touch my hair. The suggestions and knowledge she has to also maintain the healthy hair I want also is something I never had at any other salon. Ive been with her for over 5 years and her large client following speaks for itself. Everyone at Platinum is awesome and I recommend everyone to schedule with them.

Becky is truly an amazing stylist. She went above and beyond to make sure my hair was exactly what I wanted. She takes her time, gives great advice on what she thinks will look the best. She seriously is amazing. Literally the only person I will let touch my hair, ever! Thank you again!

I have been seeing Becky Schott for a couple of years now and she just recently moved her business over to Platinum Salon, My first impression was the salon was clean and adorable. The vibe was awesome, great music playing and the ladies were all welcoming. Becky is amazing and always does my hair exactly how I like! I have very thick hair and she always manages to layer it the right way and work her magic to thin it out a bit so its not so bulky and thick. My hair color is always done right and exactly how I like. I trust her and love her input and her expertise. Def. a great salon and will always be back!

I went to Becky for my hair extensions, and she did an amazing job! The color matched perfectly and no damage at all to my hair (Blonde) , and she made the whole experience fun and comfortable the entire time. Ive went to a few hair stylist and Ive definitely found my girl! Definitely would recommend her for anyones hair!

I highly recommend Platinum Salon!! Today was my first visit and I’m so glad I went. I will now be a forever customer. Alicia the owner is absolutely amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. The other girls in the salon are also very welcoming. I absolutely fell in love with the salon. It is very clean and the decor is so cute and chic! It makes you feel like your at home because of how warm and cozy it feels inside. The atmosphere is also very comforting. I am also sooooooo in love with the way my hair came out!! It’s literally everything I’ve ever wanted my hair to look like. Alicia knew exactly what to do with my hair just by me giving a brief description of what I was lookin for. I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven’t already. I’m glad I did!

Alicia is very professional, friendly, and generous. She is also well-versed in her profession and does consistent work. I travel from Michigan just to get my hair done here. I highly recommend the Platinum Salon.

Loving my transformation thanks to Andrea at platinum salon:)) I have been a client of Andrea for a few years now and have always been impressed with her work. I went in today as I have neglected my hair for quite a while and she knew exactly what to do in order to preserve the health of my hair while achieving the natural lighter look I wanted. She will tell you up front what to expect when attempting to go lighter and how to safely go about it (whether it’s multiple sessions/stages) while recommending the right product to help repair your hair in the meantime. Super thankful for all of her help!

I found the salon in hopes of booking an appointment with Alecia (she had done my hair several times previously and I loved it).Unfortunately, I was unable to get an appointment with Alecia. Instead I had an appointment with Andrea, nice girl - seemed to be confident and know what she was talking about but definitely is not a Master Stylist.What I paid for was not what I wanted or even expected. When someone wants their hair to be blonde, why would ash to the color making it look brown.?Why should a Master Stylist have to consult another Master Stylist every 5 minutes, if they know what they are doing???Not to mention the number of times she applied the different chemicals to my hair. She kept saying, this is the color she wants (referring to me, like I wasn’t sitting right there), however she never at any point even show me what my hair had looked like.I continually took pictures of myself just so I could see what was going on.I felt like a science experiment.I believed in the end it would be beautiful like it always turned out when Alecia did my hair.Smh... I was outraged, when she was done and had spun me around to finally show me my hair.She had asked if I liked it and I told her, “no” - it’s not what I wanted - then she proceeded to tell me when we...That’s where I cut her off and asked if she was done, there was no we - it was all you, I had told her.At the front desk - I was told the amount and asked if I liked my hair.I said, “no”.I asked why I was paying so much?What I went through should not have cost almost 400$.Then I went to move my hair and noticed there was something stuck in my hair.I kept asking what was in my hair and I was told, “it maybe some product”.Smh... Again because when I got home, I was definitely shocked.I have chemical burns right along my hair line - from one ear to the other. Nothing like having my hair stuck to my head at the scalp!This is truly the WORST experience I have ever had!!!I can understand that people need to be exposed to different things in order to learn, but I didn’t sign any waiver saying my head can be used for testing...If she didn’t know what she was doing then she should not had said she could do my hair.I wouldn’t have booked the appointment that’s for sure.Yeah I was offered the whole come back in 6 weeks to get it fixed, but really do u think I’m going through that again in 6 weeks??? Yeah definitely not!!!Like the atmosphere in the shop, very relaxing but u should never advertise someone as a Master Stylist if they really aren’t!...
