Communication is awful. We werent called after our uncle had surgery or even when he was moved to rehab, even though we were the contact. The information was given to them numerous times. I wouldnt recommend them and would avoid them. They wouldnt give me information to file a formal complaint. They just stated they wouldnt do it again. Avoid Avoid them!

Staff was very polite and my wait time wasnt bad to be taken back into a room or to be seen. The registration process was definitely a bit longer than Id like but its the same as going to the Amita hospital which has always been a bit slow. Their computer registration process needs to be improved for sure.

Have been there 2 times recently in March and April. I have had mix experiences so cant rate more than 3 for now. I was hoping to get a doctor at least but both times I got nurse practitioners. Northwestern across the street I have had doctors always. Probably I would continue going to Northwestern.

The waiting time is ridiculous .. on top of that, I had to wait 40 minutes till they called my name, and wait even more to see a doctor... why make appointments if they’re gonna have their patience wait

Been to the immediate care twice since it opened in Nov of 2018. Everything was very clean. Mary and Diane especially Mary was very nice and really great with my son. They made a bad situation a little better. When you have emergency situations its nice to have people that care.

Had urgent questions about a prescription and called multiple times, each time being told Id be called back. Never received a call back. Finally get put through to a nurse only to get treated like my questions didnt matter. My doctor is great but the people over the phone have a tendency to be rude.

Not at all a pleasant experience. Theyve taken away the last vestige of the personal connection with your primary care physician and replaced it with an assembly line production. It was like going to the hospital. Cold, sterile, indifferent and I disliked it intensly. Although I like my doctor, I disliked the setting more. Ill be looking for a new doctor, out of this group. Amita has grown too large for its own good. Very dissatisfied. Very.

I was able to get a same day appointment and everyone from the front desk, nurse, and Dr. Dunleavy were great. They always answer phone calls and emails and really care about you. Thank you Dr. Dunleavy and staff.

(Update 1/16/20) Ive had a couple appointments since and all has been timely, thorough and courteous. Updated to 4-stars________(Update 11/6) I received a call from management today, 2 days later, who was apologetic and agreed that multiple mistakes had been made (including not taking an email for appt confirmation, etc.) that would be addressed on her end. Due to her efforts, I was willing to rebook an appt for next month at a more convenient time, and am revising my review to 3-stars. I will update my experience after the actual appt.--------Terrible. I scheduled a gynecologist appointment in advance and took a day off for work for the appt for the first time with Dr. Harvey. I show up 30 mins early as requested only to find out their scheduler mis-booked the appointment for a week later. I would never have booked that date due to menstrual cycle. The doctor made zero attempt to fit me in, and the check-in receptionist didnt even offer a simple apology. My time and health are important to me, and it wouldve been nice if they felt the same.

RUDE EMPLOYEES. I was going in for immediate care, and the copay was higher than I thought, and I was already there, about to pay until she told me the copay. so I said to just cancel, and she gave me this look, shook her head, and said “the copay is $50” and i told her that i will go to my primary later in the day for $25. she just said “okay” in the most sarcastic and rude tone. would not recommend this place

Appointments are never on time and even you get into a room you wait longer.
