Cool guy gave me good price on restoring my implant!! Dr uses the best technology when it comes to making sure the implant fits perfectly also uses quality material. If you do your research you don’t want to use lousy materials for an implant and at westgate you don’t have to worry about that problem. They only use top imaging/fitting resources backed by high quality parts/brands and that’s the reason I chose their office.He does quality work

I was able to get an appointment for a cleaning pretty quickly at a convenient time. Dr. Ghandi did a very thorough job.I needed some further work. I am not surprised with more than a year of not seeing a dentist (thanks COVID) and on the followup appointment I had developed an abcess. I expected to be referred to a endontist but Dr Ghandi was able to do the root canal in the same appointment as I would have gotten a simple filling.The entire team here are very good. Donna was very welcoming from the beginning, very professional and courteous office. Teeth look great and worked with my own dental goals within my budget. Getting a crown in the same visit as my root canal was extremely convenient. Dr. Ghandi performed root canal as well as routine cleaning. Easy to get in and out. I had done a couple of procedures at Dr Gandhis office, my first appointment everything was good and great the receptionist helped him during the procedure, he was kind and attentive, his office was neat, fancy and clean, so I decided to schedule another appointment for a cleaning and whitening, I thought I would have a great experience since he was 5 stars with the lasted technology, thats one of the reasons I chose him, I thought Id be on good hands!!!! I never thought that I would be the one who would give him one star, I wish I could give him cero stars, since he was so unprofessional, when I was getting the cleaning he had a different helper that time, I believe this guy was a student. Well, suddenly Dr. Gandhi asked him if he could go to the other room to get something and while this guy was gone, ( he sent him out of the room so he couldnt see what he would do to me)!!!. Dr Gandhi damaged my crown by filing it and he was trying to pull it down with a tool like trying to take it off, (I will never forget his face expression), he only knows what he did, (he is the professional) I was very confused with what he was doing I tried to asked him why he was doing that but he didnt allow me to talk as he had his hands working on my mouth wide open. Well, I thought that it would not affect me, when he finished I was told that my crown has a hole and that needed to be replaced and that I had three cavities, it didnt pass that long when I started to have a lot of discomfort on my tooth with the crown while I was eating, he damaged my crown just to get more business, a crown that I never had problems for years until I visited Dr Gandhi. I paid him over-priced services with my hard working earned money thinking that I was on good hands of a professional, I would never recommend him to anyone but if you go there make sure you have a really good dental insurance since he over-priced the services and he would do anything to sell you procedures that you might not need, Recently I had my cleaning in a trusted location and they didnt find any cavities as he said, he is so unprofessional and he forgot about his ethics just to get more business.I’m just going to update my review, a few days later that I wrote my review I received a call from Dr. Gandhi, and obviously he knew it was me otherwise he wouldn’t called me, he offered me to refund me the $300.00 I paid to him for the teeth whitening in return I’d have to delete my review. And clearly I paid more than that as I had a cleaning and whitening, but REALLY!?!? $300.00 when he even made an estimate of the value of the damage he caused me of $1,250.00 (I will upload a picture to prove it and to prove that I was his patient) and that included a discount, How awesome is that. I obviously responded to him that, that it wouldn’t be enough to fix the crown that he damaged and he kindly offered himself to fix my crown at no charge very tentative right, that obviously it would had save me $1,300.00 but who in the world can trust him again after what he have done to me, I trusted him, I chose him for his good ratings, after my review he gets five stars like crazy that makes me think if those reviews are real or he only chose to be a jerk and an unprofessional with me!?! he said that he doesn’t practice that way, that those reviews were not paid or fake and that everyone deserves a second chance. Yes, he might be right but when is about my health there are not second chances.And I just don’t feel bad for myself, I also feel bad for his helper that day, he was such a nice, kind guy and he was just as innocent like I was, I don’t even know why I am here writing a long review when I should be seating at in attorney’s office because this is medical malpractice, and I’ll make sure to spread the word!To anyone who’s going to attack me on your review; I don’t care who you are or what profession you have I have same right to share my experience just as you do, I paid for his unprofessional over-priced services with MY HARD WORKING EARNED MONEY!!!

Im SO grateful that we found this place when we did. My regular dentist told my fiance that she needed a root canal and two crowns. We scheduled an appointment with Dr. Gandhi to get a quote for the root canal and it turns out she may not even need one! Then theres the fact that she doesnt need two crowns either. Wow. We were shocked! There is a big difference between a cavity and root canal (along with a huge price difference). Dr. Gandhi could have been dishonest and made more money but chose to be honest instead. I can not say enough good things about him. His staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. His office has the latest equipment and is very clean. If you are looking for a good dentist Dr. Gandhi is it!

Dr. Gandhi is great! His practice is just starting off so still very personal attention, remembers conversations from over 6 months ago. No delay coming here ever, appointment is at 2PM and he has me on the chair at 2PM - nothing like a bigger dental office that often can be late by over 30 months. Highly recommended.

I had a chipped tooth that needed repairs and a root canal to be done with it. It was pretty urgent that I get my tooth fix asap and I didnt have insurance to cover anything but, Dr. Gandhi was willing to work with me and help me find a reasonable payment method. The work that was done on my teeth was worth my visit at Westgate Smiles, I never experienced any pain or discomfort while it was being worked on and the environment along with all the workers there were really great people to be around. My tooth was repaired perfectly and Ill definitely be coming back for a crown. It was all in all a positive atmosphere and environment to be around.

Finally found an awesome dentist. Used to go to a place in Hoffman but the staff kept changing thus the service was not consistent and was a hit or miss. Several co-workers, a next door neighbor, suggested Westgate Smiles actually was more like raving about this place. From the movement you walk in the office, you are greeted by Donna. Office is very clean, new with state of the art technology. They have ability to do same day crowns which I thought was awesome, since my last dentist had to take multiple impressions for a crown. I was very impressed by Dr Gandhi taking his time to review my treatment options. He took pictures of my terth and explained me the procedure. So far this has been my best experience coming to a dental office and will definitely refer my family and friends.

In my dental history Ive seen about 5 different dentists. Dr. Gandhi being the most recent dentist. That being said he is definitely the best dentist Ive had the pleasure of being a patient of. From the moment you walk into the office you will be amazed at what a beautiful building it is. Its so nice you actually dont mind waiting in the lounge for you to be called in. Not that there is much waiting involved whatsoever. Dr. Gandhi and his staff are very good at keeping appointments in the correct time blocks. The two visits Ive had and my countless visits my family has had, none of us have had to wait very long if at all. Besides the hospitably Dr. Gandhi is absolutely wonderful at what he does. He has all of the latest equipment available to dentists. Ive never seen any of the new equipment until I had been to his office. His work is definitely 5/5. I had my teeth cleaned, 9 cavities filled, and 2 wisdom teeth taken care of. They all went very smoothly and basically pain free. In terms of pricing Dr. Gandhi is very fair, and I actually found him cheaper than any dentist Ive visited in the past. He showed me how his staff researches each patients insurance so theyre fully aware what the insurance will cover and what not. Overall I cant think of any reason I would want to go see a 6th dentist, and I recommend him to all my family and friends.

I came to Westgate Smiles because my 14 year old son needed a root canal. Dr. Ghandi and his staff were so helpful and kind. I was happy that he was able to use gas to help calm him. We liked him so much, my other son and I went for appointments the next week. The office does not squeeze you into a short appointment, they give you the time you need. They also give you a written plan along with cost, so there are no surprises. I would highly recommend Westgate Smiles of Bartlett.

This place really nice and clean. On top of that Dr. Gandhi really nice person and he does really good job with my teeth. I had a broken front tooth and he fixed it like it was wrong anything about it. this place is really convenient if you dont have insurance. very highly recommended place.

Words can not describe my phobia and anxiety I have when it comes to the dentist. I needed some work done and went online to read reviews and do my dodilagence. Even though West Gate Smile only had 1 bad review it was enough for me to question things. I am SO grateful that I listened to my intuition and not the one bad review. My intuition told me to try them out because no matter how good a product or service is, there is going to be that one person that has something bad to say about it. The fact that they responded and tried to make things right with that patient made me feel better too.I went in for a free consultation and they where very good at answering all of my questions and concerns. I scheduled an appointment and today I began my work. They where VERY attentive to my anxiety, got the work done very fast, and they are very affordable. I do not have dental insurance and Dr. Gandhi charged me a FRACTION of what other dentists wanted. I am so thankful to this team and staff for getting me out of pain, not taking advantage finacially, and most importantly subsiding my fear of the dentist. THANK YOU West Gate for being amazing. On a side note this is hands down the nicest, cleanest, and most modern office I have ever been in. You will thank your self for going here and never look to another dentist office again.

I was in town visiting my family for only a week. I had gotten a chip in one of my teeth and had Dr Gandhi take a look. He discovered that it was a bad cavity and that I needed a root canal and fillings. He stayed late to do the procedure and then offered to come in again a few days later for the crown. The same day he did the crown he discovered more that needed to be done. He had already stayed pretty late for my crown but offered to come in the next day to do the work on my other teeth before I had to go back home. I am SO happy with the care and outcome of Dr Gandhis work!! He truly cares for his patients and wants them to love their results. I have a beautiful smile again because of the work Dr Gandhi did for me!!
