My first time here but not my last! Everyone is so nice and helpful, from the women at the reception desk, Jenny, the hygienist and Dr. Puri! Felt comfortable from the beginning! Dr. Puri and Jenny did an amazing job on my teeth (went in for a cleaning after a 2 year hiatus). They also did an amazing job on my husbands crowns. I would trust them to do any kind of work needed in the future! I finally found a dentist that I see myself going to for years to come!

This was honestly the best cleaning experience I’ve had in a long time. They actually care about your teeth and your dental hygiene. Dr. Mohindra really took her time examining and cleaning my teeth and letting me what was going on and next steps to take. The dental hygienist was also very helpful and knowledgeable.

I moved recently and was looking for a dentist in my new area, and found Smiles Dental Center through my insurance portal. I had been at my previous dentist for over 20 years, and was very nervous about finding a new one, especially durning Covid! But Smiles made everything really easy with my first checkup visit and even handled a small additional procedure right then, without me needing to reschedule! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the doctor was great with my cleaning. I have TMJ and I didn’t leave with a sore jaw, a first!Highly recommend to anyone looking for a modern, clean, friendly, and flexible dental office.

I visited this practice a shortly after they opened. I wanted a dentist closer to home. They are located just outside of my sub divison. I stood at the counter for at least 5mins, there was no one else waiting. No one offer to assist me so I left. I Cannot recommend the services. So when I see advertisement for this dental practice I disgard it. The same way I was disgarded .

Our experience has always been A+. Dr and staff are very professional and courteous. We live 45 mins away (since we moved) and our entire family is still going to Dr Puri.

Staff is very welcoming, answered all my questions. Dr was very accommodating. He explained to me the procedure that needed to be done and why this was important. I got two molars out and no pain what so ever. The office is well organized and clean. Juana at the reception was very nice and so the rest of the staff. I will definitely recommend this place.

Ive been coming to this dentist office for at least a few years now and they are beyond wonderful. Jenny and Nicole are always so sweet and I’ve never enjoyed the dentist more then I do here.

I hadnt been to the dentist in far too long and I was new in town so I went to Smiles on a recommendation from a friend. I was a little nervous going in but was quickly put to ease when I arrived. All of my insurance details were in order and the doctor was ready to see me. He was kind, thorough and quick. All of the staff was very nice as well! I was thrilled to have been in and out of my appointment in less than 30 minutes! I highly recommend and cant wait to go back!

A employee from this company ordered 6 custom tumblers requested Drs names and employees names with company logo. That employee was given price for order before order was filled which she agreed to pay. Order was filled and tumblers were mailed out since June 2020 and still waiting for payment. Can not believe a small business is treated in that manner. Would like for Smiles Dental Center to step up and pay what employee ordered and hasnt paid.

It was my first time going to Smile Dental Center and Dr. Mohindra and Jenny were amazing! Despite Covid-19 regulations the process for everything from booking my appointment to the x-rays and cleaning I got done it was a great process. I have no dental insurance and their prices were reasonable compare to other places I had called. I would definitely recommend this dental office.

Was recommended by my mom to come here, when my brother said the same thing I was finally convinced to go in and get some long overdue work done. Just had my first teeth deep cleaning and I have to say that it was the best experienced Ive ever had at the dentist and really look forward to coming here regularly. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Dr. was attentive and informative. Another dental office said i had 9 cavities and he explained to me what they really were. He was able to treat my sensitivity issue during the same visit. The rest of the ladies were really nice as well. Will return!

One of the best/easiest Dental visits i have ever had. There was no judgement on how long its been since my last cleaning/checkup. I appreciated when they handed me a mirror so i could see exactly what the dentist was talking about. Then once the visit was complete ( knowing i wouldnt be able to do all the work needed right away) they walked me through a plan that would not only help with payments but would also not take too long to do in one visit.

And once Im there, the receptionist, the hygienists, and the dentist all treat me kindly. This office is amazing! I have been coming here for around 8 months and I have great things to say, I would always go to the dentist hoping to find the one, but was always disappointed at the service provided, I did some research and found Dr.Puri’s office and read all the great comments and decided to come and try it, and I loved it! Recently I relocated and was looking for a good dentist. I had been going to my previous dentist for over 10 years now. I was not too sure and comfortable on changing my dentist only because a new dentist will not understand me, or that is what I thought! I was definitely proven wrong. I found Smile Dental Center via Google. I read the reviews and selected to make my appointment there. When I arrived, everyone treated me as if they have known me for a long time. They are very easy going, caring and very thorough. Right there I was already smiling :). Dr. Patel could tell what I wanted just by looking at me! That is a big WOW. The staff is friendly and personable. They recognize me and my husband when we walk in. The work I have had done is far better than any dentist I have been to in years. I receive many compliments on my smile and how white my teeth are. They have told me many times to continue to drink my beverages through a straw to keep them from staining. Good people.

Dentist Puri has been my dentist just about 15 years.. I wouldn’t want anyone else for my oral care! He listens to my concerns, and discuss all my options. Great Service and friendly stuffs, made me feel like home. Had an old metal filling removed and replaced with a new one. Have a temporary crown and waiting on the permanent one that’s being made. They dealt with the Insurance directly and got a quick response with an approval of 100%. Great place, professional and very CLEAN!!! which is a huge thing for me.

We just visited the office with my 2 children. They were scheduled for a basic checkup and teeth cleaning. My 7 year old son had some anxiety about visiting the dentist and this was the worst possible experience you could image. The dental hygienist was so unprofessional and should not be working with younger children. My son was crying at one point during the sealant procedure and the dental hygienist was visibly losing her patience with him saying she cant work with him. I asked her to try again and she was clearly rushing the service rather than trying to make my son more comfortable. I was in the room and he was doing fine but again she refused work with him when the object he was biting on shifted a little when she was drying his teeth. We will not be going back. I wish i would of taken a video of the incident so i could share with you. They also referred us to pediatric dentist to get sealant put on my sons teeth. Now thats ridiculous!

The ladies @ Smiles Dental Center took great care of our 4 children and we find great importance in them feeling comfortable at the dentist. A traumatic experience can ruin a childs dental experience but this one was awesome! Well be back !

I’m like majority of people who dislike dentists and wait til the absolute last resort to go see one... I have so far had a deep cleaning and root canal and it was pain free! Ive been with him for a handful of years for my own dental challenges, and Ive have just finished a two-year round of braces for my 16-year-old.My son and I both have felt relaxed in the dental-seat, never experiencing a single issue or concernTop work all around and Id recommend this location to anyone.

My experience has been wonderful. I came with very few teeth and felt embarrassed. I was put at ease from day one.Dr. Rajiv talked me threw the processes of getting dentures. I had my teeth pulled with very little pain and am wearing dentures today. Ive just had it done and need to have some tweaking here and there and am happy with my experience. My whole family is very happy for me. My daughter cried when she saw me smile.

Overcrowding of teeth has produced an interesting situation in my sons mouth. Dr. Puri was gracious to see him same day I called even though we had never been to his practice. True professional and he put my son at ease which I was thankful for.

Coming in this place I was very skeptical because my other visits were not as welcoming as this place. Upon coming in I was greeted by the receptionist, she kindly helped and processed me fairly quickly. The dentist aide or tech named Zita kindly introduced herself and explained to me what was going to happen during my visit. The dentist was great and also did great patient teaching pre and post work on my teeth.
