Dr. Ficarella is a great dentist! We have been going to him for 2 years now. The office staff is also really kind and friendly! He is also great with pediatric patients. He always takes the time to chit chat with his patients and takes questions very seriously!

I have been going to Dr Ficarella for a long time - I have never met someone so amazing at what he does as well as how much he cares about his patients. He listens to your needs and takes his time with you. I wish there were more stars to give - 5 isnt enough.

My experience has been amazing, Dr Umberto is very accommodating him and the staff are wonderful and take care of you with what ever you need.

Every member of their team is amazing. They care about their patients, and they each take joy in the work they do. I always feel comfortable there, because the staff makes sure of it. Dr Bert give great feedback and also took his time in every explanation and exam. Trust me you will NOT be disappointed.

I cannot even describe how friendly, gentle, professional, and at ease Dr. Bert made me feel. I was just so incredibly upset after having a front tooth chipped and not only was he able to make me laugh but he made my new one look better then my old one! The Dr. so far is great, he was recommended to our family. He explains himself well and patiently. He is very easy to talk to and seems to be quite caring. I wish I could break down the rating system. I would give him 4-5 stars, out of 5. He is good. The couple negatives I have are: the wait times can be long in the outer waiting room & then once in the dental chair there is more waiting. The staff over schedules patients. Do not plan on getting out of here in under 45 min in most cases. My second beef is the Office Staff. One in particular makes the schedules/appointments. She can be quite rude and abrasive. I am not being overly sensitive. I have heard her speak rudely to other patients as well. She has limited patience. I feel if she is burned out she should possibly take another position elsewhere. Neighbor that recommended this office to me, when I mentioned the staff member concurred that she can be rude. My husband is a very patient, laid back person - he also found her to be quite condescending. Because you have to deal wit her often - she really brings the points down and the overall experience at this otherwise nice office and Doctor.

Dr.Ficarella has been patiently attending to my dental needs for a number of years. Im always at ease during my visits by his reassuring and professional attitude. The office is always clean, the staff is polite and helpful. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Dr. Ficarella is a very nice and competent dentist. He is thorough, explains everything, and never pushes anything. He is a genuine and trustworthy person and because of this I would never look for another dentist!
