I really do like this location, it’s clean, and the staff is nice. Misty is super sweet and is always so welcoming. The equipment is very nice as well.The only issue I have is that they switched from being open 24/7 to Saturday’s and Sundays only being open from 7-7. I typically go early in the morning on the weekends, just to beat the crowd, as well as it’s easier with my schedule. I’m pretty disappointed they changed their hours because that’s a big reason I joined this gym, is them being open all the time.

Extremely upset. I signed up with planet fitness about 2 years ago and I absolutely loved the fact that they were open 24/7.Now it’s absolutely disappointing that they have changed their hours completely especially in the weekend making impossible for me to work out in the weekends now they open from 7am to 7pm. WowI will definitely be canceling my membership! So inconvenient!

Great location with an incredible staff. Always clean and plenty of room to space out. They also have a crowd meter that lets you know how busy they are before you go. I go about everyday so I got the Black Card. With it I can go to another if Im traveling. Really great place for working out.

I absolutely look forward to my workouts here. Staff is ALWAYS helpful and polite. Clean and easy to use. One of my favorite places to be.

I’ve belonged to gyms for over 36 years and by far, PF is the best gym I’ve joined. You can’t beat the price, quality of membership and cleanliness! The staff is always so welcoming. The regular members are like a family. I don’t regret joining!

The employees are very friendly, encouraging and helpful. The facility is super CLEAN and has a great variety of equipment. It is a very welcoming place that you want to go to and continue to get healthy!

Will be canceling soon. I got a membership becouse they are open 27/7. Their Saturday and Sunday hours are ridiculous.

Polite staff, clean facilities and an all around wonderful atmosphere. Its really nice to enjoy a workout without being stared at for being bigger and without the obnoxious grunting. I get sometimes it slips out when youre pushing yourself, but Ive been a few other places where it was like a testosterone contest. I definitely recommend PF.

I was leary about this place but its so quite and all the equipment works. The massage chairs and tanning beds look brand-new at all times. They have a 30 minute workout room. Go light weight and go fast. Lol. Seriously this is a very nice place and I will recommend it to everyone

It is simple to sign up and there are always promotions. The equipment is cleaned by staff and members more than regularly.I recommend that you utilize the app to your benefit, as it not only has a wealth of workouts, but I record my workouts and it keeps track of my weekly progress for Time work-out and Calories burned. The app also helps you learn how to use the equipment by scanning the code on whichever workout machine youd like.The only small thing I have noticed is that the crowd meter is not always accurate. At times, it will have one bar highlighted and 25+ people there and other times, it has two bars highlighted on their crowd meter and only 4-6 people there. **not a deal breaker for me personallyThere are lockers (bring your own lock- cannot keep things there overnight), showers, massage chairs, hydro beds etc.

I’ve been a member since this Planet Fitness opened. It is GREAT. Staff has been consistently super (all of them), floor is meticulously maintained, equipment was all new when it opened and still maintained very well, space is very generous and even this year with the pandemic, staff has continued to do a great job of keeping the place clean, safe and running. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - I look forward to each of my visits.

TERRIBLE!!!!No subscription payment notice!SCAM! Sucks my money! Makes you cancel a week in advance or you can’t get your money back! Would give -5 stars if I could! On top of that talking to a human on the phone is nearly impossible. I spent AT LEAST 3 HOURS ON HOLD IF NOT MORE! I scheduled a call back and was NEVER contacted! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!

Planet fitness is one of the cleanest places in town, if theres one place I feel safe during a pandemic it is here! The equipment is always in good working condition and the employees are always friendly and helpful. It always smells good there too.

Always clean, friendly staff, and a nice environment. The demographics have changed a bit, so sometimes, depending on the time of day, there may be people that are there to get serious workouts in. Just worth pointing out since some people seem to be intimidated by people further along on their fitness journey.

BEWARE!! I cancelled my membership and the employee reactivated it 5 minutes later using my SOF. On Black Friday they drafted my account $180. I have spent several hours getting this resolved. I finally got my money back today but now Im fighting with them to have the cancel membership form to show a zero balance. The employee was terminated for this same thing a few months ago apparently.

I love this gym...there is truly no judgement here...no matter your weight...fitness level..age...even to the clothes you wear...the staff go above and beyond the call of duty...so nice and friendly...the facility is clean and well maintained...it makes me feel good body and soul!...the atmosphere generates a feeling of I am happy to be here..not a place where its drudgery to be here...I have been to other gyms...but none can compare to this one...thank you for coming to Bartlesville!...

Was a member of colaws for a year and hardly ever saw staff and something was always missing a seat or was out of order. So far at every planet fitness I’ve gone to since joining here in town I’ve been welcomed and asked how I’m doing by a staff that seems to genuinely care.

Clean, spacious gym. Night female clerk was very friendly. Clean, hot showers. Truckers, park across the street at the old Kmart next to Mazzios. Walk across the street. Security guard will chase you out. Which is weird cause Ive been to 40ish PF countrywide and never had that happened. And this gym is in the middle of nowhere lol huge parking lot also. Thats ok worth the go though. Definitely will be back.
