Hard to find a better gym, not even mentioning the price. Plenty of equipment - treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines, and plenty of free weights (5 squat racks and 100 lb dumbbells max). Everything is well taken care of and clean. Kylie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when signing up for the membership. Can be slightly crowded, but the amount of equipment + friendly atmosphere make up for it. Highly recommend.

I used tonuse this gym before and it was always really great and also one of the most affordable. They dont gouge you for money for extras. Sign up is easy and I can only say theyve changed for the better.

Began Colaw Fitness CF-30 program a week ago. Ive been following their easy-to-use guide book ($10) combined with a daily equipment regiment as well as their suggested meal plan to the letter. In just one week, Ive lost 10 pounds. My goal for the 30 day plan was to lose at least 10 pounds. Im now pushing on to triple that goal.Its hard, but I plan to persist.My diabetes numbers have dropped way down into 100-135 range and Im working hard to bring my A1C back to under 6. Six months ago, my A1C was in 7.4 range.The plan is also causing a positive change in my appearance and manner. The cost of the gym and the convenience of living near Colaw Gym is a big plus.The more weight I lose around my waist means less strain on a back bone (which has some medical issues.)Thanks Colaw Fitness!

Great gym better than other gyms in town. Busy at times which can be a bummer but also has benefits such as eye candy.. Kassidy at the front desk is super helpful and friendly along with ALL of the staff honestly. Bring a friend for free and they can tan and use massage beds too!!!

I originally wrote a glowing review about this place. After a couple of months I experienced a knee injury (non related to club or working out). I originally signed up with a fee that paid 10 per month maximum fee. They charged me the origination fee, but they also charged 21.78 per month instead of 10.00. There are two plans and if you go 12 times or more per month, it is a fantastic deal. Unfortunately with my knee I wasnt able to go and Michelle in billing said I signed up for the higher plan so am having to pay 21.78 per month and unable to go. I do have tons of friends who go there and love it and I love the Christian music they play there and all the friendly people especially John and Angela and all the guys I worked out with, but cannot pay 21.78 per month when I thought I was going to be charged 10.00 per month. Be careful for sure at this place. It is Christian and do give away bibles but I am not sure about the billing department and how honorable it is either way. I am not saying dishonest, but be careful when you sign up.
