Dr Hancock is very kind and listens to our needs. His staff is wonderful, Rachael was our nurse, she also took notes about our needs. I must say I missed Kimberly, hope she is feeling better. We left feeling good about our meeting.

His office was empty 30 minutes to close. All the staff were messing around in the lobby. I asked when they closed they said 5. The assistant informed me they aren’t seeing any patients the rest of the day even though the office was empty.So what is the point of establishing a primary care doctor if you can’t see them?

Caring and compationate.

I have been seeing Dr. Hancock for 3 years. He is prompt and takes the time to listen and answer my questions. He is caring, up to date on the latest medical recommendations for preventative services and care. My husband and father are also his patients and they love him as well.

I never get to see a dr only dr assistant. Never the same one twice. Probably won’t go back.

Good Dr. but takes too long to get in. Shouldn’t take a month to see your primary care doctor. Feels like he has too many patients.

Great staff, very attentive, usually no wait time.
