Dr Hightower has been available every time we needed him. He is thorough, knowledgeable and caring. I couldnt ask for a better doctor!

Dr Hightower went out of his way to see me. I’m new to Town and couldn’t find anyone willing to see me so a friend reached out to him and he didn’t hesitate. I appreciate that so much! He was also very nice during our visit and really listened to what I had to say.

A complete waste of time unless you can self-diagnose and only need lab confirmation. After waiting 4 days for lab results I was told to go to the ER if I needed to see a Dr to make a diagnosis and prescribe meds. If I’d wanted to see an ER doc, I would have gone there first. Silly me thought I had a primary care physician! This practice is a joke. The person who answered the phone (Amanda) was inattentive, argumentative and lied — stating she had called the previous day and left a message. She became defensive when I said I’d received no call. My intent was to make sure the office had my correct number which I had updated when I called initially and was told to go to the lab. Apparently that number was not entered into their system. Add inefficiency to my list of complaints! This is not a medical practice but another group of bottom feeders dining off Medicare and private insurers.

I do not think this Doctor needs to have his medical licens if he is going to tell his client that had to go to the hospital and the hospital told them that the product they have in there Body needs to come out asap and the Doctor tells his client that they are fine and every thing is noramal but the hospital told the client it is causing an infection and the doctor still will not do any thing to help or see the client at all and hanges up on the client

Dr. Hightower is an awesome doctor. He takes time to listen to your issues and is truly concerned with your wellbeing. He stays involved in all your care and follows up on you to see how you are doing. He is amazing with the kids and they just love him. No more dreading going to the doctor.

He is wonderful he is great with my son and my son loves him and he is fast and is honest and is very good with giving me tips and info about my sons health and fitness and safety

Dr Hightower is a Awesome person, He take time out to hear you out he to the point and i trust him with my life and my family life. I am happy with him and his staff.

Do not recommend this Doctor and especially the office staff. Always new people, Stressful atmosphere, and they do not stay on top of every patients medications.

Dr. Hightower is amazing. We normally do homebirths but with our fifth I had cholestasis and had to transfer my care to a doctor. He worked with us, he respected our decisions for as natural a labor/birth as possible. It was a swift turn of events, and I was in shock, but he was so patient and so kind. He answered my questions repeatedly, even if I asked twice. If he didnt know the answer he was honest about it and told me he would do the research and get back to me. He had wonderful bedside manner and really took great care of us. I can not say enough good things about our experience with him. Bartlesville is lucky to have him.
