Each person I encountered was a joy to interact with. From billing and the technicians, to Dr Vivian himself…everyone truly care about their patients. But most importantly, i suppose, is the dental work. They are VERY thorough, professional, and DARN good at what they do. With their streamlined system, there’s not a bunch of waiting around, while still receiving specialized and personal care. I consider myself lucky to have found them.

I will start with the positive part of my visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel completely at ease the entire time I was there. Everyone I spoke to really knew their stuff so I felt completely comfortable letting them examine my mouth.Now for the negative…I have some complex medical issues which makes things more difficult and also requires special attention. That being said leads me to the bad part. I was told by the hygienist and the doctor that I had an abscess and needed antibiotics. Being a heart patient this part is very important!! When they were done with their examination and went over a plan of action they sent in a woman to go over the phases and prices. She then took me up front to check out and give me a copy of the plan for these phases with prices. I was ready to leave when I asked her if the doctor was going to call out the antibiotics to my pharmacy, or writing me a prescription. She said “I will go find out” and was gone a few seconds and returned to say they would not be giving me any antibiotics until I scheduled and paid for the first phase of my dental work. I was speechless. With my heart issues a dental abscess can be deadly rather quickly. I had to call my PCP to schedule an appointment for the next day to get antibiotics. So that left me with nearly 24 hour delay in starting them.

The whole staff knew exactly what they were doing. Made my visit so relaxing and took care of the issues that I had.

DMD Vivian and his staff were wonderful. They worked me in when someone else had to cancel. It was my first visit since I had just moved here from Va. I am happy I stopped there today. Thanks again.

Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistant to the dentist for all very pleasant, polite and explained everything thoroughly to me.The dentist and his assistant explained everything to me and explained to me the different choices that I have as well. I definitely do plan to use this dentist to take care of all of my dental needs that he can do.The other thing that I really love about this dentist office is that the staff that handles the patients in the back does not know the cost of any of the procedures. I’ve personally felt this reassuring. It’s not like the assistant or the Dentist were trying to push you to get the most expensive procedure done like some places unfortunately try to do. I felt like they were concerned only about what I truly needed to have done and not trying to upsell in anyway.After the Dentist has explained everything that needs to be done, the front office puts the charges together for you and the front office will explain the charges to you and explain everything that you’re paying for and how it could break down. They also will give you options of other ways other than just insurance you could pay with a medical dental credit card. card.Would I tell my friends and family about My Dentist? Absolutely yes!

The Dentist AND his Assistant were both very informative and patient. I have high anxiety for dental procedures. They put me at ease and did a very good job.

The staff is awesome. Theyre knowledgeable and friendly. They take care in seeing your needs and concerns. Theyre very transparent and are well spoken so that you understand. Also they make you feel at ease, like visiting an old friend. I would recommend this place hands down to everyone

I had three molars extracted yesterday and I already feel amazing. I’m not really even sore anymore. They were super kind and informative during my appointment. A little pricey but totally worth it!

Great service and friendly people! The dentist was able to diagnose a painful problem and fix it on the spot. I had a cleaning as well, and you could tell that she not only knew her job, but loved doing it! I would recommend this team to anyone.

The thought of having a wisdom tooth pulled and being fitted with my Invisalign the same day worried me a bit, but my experience was great! From the friendly greeting at the front desk to my actual services was flawless. All the staff professionals were friendly and caring. I would highly recommend My Dentist, Dr. Vivian and staff. I havent had good luck with dentist in the past and was skeptical about going to this place, but they were awesome. Super friendly! I was anioxous in the beginning of my appointment, but they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Thats super important and they understand that. Great place!

Im scared of dentists but had no choice to go see one. I chose here and I was beyond pleased. The front desk was very polite and caring. I let them know I have anxiety and when she took me back and introduced me to the dental tech she went above and beyond to reassure me and put my mind at ease. The whole appointment was amazing and the staff is unbelievable. If I had known there was such nice caring dental offices I wouldnt have waited so long.

Ladies who run the office are atrocious. Been going here over 5 years and ever since they changed office management, shes just awful. No one has a good attitude up there anymore. I love dr Vivian. But theyve canceled my appointments 3 times now. I think Im ready to find a new dentist. Sadly. They changed hygienists too, and let me tell you, the last one was a total doll.. this new one is good for about nothing. Theyve also billed me incorrectly several times. I keep track of EVERYTHING. They just go through whatever the computer says. Even though I have bill stubs and checks that provide the proof that Ive paid, a friend and his wife had the same issue and theyve cut ties as well. Sorry, not sorry 🙄

I agree with Mr E. They are not very good at procedures above cleanings. X-rays are bad, otherwise they wouldnt put a lead vest on you. And pregnant women are told no. Digital X-rays might be 25% better. Still not good enough!

Called to make prior arrangements to transfer my x-rays along with my other information from My Dentist in Tulsa to Bartlesville. After two weeks, no transfer.So instead of going into the office for the crown work I needed done, It became an entry level exam. One where they wanted to x-ray me ( again ). While simultaneously wasting my time and money on unnecessary treatment. After stating to the young woman that I didnt want to be radiated over again, the young woman then commenced to placate me. She told me that being radiated by their machine is no worse than being radiated by the sun or a microwave oven ( the sun known to cause cancer and microwaves ovens, that dont use x-rays, think about it ). And that they couldnt diagnose anything without an x-ray.Afterwards I responded in a calm and concise manner. In which I replied Because dentistry didnt exist until after the x-ray was invented. And that Ill just cancel that engagement, until they could get my records because I didnt want my head to be radiated over again. And thats where she had the audacity to tell me to calm down. While they looked into getting my records.To which I replied So were going there, are we?! Goodbye.In conclusion, this was a substandard experience. Not only did they waste my time and money. They insulted me by attempting to placate me. Only a good place to go if you want your service provider to treat you like a child. As for me, no thank you.

I had a horrible experience with another Dentist here in Bartlesville. After a week and a half of suffering I broke down and made an appt with My Dentist, from the moment I walked in it was a totally different atmosphere from where I had previously been! The ladies at the desk were friendly, the nurse that helped me in the back was super friendly and funny! She had me laughing my butt off even tho I was in serious pain! The dentist was super friendly, listened to me, didnt make me feel judged at all, unlike the other guy, he fixed me up with strong antibiotics and some paste to help with the pain. All in all probably the best experience at a dentist Ive ever had. 10/10 Definitely recommend!

I havent been to a dentist in YEARS!!! The staff at My Dentist made me feel very very comfortable. Each of the staff members including the dentist gave detailed explanations of each step and came up with a plan if attack for my oral health. They even took the time to explain billing, my portion and how we could break the treatments so my out of pocket wouldnt be as much. I would certainly recommend My Dentist. 😁

My daughters and I have been using Dr. Vivians office the last two years. I can say, hands down, weve only had great experiences (this coming from a woman who deals with major dental anxiety, from past experiences)! Routine cleanings, fillings, a wisdom tooth extraction, and invisalign for my girls.. Dr. Vivian and his team have made most of my dental fears vanish, and even better.. my girls have none. They do a great job building up the patient relationship. Happy to have them here in Bartlesville!!

I have a very good experience here. Brandi was the tech, Willis the Dentist for my visit. I wanted a “one and done “ appointment and they accommodated my needs. I have dental anxiety and they made sure I was comfortable. Having several fillings and a wisdom tooth removal in one appointment was a lot, but it was doable because of them. I would go here again.

They are wonderful! At My Dentist! I don’t think many people love the idea of dental work, in a 2 week span I have sat in a dental chair for about 7 hours total. I am having pretty extensive repairs and cosmetic work done as well. This was my very first time going to a different office in the last 7 years. It has so far been the longest dental work but most relaxing and thoughtful care I have ever received. From Hailey at their front desk, to cleanings with Julie, both so helpful and sweet. Dr. Willis, is gentle, kind and explains everything in detail. Kristi his assistant makes you feel like you are welcome and have been a patient for years and not just someone in a chair. Friendly, kind, professional & CLEAN! I would recommend My Dentist and Dr. Willis to anyone, especially those who have fears of dental work.

Had a good experience overall here. The staff was great and so was the dentist. You could tell that they seem to kinda try to up-sale you on stuff but they are not forceful about it. Overall honestly this was the best dental experience I have ever had. Im glad they are here and hope they stick around.

The staff is very friendly. I called on the day of my appointment and asked if I could get in early. They said come on in and got me out of there before my original scheduled time. Hygienist is very well trained in the field and offers advice on prevention with sealants and fluoride treatments. They also check for oral cancer.

I went in knowing I had major dental issues. They have worked with me and have taken great care of me. They figure out what works best for each patient (like I need to be sedated for major work because of physiology and nerves). Have recommended several times and will continue to.

I went to My Dentist in Bartlesville, OK at 8:20am this morning with a broken tooth that needed to be removed. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and got me scheduled for an appointment that morning at 10am! Kristy, Dr. Willis, and the entire staff were very professional and did an awesome job at assessing my needs & communicating what needed to be done and how they were going to go about it.
