Great customer service. The staff is pleasant and welcoming with just the right amount of personnel touch. Ive visited the location twice, each experience was great. On my latest visit Chrissy performed the exam and measurements. Im not the biggest fan of the dentist but her conversation and gentle approach calmed me tremendously. The doctor was just as welcoming. He performed an exam and set expectations for the next visit. He even made the upcoming procedure sound good which is hard to do when the word extraction is used. This is by far the best dental office Ive ever visited. Great job Dentistry by Design!!!!

I was pleasantly pleased with Dentistry by Design. The ladies at the front desk made me feel very welcome upon entering and leaving my appointment. Kimberly was very kind and addressed all of my dental needs with compassion and care. Dr. Lumpkin was very friendly and explained everything, throughout my treatment. Very professional. very complete. They have 7:30am appointments which is wonderful for me. Chrissy performed my cleaning and my teeth feel so much better. The office staff is wonderful and Dr. Lumpkin was very nice.

Great customer service and excellent attention to dental detail. Dr. Lumpkin professional and attentive during dental procedures. Never any pain or discomfort once the numbing sets in-so appreciated! Amber always so cheerful, professional, and pleasant with conversation ashis assistant. Appreciated how both were attentive to detail in making sure veneers and crown matched existing teeth and bite comfortable. Will be returning and would recommend.

I love my dentist office. From easy and convenient scheduling, text reminders and all of the wonderful staff (thanks for keeping my smile in great shape, Chrissy), there is no where else I would prefer to take care of my dental need.

This group is amazing. Dr. Lumpkin is so gentle, caring and he explains everything so there are no surprises. The hygienist are wonderful, they make your teeth shine! The front desk staff always greet you with a smile and they help you with all your insurance questions. This beautiful office is so awesome, Ive been going there for over 20 years now! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to Dr. Lumpkin is fantastic and so attentive. You never have long waits and they get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. My hygienist is Chrissy and she is so sweet, thoughtful and attentive and always remembers little personal details that you might have mentioned to her 6 months before! I highly recommend Dr. Lumpkin and his staff!

Dr. Lumpkin and his staff are professional, thorough, and competent. Amber and Christy are delightful and keep things relaxed while you are in their chairs. They value my time by getting me in on time. These are not people going through the motion, but people who care and their attention to detail is what you should expect from every dental visit. Dr. Lumpkin is well-versed in dental medicine, listens, and explains any recommended course of action. He will give you his best - every time.

Have been going to Denistry by Design for years. Dr. Lumpkin and all of his staff are top notch always have gone above and beyond from appointments, to billing, to the dental hygienist and when the doctor said I needed a crown, I said; “oh my gosh you’re right! I do!!!” Unfortunately, I wanted the diamond kind and he was talking about dental kind!Dr. Lumpkin’s dental assistant Amber is ahmazing!!! I have a healthy fear of needles and with Dr. Lumpkin’s know how and her help, I didn’t feel a thing!!! Dr. Lumpkin and his assistant Inger are absolutely TOP NOTCH. I have anxiety with dental procedures from a really bad experience in the past from a dentist in a different town, and Dr. Lumpkin and Inger treated me respectfully and carefully. My daughter was with me and she is going to school in the fall to study dental hygiene and they let her watch the whole procedure and they both took time and explained to my daughter what they were doing and why....I was overly impressed. I am very thankful for their patience, their understanding, their care, and their personal attention. Thank you both so much!

Dr. Lumpkin has a gift. He is able to numb your mouth without feeling the actual puncture of a needle. His team is full of wonderful people that treat you like everyone deserves to be treated. I was very aprehensive about going to have my teeth worked on because they were in such poor condition and I was very embarrassed. Had horrible health conditions do to old mercury fillings put in when I was a child. Dr. Lumpkin did an amazing job replacing all those fillings without exposing me to the mercury filling materials he was removing. My health has made a tremendous change for the better and I have him to thank for that. Dentistry by Design was the best choice I could have made for my teeth. Now I will be a lifetime patient!

Look, to me a dentist is a dentist is a dentist, but this place is different. The staff are super courteous. When you walk in Becky and Monica treat you like they care. Trust me in the medical world that is becoming more and more of a challenge to find. Don’t sit down however, because these administration Jedi’s are quick with a hello even quicker quicker with getting into the dentist chair. Don’t sweat the chare though! The hygienist Luci is a wiz with Dr. Lumpkin knocking out any dental work I need with ninja precision! Inger makes sure I keep my cleaning appointments and is determined to make sure I have a great smile. Since I’ve been going to Dentistry by Design I’ve found that my work has improved, and I am now CEO of ConocoPhillips. Okay not CEO, more like IT support, but still my smile makes me feel like a million bucks!
