I was my moms caregiver until her recent passing and I am so grateful that my family was able to keep her at home with the help of personal choice program and the fogarty center! Payroll and other staff were always pleasant and helpful when I called. Thank you to all.

I hire staff people

The employees here are so extremely rude. I was very taken aback when I called last week to speak with someone regarding my grandmothers care and was given an attitude. This is, mind you, after calling 7 times and leaving her payroll representative Casey, her supervisor, Kim and then the owner David a voicemail because we were desperate for answers and no one was returning our calls. Then when I was finally called back they treated me as though I was some sort of inconvenience to them. Like it is not their job to call back clients and answer questions. I was disguated. After being left on hold for 37 minutes...yes I timed it because of how frustrated I was, I heard someone come back on the line and hang up on me. This is not the first time this has happened to my family. The payroll rep rolled her eyes at my mother when she went in and had a few questions regarding an application...again, acting as though my grandmothers care is just an inconvenience. No one ever calls back. We have had more than a few issues with our payroll but the overall sense that my grandmothers case and our questions regarding her care and employees are of no importance to them is what truly bothers me. The blonde receptionist is very sweet and personable but she is about the only one we have that carries herself with such a demeanor. I would normally never write a review like this but I am so frusturated with this establishment. We would go elsewhere if it wasnt such a hassle. I do not recommend them at all.
