I wish every medical clinic worked like the IBJI. First of all, it’s a walk-in clinic for injuries- no appointment needed.It was my first time there. Upon arrival the staff was very helpful and immediately took my information and within 10 minutes I was in the exam room. They have all imaging equipment in house. The imaging staff are super professional and within minutes took all the pictures.Doctor Gross is a top notch expert. He quickly diagnosed me and provided a treatment plan. Explained everything clearly. His knowledge is amazing and his personality is wonderful. What a great doctor!I am thankful to Dr. Gross and the staff at the IBJI. They are among the nicest people you will ever meet this side of heaven.If you have bone or joint issues don’t hesitate, just go to the IBJI.

Dr. Anderson was very personable and professional. Very thorough in his diagnosis. The office staff and nurses were tremendous. Would highly recommend!

We had a great experience! Of course no parent wants their child to have a broken bone. However, they took great care of my two year old who was pretty anxious and upset. My DD is not always easy and they had so much patience with her. It’s not easy to be a parent, so it takes a village to help care for and love on our kids. The staff and doctors here did just that. My little one went home with a sling and a smile which is better than how we started the day.

Great experience. Dr Norbeck has great bedside manner. He focuses on your problem and comes up with a way forward. Staff are very competent and friendly.

Have had three orthopedic incidents in the past 18 months requiring medical attention. I always use IBJI in Lake Barrington for these kinds of things because of confidence in the high level of professional and experienced treatment they provide. Most recent visit was two days ago. Dr. Gross thoroughly investigated the problem gave me a shot and sent me on my way. Very personable, down to earth and with many years of experience. I would add Dr, Schneider to these comments. Highly recommend this medical group for your orthopedic issues and walk-ins are welcome!

We had an amazing experience with Dr. Angerame. I thought my daughter may have broken her wrist after a fall. We had a walk-in appointment at the clinic. She was very nervous to have it looked at. Dr. Angerame was kind and immediately made my daughter feel comfortable and not afraid. He recommended a great treatment plan while trying to minimize expensive tests. He made my daughter and I feel comfortable in a tough situation. I would highly recommend him!

I had injured my back during a work out. I was seen within 20 minutes of entering the waiting room. I was seen by Dr. Gross who was personable,and knowledgeable which immediately put me at ease. I have been a patient at IBJI many times but I had not met Dr. Gross. Im so glad I did. He has a way of using humor to distress his patients but at the same time really knows his stuff. Thank you, Dr. Gross.

We went to walk in clinic. We were seen quickly, and had X-rays done onsite and read quickly as well. Doc and nurses were also great with our 2 year old. Would highly recommend.

Yesterday was a bad day for me I wish I could remember the ladies name who recognized my name while in the urgent clinic called my Dr Jasonowitz he was not to start til 2 pm he left his lunch came in early and seen me on his time!!! 5 🌟 best service ever.!

Dr. Angerame was great. He was very thorough with his explanation about my case and why he wasnt going to prescribe a steroid, and he even suggested a follow-up with a spinal specialist to see this to its resolution before I even asked. He is a breath of fresh air in a profession filled with much older doctors who dont let their patients get a word in or vocalize their concerns/inquiries.

I visited Dr Oryhon today for a hip problem and as always before, he was able to offer a solution that provided much needed relief. I have been a patient of his for years. He was the surgeon who replaced both my knees and I had a marvelous outcome. It was life changing. I sincerely would recommend himTo anyone needing hip or knee procedures.

Dr Angerame is a great doctor. He knew exactly what was going on with my finger and I would recommend him to anyone with orthopedic problems. It was all around a great experience with the friendly staff.

This is my second hip replacement by Dr. Marc Angerame. I didnt think it could be any better than the first amazing results but I was wrong! My recovery time took about half the time. I went to IBIJ to have my shoulder and arm examined after a fall. My symptoms were unusual: numbness in part of the arm and an inability to raise the arm - not from pain, but due to unusual weakness.Diane, a nurse who was quite pleasant and clearly a veteran medical professional took a very detailed history from me. She made me feel very comfortable. I was then seen by Anna, a Nurse Practitioner, who did a very thorough physical exam of the shoulder to rule-in and rule-out possible issues. She explained everything and also made me feel fully at ease.I was given a comprehensive series of X-rays in and around the injured areas. The imaging was a few steps away from the exam room and there was no waiting. Everything was very well orchestrated.The concluding step in the visit was to be seen by Dr. Dr. Surbhi C. Panchal. All exams showed that there was no obvious damage to the shoulder or arm. She offered a logical explanation for what probably happened. Dr. Panchal also explained everything at just the right level for me and took time to describe her reasoning.I dont recall ever having received such a thorough examination process by such a professional and pleasant care team. And everything was flawlessly orchestrated.This group is highly recommended!

They got my son in quickly and were kind and thorough. All of the staff were fantastic.
