Over TWENTY-FIVE minutes on hold to talk to the pharmacist, and Im still currently on hold while I type this. Their service is absolutely terrible. You can hardly ever get in touch with anyone when you need to; even drive-thru is extremely slow. Would not recommend getting anything through this location, especially if its a necessary medication.

Rude employees in pharmacy, seem to delight in making customers wait while they gab and seem to do relatively unimportant things at a snails pace. Truly the worst customer service I have ever encountered , County Road CVS in Barrington, RI

If Zero stars was an option this location would have achieved it with perfection. Always a dreaded and painful experience to have to get a script here. Rude, slow, unknowledgeable ..the worst.

I am NOT happy with others comments as Ive been coming here for years without negative interactions. If you cant understand that they deal with obstacles out of thier control, clearly you are not aware the world is not perfect and stuff happens. The folks at this pharmacy are truly the nicest people and they are committed to excellence and do everything they can to get your meds to you and out the door.Take a breath people.

Exceptionally rude service. No cashier at the front for almost 10 minutes even as I rang the bell several times with sizable breaks in between to allow time for someone to come up. Lady who came up had the most impatient look and did not say a single word to me, and began rapidly and carelessly scanning. She double scanned one of my items, I let her know, and she rolled her eyes and me and violently stabbed the screen to cancel, after it was done she basically threw my bagged items at me and left the counter, leaving my receipt on the other side in the receipt printer. I kid you not when I say she did not say a single word to me that whole interaction. Possibly the rudest thing I have ever seen in customer service in my life. Have not been back in over 4 months and am not planning to go anytime soon.

I’m not sure what is up with all the awful reviews, especially about the pharmacy staff...I’ve gone here most of my life, for routine scripts and the occasional flu/sick things for myself and my daughter. My parents use this CVS, always have, and I’ve never experienced an issue there. Some people seem maybe just far too impatient, and feel the need to blame their misfortunate situations on others. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The people at the pharmacy are so rude. Just awful. Refused to fill my prescription even though I received a text from them that it would be filled on the day I was told. They gave me no other direction of what I should do. Called CVS in Warren and they filled it immediately.

Awesome staff in the store. I do not get prescriptions here, so no opinion on that! Emma is very helpful and goes out of her way for you! Ty Emma!

Probably the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. If you call prescriptions in a few hours before you go to pick it up you will still wait at least an hour in store. 0 customer service.

Closest pharmacy to my house. But I will most likely be switching. You shouldn’t work in healthcare or in customer service if you can’t fake a smile and be nice to people, especially when most people who come to your place of business are in need of medications because they are SICK. Rude and unprofessional pharmacy staff.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in existence. The people working at the pharmacy are rude and always claim to be so busy they can never fill a prescription in a reasonable amount of time (it takes days sometimes!) They are constantly out of medications and the employees are constantly messing up with the insurance companies. I dont know if they need better training or management, but its a shame because Ive always loved CVS until I moved to Barrington!

Always went to CVS for my prescriptions, cigarettes, nail polish, make up, etc. However, the pharmacy has recently become completely incompetent. They are supposed to order in special medication for me, once a month. However, for the past few months, they literally forget to order it in, or order in a few pills at a time and make me pay the same copay every single time, even though I should have gotten all the pills at once, not had to pay 5 times for it. Its getting sickening, because I called over the weekend to make sure they ordered the right ones in, since Id had issues in the past. I called today, and they insist they have no idea, they didnt get a note to order it in. What is the point of them even answering the phone and taking orders from people if they dont actually call it it? Im completely done with this place; They dont know how to count, they dont know that 2x a day for 28 days = 56. Basic math is apparently very difficult. The meds I need literally keep me from ending up in the hospital, but that doesnt matter. I really do not suggest going here; You may have medication more important than mine -- What if they forgot someones heart meds or something?
