Apparently they administered my epidural during labor 2 years ago. Never got a bill. Confirmed with Advocate I had zero balance. Just ran my credit and I have a ding from this company!! Never received a single bill, notice, anything from them. So now I get to spend my time dealing with this mess!
Failed to send us a bill. Sent account to collections. Collections agency didn’t send us a bill. And the epidural missed. Complete failure of an organization. An embarrassment to the Advocate system.
Sadly our insurance did not cover any of the d and c procedure that I had to have due to a miscarriage. They refused to offer us any discount, as every other office has (even dental), has in the past for procedures not covered. Now we are stuck with an almost 1k reminder of that awful day. Very disappointed.
