I believe I am alive today because of Dr Gagnon. When I went to see her 7+ years ago I was 100+ Lbs overweight, could barely get out of bed, depressed, at high risk for stroke and heart attack, and much more.She was very patient as she lead me through the process of wellness.Each visit and teleconference was professionally conducted. Dr Gagnon actually listened to how I was feeling! That was a new concept for me with a doctor.Once the comprehensive labs and tests were completed she started me on a plan for wellness. I was in my mid 50s at the time and thought there was no hope.After each appointment I received clear notes and review of my visit including instructions on how to proceed with prescriptions, coping skills, weight loss, diabetes management, and overall wellness.Unlike other doctors, Dr Gagnon listened to my symptoms and along with the lab results and had REAL solutions for my problems.I am 63 now, I reached my goal weight 5 years ago with her help. My heath is better than it has been since in my 20s. I am in excellent health and lead a very active, happy life! Excited to find a functional medicine practitioner. Read website and after reading she treated my condition I made phone appt. I felt rushed the entire time. She told me she only treated hormone issues (even though others were listed on website) and preceded to spend most of the time talking about money. I explained that I did see all that was mentioned about hormones but I also saw the other conditions listed which was what drew me to call. I said that while I would be interested in checking into hormones later, I felt that the main medical issue I am having (which was one listed on her site) should probably be addressed first. Then it was clear I wasnt worth her time. She did give the name of the doctor she refers people to (which I thanked her for!) and I called that office. I was told by the doctors nurse (after she spoke to the dr.) that the doctor said to just go on the steroids and other strong/ undesirable medicines the conventional doctors want to put me on. I called Dr. Gagnon to simply ask if she had another referral or suggestion only to be completely ignored. It would only take 5 minutes to suggest someone else or say you cant or wont bother. When a patient is truly suffering and trying to find a better way, its a shame the doctors who claim to care & be different (going a more holistic route) are no different and appear to be uninterested if they dont see the big money coming from you.

Dr. Gagnon is a wonderful, caring, passionate physician. She explains everything in detail and made my menopausal experience almost symptom free. She not only was concerned about physical well being but also was concerned about mental and spiritual as well being as well. I’ve referred many of my family and friends to her and they have been very pleased as well. She’s right on point with her diagnosis and treatment plan options.

Dr Gagnon is absolutely amazing! She is so warm, caring and does an fantastic job. Very pleased with her ability to diagnose my hormone deficiencies and fix them. She gives you her undivided attention for the whole visit. I would definitely give her more stars if I could.

Dr. Gagnon is amazing! She has been my hormone specialist for 11 years. She not only analyzes and explains scientific test results, but asks the right questions about lifestyle choices and recommends simple natural solutions. My hormones are balanced and Ive lost 30 lbs. Where do you begin when someone has changed your quality life of living. I have been seeing her for 5 years. I was a walking migraine for about 2 years at age 42 and 43 and Im now 48 years old. It was the change of life. I went to see her and got all my hormones balanced and Im down to my normal 1 migraine a month. I never felt better. Dr. Gagnon has been- my doctor for over 6 years treating me for pre-menopausal and post-menopausal symptoms, along with a thyroid condition. I have to say that her treatment has transformed my life. I have so much energy and vitality. I dont feel my age at all. She is so knowledgeable and so thorough when reviewing your lab results. Both my wife and I are patients of Dr. Gagnon. Our experience has been that Dr. Gagnon is a very a gifted physician with an excellent understanding of the bodys endocrine system, a skill that we believe is rare in physicians today. We believe that we are privileged and blessed to be in her care.

I met with Dr. Gagnon on the advice of my sister. At the time, I was struggling with exhaustion, brain fog, and depression. I was so used to coping with these feelings that I wasnt even able to accurately perceive how poorly i was feeling! After some testing, Dr. Gagnon put me back on track to health, energy, a lower weight, a sharper mind. I am a patient of Dr. Gails. My experience was nothing short of excellent. Her professionalism, concern and genuine care of my well being made me feel very comfortable. Shes exceptionally thorough in her explanation of my symptoms, any questions or concerns that I had as well as what to expect moving forward. I was very pleased and will continue being a patient.

I have been a patient of Dr Gails for many years and have not felt better! Amazed that my menopausal symptoms were immediately gone after being diagnosed properly. She is very thorough in testing and prescribing exactly what is needed to bring mind and body in balance.

I started seeing Dr Gagnon and was surprised to see the sheet of scribbles she used as her medical chart. It was a printed piece of paper and she would write notes all over it on the top and sides, she would talk and circle things, she would cross out things and draw lines all over it. It was manic and unreadable. I had questions about instructions about mediation she had given me and how they contradicted what she said from one appointment to the next. It took days to get a response so I was not sure (and a bit afraid) to start them without knowing what was correct does and start date. In one appointment she would look at that “sheet” and state “issues” I had and I had to correct her that they were not things I ever mentioned. In another appoint the same thing happened. I was losing faith in her “method for keeping records” of my complaints as to why I was even there. I had issues with her ordering system and again it took days and I was then directed to call someone from this third party instead of her taking care of it. It all seemed very scattered and unprofessional. I paid cash because insurance doesn’t cover her practice, and when I missed an appointment she charged my card ( that must have been on file) the full amount of almost 300! I thought this was a bit much. (Not sure why she was charging a card with out my permission) called and asked that it be reduced to something reasonable and she would not hear if it. Stated she needed to stay in business and run her practice. I said I didnt feel this was good customer service, and I may not be a customer if this is the most important thing to her. She choose the money. This took days of me calling and waiting for her to respond overlong periods of time. I am now asking for my medical records and she will not call me back, I have emailed and left messages. She finally had someone call and say I could pay for them in order to receive them and that I got records every time I went. I had received a chart that didn’t have the information my new professional doctor needs to move forward with me properly. I would never recommend Dr Gagnon. Patient beware.
