I was dissatisfied with previous hearing aid brand. Hearing Labs placed me in a superior brand that was covered by my health insurance, a double win. Service was professional, friendly, efficient and staff was on top of schedule with a pleasant reminder.

Not happy at all. Purchased about 21/2 years ago. Right sent in for repair/replacement. Left sent in 2 times. Last was 4 months ago. Told today left will be 750. To repair for 3rd time. Or spend 5000$ for new. Cant last 6 months with out breaking. Now out of warranty.will be looking for something else. Not this brand. 1/7/2021. Maria at Hearing Lab went to bat for me and got it repaired no charge. Picked up today. Working good. Thank you Maria

I was referred to the Barrington location by my insurance company. Upon arrival for appointment, there was no health screening or temperature check for myself or my husband, who accompanied me. The office did not have the correct insurance benefit information. I was not even given an opportunity to look at or try on hearing aids. The employee said shed recheck the insurance benefit & get back to me. I was then asked if I wanted to fill out a Wells Fargo credit application to pay for the hearing aids. I never heard back from their office. Very unprofessional office, in my opinion. Try Costco hearing aids. Better service & prices.

Very knowledgeable and competent people. The services rendered are done efficiently and quickly. The products (hearing aids) offered are the very best available. Financing is available at no cost. There are no lines to wait in for service and there is lots of free parking just outside the door. It doesn’t get any better than this!
