My family has experienced professionals working so hard for this company. They deserve even more stars than 5. When my family needed someone the most the owner herself stepped in and helped. The staff was amazing at helping not only my ailing family member but the entire family, we will always be grateful to everyone there. You made a world of difference when we needed you the most. I utilized this companies services for my aunt recently. I was disgusted at the lack of professionalism of this office. The caregiver tried her best, however when she had any issues and tried to reach out to the office there was a lack of communication, the owner would even refuse to speak to her. I made an effort to go to the office to speak to them myself regarding issues, however I was meet with a very disheveled man sitting on the steps non stop smoking cigarettes, not being looked after, what appeared to be construction workers with glassy eyes, slurring words( made me question if they were on some kind of substance). The office appeared messy, with a strong unpleasant odor, a door open with what appeared to be an unreasonable amount of food and other products visable. The office staff including the owner were completely unpleasant, and not helpful. All of this combined made my mind up to change companies. My Aunt is now being cared for by an amazing company with great communication, and follow through and I couldn’t be happier.

They don’t even deserve one star. This company is very unprofessional and they have withheld pay, taken shifts money and personal belongings. they have hurt clients physically I’ve witnessed them verbally abusing clients in a very aggressive manor. I have reported it.They have a high turnover rate be cause they don’t pay you for the shifts you worked so people don’t come back. They Do not have any professionalism whatsoever when they approach you.They have been threatening what they will do to me if I go to the authorities and that’s what made me post this rating I’m scared for my client and myself.I hope someone looks into this asap.My client is currently dealing with open wounds and they are not being observed by any nurses whatsoever. They neglected them in the beginning hence why they now have new open wounds due to lack of supervision the wounds still not being cared for. They will not let me go back there Since I made a report and my client is begging for my helping hand it’s a terrible feeling knowing I’m needed and my client is hurt and they are not taking care of her wound and there’s nothing I can do except wait.

Rosalyn and her crew have been phenomenal. She is one of the fastest growing home care entities and has shown a dedication to her clients not seen in this money driven world. Rosalyn herself will address, adjust and help each client to get the best available care they can deliver. Further the y know their limits will will help families to make the best decisions for their loved ones - with confidence and compassion. Thank you!

Office staff very disorganized. Invoices take several weeks to be sent out. Seems to be a lot of turnover in office staff and caregivers. The caregivers we had at the end were very good, however, it took several months to get ones who were not inept. I would never hire this agency again.

Good Afternoon everyone....I am well know to the central Vermont community and I do love where I live, I began working as a LNA because of family, our senior family is the most important , most would agree and this is why I do what I do....We TLHC received a letter from a client regarding her mom that just had to be shared so with her permission....My name is Jackie Hutchinson my mom Gabrielle Hutchison she is 90 years young, in Feb she ended up @ Central Vermont Hospital and after a few days was transferred to the local nursing homes as months passed I just knew I wanted her home.....I couldnt do this without help so I called TLHC Tender Loving Home Care ...they have been a godsend the caring staff and their commitment I cant say enough about their staff.....The best part is my mother is home not in a nursing home but truly home not just fading away.
