The nurses visiting a relative are amazing. The organization has been extremely helpful. I cannot say enough how they are helping us through a difficult time.

Lack of oversight of staff, lack of remediation of staff, staff thefts (money hidden in a closet, a bottle of shampoo, extra bottle of Tylenol).You will need direct observation for the police, otherwise they skate and thieves count on this. Still discovering items missing after they were here.
