They are terrible never answer the phone and they are rude too. Doctor is never there and always have to speak to a assistant.

The front office is completely rude and always ends up having an attitude for some odd reason. Its actually really hard to get an appointment here and when you do get an appointment they never make reminder calls for it. I would give zero stars but there is a nurse who is in the back that is very polite and professional

I went there 10 yrs. ago, then moved out of town. Just moved back and went back to him. I really like the staff and drs. It is hard to get thru on the phone

I needed an emergency referral and they fit me in right away. I admit, sometimes its hard to get through to them on the phone, but any time I leave a message they call me back right away. Today I called because I was having issues getting an appointment with the orthopedic doctor, and Marissa was so nice and helpful. She said she would call and try to get me an appointment. I dont go to the doctor that often, but every time I go there, everyone is so nice and helpful. I dont understand some of these bad reviews.

I have been to a lot of doctors offices in the past forty years since a very serious motorcycle accident that many years ago. I have always been treated with respect and everyone in the office is very nice. I never have a problem getting through to them on the phone.

I am a new patient, I arrived early to complete the proper paperwork. My appointment was for 9 am, I was taken back on time. I left the office before 10 am. I found the staff and Doctor very professional!

If there was a no star rating I would but zero.People are on there damn death bed and they cant even give u a soon enough appointment. Even being realised from the hospital.

I literally have to call them 18 times in order for them to maybe answer the phone. Doctors are nice and helpfull and absolutely great but their answering service is worthless.. Leave a message? Dont bother, they never return your phone calls. I would tell them all this directly if I wasnt worried that they wouldnt send my paperwork out to my employer and stuff. Very frustrating. If you can deal with that kind of incompetence then you will be seeing wonderfull doctors...

Since dr os passing the place is so inept and rude been going to this place for over 15 yrs and its a joke now

They wont answer phone calls. Didnt see the Dr, but the nurse practitioner, she was not giving profesional advise but telling me about her personal experience with her daughter that has nothing to do with my son and our situation. I have filed a grievance, and Im leaving this clinic. I just cant believe how unprofessional they are.

Very unprofessional the girl in the front office is always complaining and talking about personal problems in front of the client. Weve seen the dr twice and waited over 2 hrs each time....horrible place go somewhere else!

The most rudest dr.office I have ever been too. They gang up on u several times before u can even speak to them then they answer and their rude like u interrupted their day.
