My husband in the 1st time patient here for doctor Abousy. We want in signed in gave this secretary his insurance card. Did not give us our papers to fill out for 1st time visit. A young lady Was lost she asked if she was in the right spot the secretary reply back by being smart yelling youre in the wrong place. The secretary then proceed to slam the door very loudly. While we were out in a hall waiting for his name to be called. Then the secretary gets up shuts the door talking about She dont wanna hear us talking And you just wont hear your name being called and shut the door on us and other patients. Ive never been to such a disrespectful place I feel sorry for this doctor he needs to replace her now he just lost a new patient and probly a couple others. So if you ever wanna have the 1st time worst experience ever than I would recommend if not then please dont go in till shes replaced have a blessed day
