Ive been a patient at Erdman BMS for 15years and have had serval doctors which were great. I know the staff and nurses and have found them to be very professional as well as servicing the Belair Erdman health center with compassion . Dr. Erica Iles is by far The Best Doctor that Ive ever had.

I was seen by Dr. Linda Rainey on March 8, 2021 via a tele visit, I did not like her unprofessionalism. She really didnt do anything for me, She did not listen to anything that I was explaining to her, instead she talked over me. She asked me questions unrelated to what I had an appointment for. Dr. Rainey was rude and condescending. I will never return to BMS because of her actions.

Wildly mismanaged office. Multiple phone calls dropped, messages left and never returned, blood work lost, left without lifesaving blood pressure medicine for nearly month.Repeated requests made to Dr. Gibson for help with next to zero response. Disfunctional phone system that prohibits actually completing calls. Forced to walk-in to request med refill and referral, and am told by the very kind receptionist that essentially her hands were tied, and despite my multiple calls, attempting to make an appointment, it is MY fault that I had not gotten an appointment scheduled and therefore I was not elegible to have my referral processed of Rx refilled until I did.Borders on malpractice to accept patients with chronic illness and absolutely, completely ignore their medical needs and requests.Shameful lack of medical care.

The most negligent place Ive ever had to deal with. I have had to call back on more than several occasions to remind the provider to call in my meds. Ive been left alone in a room for 2 hours waiting for blood work, when come to find out the lab tech wasnt there and they were about to close. Also I was a little annoyed when the N.A. couldnt even pronounce the meds I was supposed to be on.And their negligence just put me back in the hospital. BMS is the absolute worst experience ever!

My mom scheduled an appointment for us on the same day. I seen a nurse got a checkup and they told us my doctor canceled my appointment to write my prescription and couldn’t write a prescription for my medicine. The call center needs to be more organized.

Fat front desk girl is MISERABLE. Her attitude interferes with any help people she works for has to offer. She is very disrespectful and to be seen you have to eat it.

I wish there was a negative star option. This is literally the worst dr I have ever ever been to. I hate this place. They don’t care about you at all All they care about is money. I went there tonight for them to give me my prescription refill and they didn’t even send it over to the pharmacy. They gave me the run around. But u better believe they will charge me 150+ for the visit And I left with nothing :(. I have a rash on my face and went in to get it checked out they never told me what it was they said they send my prescriptions over and they never did.

BMS Belair Edison Staff Needs More Training. They’re All Over The Place. If There Was An Option For 0 Stars I Would’ve Choose It! Dr. Carissa Gibson Is The Worse!!! What Doctor Doesn’t Want A Patient To Return To Work Without Any Problems. That Would Definitely Be Her!! Her MA Erika Santamaria Isn’t Any Better. Also Has A Bad Attitude & Very Slow. Wouldn’t Recommend Neither One For A Pet.

I had an appt that they made for me cause they cancelled my appt. It was confirmed but when i showed up today I was told I didnt have an appointment but I said I confirmed my appointment cause someone call me to confirm it then the girl told me that it was cancelled so when she looked at their computer thing she saw that it was confirmed and then someone canceled it so she called to find out what happen and someone called and told her to ask me would I like to see another doctor I said no I wanna see my doctor then I was told that i couldnt see my doctor because I canceled my appointment and the slot was filled but I said I didnt cancel my appointment someone else canceled it which happens to be a nurse that works there. They kept trying to make me feel like it was my fault that my appt was cancelledI ask why i am being ask to see someone else why not ask the person you gave my slot to see someone else it was yall fault but the manager said she was sorry all she can do is make me another appt or i can see someone else im very disappointed and i feel disrespectful for the way i was treated and im really thinking of switching my dr office this place has no costumer service skills and dont care.

I Am EXTREMELY Disgusted with This Medical Center. I am a SEVERE Asthmatic &, after a Late Night Trip to Urgent Care, was informed to get in touch with My PCP to Refill Required Medications . As it was too late to call the same night, I began calling the following morning, & as soon as the office opened, leaving several messages explaining the Urgency of a Return Call. 3 Days Past, & I Recieved Not 1 Call from that Office. I got so desperate, that I even requested to speak to ANY AVAILABLE PCP, Nurse or Nurse Practitioner. STILL No Call. I was given a # to The PCPs Supervisor, & after 4 calls with messages following, I got the EXACT Response. NOTHING. This place is EXTREMELY Unprofessional & Their Level of Quality Care is that of a 1st Day Med Student. They Nurses are ALWAYS Very Rushed, and seem irritated if detail is given to them regarding a question asked during Triage. The Lab Tech.s Station is, not only cluttered, but dirty as well. When I did my VERY 1st Blood Work Up, the Lab Tech was Chewing, Snapping, & Popping Gum. I ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT STAND CHEWING WITH YOUR MOUTH OPEN. It is a HUGE Pet Peeve of Mine.She mustve noticed the change in my Face Expression or Felt my Unease, because she proceeded to tear a piece of paper off the paper drape they line required items for the Blood Draw sit upon, and roll her chewed & nasty basteria infected gum in it, placing it on the same tray, just not touching the itruments. Seeing my face, she said Girl I cant be all bound up swallowing that stuff. Do you know it can cause a blockage in you? No way, I dont have the time for that mess. Ya feel me? I was flabbergasted, and requested a CLEAN NEW Tray. She did oblidge, but with a Nasty Demeanor & Attitude. Oh. Did I mention they were Performing a Blood Draw, in Office, & Neglected to tell me It was a Fast Required Test? Needless to say, I got the Wrong Results, & without a 2nd Opinion, wouldve had to take Medications that couldve caused SEVERE Health Problems, Suffered from HORRIBLE Pointless Side Effects & Have Unnecessary Procedures to rectify a Non-Existant Diagnosis. Not to Mention that when I told this to that SAME Tech , she informed me I do my job, & I do it Gud. Whachu tryna say? If I have to take a test & know the patient aint been already told not to eat & prolly ate somethin, it aint my job to question. Its my job to take the daggone test. Aint my place to tell no Dr. how, when, & where to do their job.. I aint losin my job, I got too many bills, and THIS & too high maintenance for Unemployment or Welfare. All the while, you guessed it, Cracking Gum. As you can tell from this experience, I am currently. looking for a New PCP. Any suggestions? I have Priority Partners.

Staff needs more training!The front desk employees talk about personal stuff in front of customers,slow service, this facility is located in the hood/ ghetto and the staff, doctors included act like it! Will be taking my services elsewhere from now on!

I hate this place, I had a diagnosis of a chronic disease that wasnt told to me until my birthday last year. Some of the doctors are heartless. I only saw my own doctor once.

Front desk staff UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I have made several complaints but nothing has been done. If it wasnt for Dr. Simpkins my daughter & I would of been transferred to another doctors office. Every time I call the call center . It’s always a problem with scheduling .
