The folks at the Locust Point location in Baltimore are wonderful! Ryan, Princess and Dr. Garzon are super nice, gentle and accommodating. During my procedure they made me feel at ease and we talked like old friends. Highly recommend.

My experience wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. Although;I was nervous and scared of the what Ifs that comes with any medical procedure. The staff was very professional, and comforting. I would definitely recommend there services 😀

Dr Garzon did a great job on my legs. My only regret is getting it done during the summer lol legs had bruising from getting the work done but they’ll be good for next summer

My procedure went well. At first I did not want to do the procedure. The first person that explained it to me was very abrupt and her explanation scared me but after I spoke with the Dr I felt more confident to have it done. The staff is friendly but I feel rushed.

They do a fantastic job of letting you know what is happening during a procedure, what to expect in the days immediately following, and answer any questions that you might have. No matter the kind of day that theyre having, the entire staff is welcoming and warm which makes the procedures just a little more tolerable. The staff were very professional, caring and welcoming. Each step of my vein procedure was carefully explained before any Treatments began.The treatment for my varicose veins went smoothly. Over all it was a very pleasant experience. My leg has no more varicose veins and there is no more swelling.I would highly recommend Vein Clinics of America to anyone.

Dr. Alford and the clinical team is great; however, the newest front desk staff is very disappointing. They dont return phone calls, and tend to be rude. I am scheduled for follow up scans, but may need to find another option.

Staff were very supportive, kind, helpful! Scheduling very flexible around my challenging work schedule. Not obvious why so many separate appointments are required and why some services cannot be done at the same time. Did not remember hearing that I would have pain/tenderness for several weeks after procedure.

Everyone was professional. Leslie always answers any questions i have and explains things i may not understand. Shes the best!

Very Happy W/My Results....I am calling again!! I did not have any issues when I went here. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I have been very pleased w/my treatment and I see how my VC have disappeared allowing me to wear my above knee dresses. Just listen to all the home care instructions given, wear your compression stockings/socks and you should have awesome results (unless there are other underlying issues). I am going back to them as I have been having some pain in my leg, but I assure you it has nothing to do w/them, all me and how I sit possibly...I give them 5-stars because they really did get rid of my VC. Dr. Surmack is awesome!

The consultation was very brief. the doctors explanations after the ultrasound were also short, quick and I left the office not confident enough this was my place to have my veins treated.
