Horrible office. Booked an appointment here over a month in advance, only for them to cancel it two days before after Ive already taken off from work. I called their office 32 times and got through once, only to to be transferred to a voicemail. Drove all the way there to find an empty waiting room and no one on the phones. I called while I was standing there, no ringer went off. After the receptionist came back, she answered the phone that has apparently been put on silent. According to this same receptionist, this office only has one oral surgeon, and he will give them his availability 10 days at a time, then randomly decide he doesnt want to come in on those days. That is the most unprofessional thing Ive even heard.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff! From the moment I walked in ,I was greeted with eye contact and a professional greeting! I was asked to fill out some paperwork. After filling out the paperwork within five minutes I was called to the rear! I forgot the young ladies names but all of them was soooooooo sweet and attentive! The hygienist Mrs.Margret informed me on ways of maintaining my crown bridge work and foods that aide in tooth decay! The dentist filled a cavity and it took him all of ten minutes! I think I found a home for me and my kids! Who ever hired this group of staff members did an excellent job.

I have been attending Porter dental for about 2 years now and have also brought my daughter to this organization. Hands down the professionalism of the staff is why I continuously return. From Chris at the front desk to Lisa who I would recommend for dental cleaning and Dr Ambrose who I will recommend for your dental needs such as cavity fillings.The staff is just on point and they feel like an extension of family. I highly recommend this dental office.The biggest reason is because when I expressed to them some of the horror stories from previous dental organizations they didnt take those lightly they made sure that I was rest assured and that went a long way. So Im for quality and Porter dental exudes that Please continue to set the bar exceptionally high.☮️🌏☮️🌞

If you have insurance stay away from this place. They are gear to service low income, and fentanyl patients from rehab center located down the street from office. Very unprofessional any unsanitary. Staff is never prepared to do there jobs it’s alway an problem or delay, miscommunication for simply office functions. No patient privacy just a bunch of sheets. I should not have to sit and listen to personal conversations before you do your job. I went for a service recommended by there dentist. Schedule it went on the day to have service done. But because it would take time, and would be nothing quick on there dental assembly line, and the fact I have good insurance not medical assistance.I was denied service and told to reschedule. This is called trying too milk insurance. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company and with Portal Dental ..... portal dental refused to help resolve dental issue I’m in pain

This place is made for poor people who will tolerate poor customer service and treatment. I took my niece to help out and waited a total of 1 hour 15 mins for a less than 10 min visit. My mom always complaints but again she is the type who will give her money to places that do not respect or her time, NOT I.

Terrible customer service from FD staff. I went today as a pregnant woman (ive had appts with them before but I wanted to change providers because the service is terrible) and was told that they wouldnt see me. The FD also told me their provider didnt feel comfortable seeing me because I see a midwife and not a OBGYN, even went on to tell me I should start seeing another provider (unsolicited and rude). I definitely got upset and voiced my displeasure and left. Called my insurance and found a provider much more competent and polite. Regardless of your economic standing the care you receive by trusted medical professionals should NOT change. Unfortunately, Porter Dental doesnt share this same idea. If youre able to, please find another provider.

The worst dentist ever, they NEVER answer the phone. They didnt put my daughters medicine in and when they did put in the prescription the next day they put the wrong prescription in.

Wonderful Front Office Staff, Dental Hygienist and Dentist! The reception area is always clean and sometimes they offer hot coffee, tea, cold water and pop corn - which is always a plus. Very seldom do you have a long wait to be seen. My children and I like the Broadway location better than other locations weve visited in the past.

My daughter has a hole in her lip after visit. When asked about the wound they said it didn’t happen there. I would not recommend taking your child to this or any location. She was there to have wisdom teeth removed and left with bruises and a hole in her lip. I coming to see that location. This is not acceptable and we will not accept the way we have been treated. They are so lucky I can not post a picture but I will getting people to support me and shutting them down. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Had an appointment for 10 am been sitting in the chair for 2 hours and still no service. Then when the dentist comes in would say you got a filling at another site so he can’t replace it or repair it this is the worst service do not make appointment for any service here

Would not change the medicine I was ALLERGIC TOO and they had me waiting for 3 hours to for them to misdiagnose me. Had a tooth infection and they only gave me antibiotics and sent me home with no follow up for the extraction so after the antibiotics I was screwed. Had I not gone to the emergency room the infection WOULDVE SPREAD LIKE OT WAS BEING TO DO! Find yourself a professional dentist these guys are wack. As a dental office manager for 20 years I know excellent customer service from mediocre service. I arrived to my appointment, the professional young men in the reception gave me the 0paperwork I filled it out and was back in the chair in less than 15 minutes, that is EXCELLENT for a busy office with multiple providers. Dr. Tamim was my oral surgeon and Kelly the dental assistant. Kelly was sweet and held my hand during the numbing which NO ONE enjoys. Only an experienced and KIND D.A. shows that level of care to an apprehensive patient. Dr. Tamim was amazing!!! During the numbing I was nervous because I expected it to be painful yet it was not. He is really good with needles and the surgical extractions were quick, stress free and most importantly pain free. I absolutely recommend this officeComing from small dental practices Ive never been a fan of large chain dental offices or corporations because of the bad reputation they have......well Porter Dental isnt like that. They have the convenience of multiple locations with the patient care of a small town dental office. Thanks Porter Dental.

I went to get tooth pulled today was out within 15 minutes. Great job and very professional. The dentist assistant know how to keep me calm.

The young lady that answered the phone at 4:55 Jan 28, 2020 was terrible and should not be answering phones. She repeatedly tried talking over me before I could explain in full why I was calling. I had to ask her to please let me finish my sentence twice.

Excellent service with a smile, Cassandra made me feel comfortable and answered alot of my questions. Great staff all around, I was able to get in and out with no problem. Thanks, you guys are awesome !

Poor customer service

This place is unprofessional and slow. They give you an appointment time when they first open and still have you waiting. I was told that they wouldn’t complete the dental procedure I needed done and said I needed to return to a previous dentist. When I said that wasn’t an option I was given a referral to a different dentist with a speciality that wasn’t even needed. Needles to say I found a professional establishment that was able to see me and complete my root canal the same day. They changed the name but the staff still act the same way.

Very nice and professional whenever I have an appointment. Kadeem is very respectful and helpful as well. I recommend everyone to schedule an appointment for this office!

I am beyond satisfied with the services that my son NasZir always receive from Dr.K and his assistant Robert! If it wasnt for them, Id seek treatment elsewhere.

Covid19 update: TERRIBLE communication no updated outgoing messaging about hours of operations. I have left several messages in an attempt to make an appt for my daughter and no one has returned my calls. My daughter started braces therapy a week before the state of emergency and she has to get 4 teeth removed before she can continue her therapy and porter is aware of this since i got the braces referral through them. Yet theyve made no attempt to contact the patient once they reopened. they have 5 different surgeons according to my daughters insurance company when i called to see where else i can take her and they kept giving me surgeons located at porter dental on broadway yet the surgeons are booked months in advance and since january ive been attempting to make an appt with an oral surgeon for myself and then for my daughter Im constantly told the surgeons are booked and they dont have access to the schedule past 2 months. Needless to say i will never use porter again nor will i recommend it. .and fyi i contacted several locations..same results everywhere. My daughter will end up getting the braces removed because she cant continue the therapy without the teeth being removed and no one else is accepting new patients at this time...after watching my daughter struggle with self esteem issues and not wanting to smile because of her teeth to see her happiness at being able to fix them and then back to the crushing disappointment of all this madness. Knowing shell have to start a new school with the same issues shes been teased about is why im so angry. I may not be able to get her into anywhere new until next year smh

Spanish speaking ladies at the front desk find it okay to talk about everyone in their language unaware that some people do understand their language. Management should and needs to have a talk with them about it very unprofessional.and disgusting in my opinion.

Horrible. Doctor is very dismissive. I spent less than 5 minutes being evaluated by the dr. I came in for pain from my wisdom tooth and she didn’t even bother talking acknowledging that even after I expressed that was my reason for the visit! I left with a follow up appointment to have an extraction that is NOT the wisdom tooth. Totally waste of time.

Staff is excellent. Treatment was thoroughly explained. They even gave out popcorn & hot chocolate at the end of my visit. Thank you, Porter Dental.

Went to porter dental on Broadway in they was excellent!! Dr. Tofigh pulled 2 teeth it had to only taking him less then 2mins. In his assistant Kadeem was really helpful aswell in nice. Will definitely recommend this dentist.

This place took months to approve my daughters dental work and I had to keep calling back requesting them to put the paperwork in. The end result is my daughter having to get extra work and being in pain.

Went there cause have an abcess tooth . They took x Rays and only gave me antibiotics. And sent me on my way . They did not pull the tooth out. Ill never go back there again.

Been sitting inside of the Broadway location for over an hour an my child has yet to be called! A family whom arrived more than a half hour after us was called back. When i approached the front desk i was told their were only 2 doctors but yet their are several assistants sitting. Regardless of what service is needed there should be some type of order accordance to arrival and appointment not need!!!

Been calling for a whole hour and nobody is picking up the phone ....
