I was seen on time. The office was in good shape. The doctor was friendly, cordial, knowledgeable and explained my test results and my follow up treatment plan in laymans terms.The doctor made me feel very comfortable and made me feel as if she cared about my well being.I was provided with some possible ENT specialists for follow up after consulting my primary care physician.Dr. Mikayla Abrams was wonderful. She and her staff are a 5+ on a five point scale.1st time client, Ms. N. Herring

I went to Audiology Associates today for the first time to check my hearing loss. I first met Vinna. She had everything under control and knew all the answers to my questions. She was well prepared to handle matters with the Covid virus. I was really appreciate her professional handling.I then met Dr. Sofia Roller. She put me at ease instantly with her mannerism and willingness to put me at ease.She asked why I was there and could I describe what I was hearing (or not hearing). She explained simply and concisely the reasons for why I was experiencing . She took great care to explain to me what she was going to do,how I was to respond and how she would explain the questions that I would have at the correct time. She was very involved in what she was doing and listened and answered all my question(she answered questions that I had forgot to ask making me feel good. I plan to have her set up and sell me the hearing aids that I would need.

I had a consultation with Dr. Roller, who is very caring, and knowledgeable. She explained me my issues and solutions in logical and simple terms, so I could make the best decisions. Now I can hear sounds, again, I was oblivious to. What a life changing experience. I am forever in debt to her. My wife is much happier too, now that I am actively listening to her; she only has to say things once.Also, I want to commend how the office is run, its cleanliness, and strict social distancing, and sanitization protocol. Top notch, I felt super safe and protected.Last, the customer service and follow-up is another reason I go to the Wilkens Av. office, in Baltimore. The entire staff makes you feel like family, welcomed, and important. After my visits I get a follow-up call, asking if am feeling better and if there is anything else they can do, or improve upon.If you feel like I felt, when you are asking people to repeat themselves, often,I highly recommend seeing an audiologist, and if you want to have a good experience, feel safe, and cared for, consult with Dr. Sofia Roller, she is the best!

My 1 year old daughter required a routine evaluation and we were so pleased with our experience at this office. During our first visit, it was difficult getting my daughter to stay still enough for the evaluation, so Dr. Sofia Roller recommended that she come back while napping.So, on our way to our follow-up appointment my daughter fell asleep in the car and Dr. Roller came out to the car and did the testing while she was asleep in her car seat. It was so quick and easy and I greatly appreciated Dr. Rollers flexibility. Id highly recommend this office.

Wow what a learning experience. They took there time and explained everything to my wife and I. Talked about the different options we had, gave us her recommendations and why. Allowed us time to discuss and we also had a great guestion and answer session. Never felt rushed. More importantly they support the patient/client after the sale as well as having the ability to have the product serviced nationally if needed. Highly recommend.

Rosemary was wonderful as always. Shes extremely helpful in solving any issues or concerns that I have. You guys are so lucky to have someone so focused on your clients needs. Im looking forward to working with Dr. Roller. I like the fact that she has hearing loss herself and understands the issues that we have to deal with. The AA owners have done a great job on hiring very skilled people. Youre in good hands here folks!

Both my son and I had a great experience. The doctor is professional and passionate about helping her patients hear to the best of their ability. On a side note, she is so passionate about ear care that during Thanksgiving she cleans all of her family members ears. Now that is dedication!

I felt a little nervous when coming here just because of the reason why. Everyone here was nice and friendly. Dr. Roller explained everything in detail before getting started with testing and also explained everything as we went along. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Audiology Associates to anyone needing their services.

My wife Deborah found Sofia Roller (Au.D) to be very helpful, informative, kind, and caring. Sofias expertise in Audiology has had a positive impact on Debs hearing. Sofia went above and beyond in helping Deb understand the technical aspects and available adjustments of her hearing aid. Deb also found Rosemary to be great with appointment scheduling and insurance questions.

Had an appointment for a job related hearing test on January 18th and I was done within half an hour. I felt at ease during my experience. But the good news is that I have been cleared to continue my employment at SSA. Many thanks.

They are the absolute best. Dr. Roller is not only an Audiologist but an advocate for the hearing impaired. She went above and beyond to help me with my sudden hearing probably. Where my job was in jeapordy. I was able to keep my job at such short notice.

Went to see Dr.Roller. She was very nice, made sure I understood everything going on, double checked with me to make sure my hearing aids fit and sounded right.Office is small and cozy, the wait was pleasant and short.
