I have dreaded Dental visits in the past but the warmth and sincerity that his team extended to me has taken a lot of my anxiety away about future visits and treatments. Dr. Cline has taken great time and care to correct and repair a lot of issues and damage that a few inferior dentists have done or failed to address. The best part is that he took additional time to explain everything thoroughly, the how and why behind his suggestions and did not proceed to do work I did not need or want done. I wish I had found him many years ago!

After seeking diagnostic and treatment for chronic oral facial and dental pain from many different specialists, including a neurologist, neurosurgeon, Washington University Pain Management, several dentists, an endodontist, a primary care physician, psychiatrists, and countless trips to the ER and urgent care since 2012, Dr. Cline and his team, compassionately listened to my chronic pain journey and offered to help me as best they could. Dr. Cline is what I refer to as an “old school physician,” he doesn’t run away from patients with challenging and complicated medical histories and circumstances, instead Dr. Cline, and his staff, were proactive in communicating that would do what they could to help me. They actually wanted to help me. Honestly, I couldn’t believe they wanted to help me despite his genuine offer to do just that because of all that I had experienced. After one appointment, Dr. Cline has reduced my pain levels by providing an appropriately made a temporary appliance to reduce my TMJ/TMD pain which in turn reduced my bruxism- I was chipping away at my crowns. I’ve had custom made night guards and custom made Invisalign retainers made to reduce my pain and they weren’t helping. Apparently they weren’t designed as they should have been. I had lost hope that my life could be different. I thought that my life would be filled with excruciating pain forever. Dr. Cline has given me my hope back and I’ve only had one appointment. If it wasn’t for my dental phobia, I would say I was looking forward to my next appointment and the recommended treatment that can help me get my life back. Living with chronic oral facial pain that affects your ability to eat, sleep, talk, and think clearly is exhausting and debilitating. Dr. Cline could have simply said he couldn’t help me and instead he offered to try snd help me. I have a long history of dental treatments that were supposed to reduce my pain that only made my pain worse. Dr. Cline, and his staff, provide a professional, quiet, compassionate, and patient focused practice that is tailored to the individual patient’s needs. All my questions were answered and I never felt rushed. All staff treated me with respect and as a sexual assault survivor, I felt safe. There aren’t enough words to express what Dr. Cline and his team have done for me. Dr. Cline even checked in with me in the early evening the day of my first appointment to see how I was doing and if I had noticed any changes from wearing the temporary appliance. I couldn’t have imagined a more positive experience or outcome. I appreciate you choosing to treat me and not turning your back on patients such as myself that are often told “they can’t be helped, “ “nothing can be done,” “simply use mindfulness to reduce your pain,” and “you just need to accept this pain.”Thank you for recognizing that my life matters and doing what you can to improve it.

After some traumatic dental office experiences in the past, I’ve become extremely discerning in my selection of a dentist. Dr. Cline and his staff are exceptional. Dr. Cline, himself, is compassionate and reassuring, and does everything possible to ensure your comfort.Dr. Cline’s office is also home to Debbie the Gentle Hygienist. Debbie has an incredibly light, yet effective, touch. She will also offer you a freshly washed and snuggly blanket during your treatment. I nearly fell asleep during my last cleaning. Debbie will kindly suggest that you floss daily, but her recommendation lacks the undercurrent of judgement that I’ve experienced from other hygienists.My only complaint is that Dr. Cline is not on my insurance “preferred provider” list. But considering that I’m willing to pay a little extra for the level of service I receive, I wouldn’t even be willing to deduct a fraction of a star for that. Definitely recommend.

Dr.Cline and his staff are always very friendly. My dental hygienist was great, she gave me some good information and explained it well. Dr.Cline has always made me feel very comfortable during my procedures knowing I have a lot of anxiety. He’s the only dentist I’ll go to.

Dr Cline and his entire staff are professional, courteous, and do great work. I especially like how Dr. Cline describes every procedure in detail, and explains why the procedure is advised. He never pushes for procedures that are purely cosmetic, but just explains and says to think it over, and call him if you have any questions. Real pros!.

I just had 2 teeth removed and Dr. Cline was fabulous the whole time. I was the pain but made it through it! He took time with me! I would highly recommend!

Dr. Cline was very patient with me and was great at explaining all the details. He listened to my concerns and was very gentle in his approach. Outstanding care was taken by Dr. Cline and office staff to make sure they and patient are comfortable and safe in the current Covid situation. Temperature taken, short questionnaire to sign with a disinfected pen and door was opened for me to go to exam room. Dr. Cline uses updated techniques/equipment and explains not just what he would recommend, but why it would be the best treatment of dental care options.

Dr. Cline and staff are the best I have ever had, I could not nor would not ever dream of going any other dentist. Prior to deploying to Iraq, Dr. Cline and staff stayed late 2 nights to get my root canal and crown completed all on short notice. After my first root canal in 2007 I was surprised to get a call from Dr. Cline checking up on how I was doing and how I was feeling. While typically going to the dentist is not on most peoples list of things they like to do, Dr. Cline and staff make it where you dont mind going and no longer put it off. His staff is so friendly and you feel like a family friend and not a patient. I recommend him to everyone I know even those who are happy with their current dentist.

I had a bad experience at my last dentist (who was the only dentist I had been to in my life) and was trying to find a good replacement. I read quite a few reviews that were extremely positive for Dr. Clines office and decided to give it a shot. I am very pleased with the office and everyone who works there. If you grew up scared of the dentist - this is the place to go. theyve done so well with my teeth after not going for years because i had REALLY bad experiences as a kid. ive been going to them for 7 years or so and have very healthy smile. theyre pleasant and they specialize in making sure youre comfortable.

Dr. Cline is hands down the best dentist i have ever been to. His patient care is his utmost concern. I was in pain when i walked in and he took such gentle care that i fell asleep in the chair during a root canal. He called me that evening to check on me. Dr. Cline and staff have become more than a dentist they are more like family. They actually sent me acare package while i was deployed overseas. I am so thankful they were recommended.

Had a cavity fixed and the tooth became sensitive to cold and heat, went back and doctor make some adjustments to the tooth. 15 minutes work and then they charged me $79. Why wasnt the tooth adjusted correct the first time? The office person was very cold with her reaction when I asked why I was charged.

My mom has been going to Dr. Cline for a period of time, and in that time, he is one of the few that is consistent with his politeness, integrity, and quality of work. He is honest with the amount and type of work that will benefit you the most and does NOT push unnecessary work.
