I was in town for a few weeks. Lost a filling. Their office was able to get me in the following day(Friday) for a consult. Going to the dentist can be scary, but the staff at the DentaLink are always kind, welcoming, and professional. I recently had Dr. Drew work on one of my teeth, and I was pleasantly surprised that the process was as quick and painless as he told me it would be. He was very gentle and explained everything that was happening during the treatment.

I first went to see Dr Drew at the South County location. He was great, understood some of my issues with dentists, and tried to work thru them with me. Set up an appointment for a root canal and other issues. His father was able to get me in at the Ballwin location quicker. Seeing Dr Link was wonderful. He was kind, and caring and understood I had a severe gag reflex. he worked with me slowly and and me fixed in no time, with very little gags (LOL) I love this office. Everyone is so friendly and gives you the details of what needs to be done.

My dentist Drew is very knowledgeable in his profession, and goes above and beyond in diagnosing and treating your dental needs. I would highly recommend the dental link to anybody whos looking for a new dentist.

I have had extreme anxiety/fear about having any form of dental work done due since I was a kid. I hate to admit it kept me from coming to the dentist for quite a while. During my first visits I expressed my fears with both the staff and with Dr. Drew who were all frankly... AMAZING! I can honestly say that after a couple of cleanings and having 2 cavities filled I no longer break out in a cold sweat when someone mentions the dentist.The staff here is accommodating, sweet, caring.... well you get the idea.Dr. Drew was just as awesome. I didnt feel a thing while he was working on my cavities which I didnt think was humanly possible.I would give this office 10 stars if I could.

Being from out of state with a 5 alarm tooth ache, The Staff at Dentalink squeezed me in without hesitation. It turned out that an extraction was needed, the procedure was surprisingly painless and to my amazement since service was rendered on Veterans Day, I was informed that the service was free of charge and that as a service to the area veterans, annually they provide free dental services on Veterans day and this year they had to turn patients away due to covid. I was having tooth pain that my dentist at the time (not Dr. Link) could not identify after several visits. He suggested that my bite had probably changed causing the pain and recommended grinding down many of my teeth. This seemed insane to me. Dr. Link was recommended to me and as soon as he looked at the tooth he said it was abscessed. The problem was corrected and my teeth were not ground down. Needless to say Dr. Link was been my dentist ever since. THANK YOU!

Dr Link is a great dentist! It had been probably 2 years since my last dentist visit at another dentist in Ballwin - where I was very unhappy after the first visit, and never went back. Fast forward 2 years to this week when I realized I had a cracked tooth and needed a root canal. I needed to find a dentist, and my Mom suggested I call Dr Link, which I did. Cleaning was great, and I normally really hate the shots you get before the drilling starts, but Dr Link did the shots in a way that I barely felt. WHEW!! The root canal was something I was very nervous about, but everyone there made me feel very comfortable, and Dr Link did an excellent job. They also used a bunch of new-age dental tools that I had never seen before, but are apparently a huge upgrade from what others use. I highly recommend checking out The DentaLink and Dr Link if you need a dentist, or are unhappy with your current dentist, as I used to be.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Link and his staff (both at the Lemay Ferry location as well as the Ballwin location). My family has been seeing Dr. Allan Link for almost 30 years and have now even been treated my his son, Dr. Drew as well. My most recent visit to Dr. Allan Link ended up in me receiving a much needed root canal and he and his staff stayed late to make sure that everything was done because my wonderful dentist was going out of town the next day and he didnt want to take any chances that I would be in any pain. I love this place and encourage anyone who wants to get exceptional dental care to book their appointment now.

Dr. Drew did a wonderful job with my fillings. I was very nervous at first but he was very gentle while numbing me and made my experience easy. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone I know!

Went there for a cleaning and they found a cavity. While the cavity was being filled I got a deep gut feeling that something wasn’t right because the 5 other cavities I’ve had have never felt like this during the procedure. Afterwards my tooth was super sensitive and painful and they did not get my bite right. I went back to have my bite corrected and still no good. I’ve just never had an experience like this with a dentist and won’t be returning.

I absolutely LOVE this dentist. All of the staff are friendly and nice. Dr. Drew takes his time with you. I actually like coming to the dentist. We moved about a year ago, and even though its 45 minutes away, we still come. I am so grateful for the having the best dentist office!!!

The DentaLink is the most wonderful dental clinic I’ve ever been to! They gave me a beautiful smile at a fraction of the cost of most places and did it with kindness. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to, which put me at ease. Going to a dentist makes you vulnerable, but these doctors and this staff feel like family and produce expert work. I usually am very satisfied with Dr. Link and the care I receive from his team. This particular day was not one of those days. My appointment was at 4:00 pm, I did not leave until after 6:00pm. During this time I waited 20 minutes between having my teeth polished (which they did before the scaling), and having my teeth scaled. I prefer to have my teeth polished after everything else is done. However, I then waited another 30-40 minutes after my scaling and before Dr. Link actually could see me. Further, when leaving I was handed an estimate for the next filling that needs to be done, but no one had actually set up an appointment for this, nor really explained why I was coming back for yet another filling when I just had two fillings done on this visit. Further, no one set up a follow-up 6 month cleaning when I pointed this out to the lady who took my money she said; Oh, do you want to make an appointment now. By this time I was tired of being in the office and was late for another appointment so I left saying I would call them back to make these 2 appointments. As I said in the beginning this has not been my previous experience with this office. However, this visit was not pleasant nor satisfactory. Laying in a dentist chair for two hours is hard on someone with lower back issues.

When I let some months slip by without making an appointment when I should have done, the Link office reminded me a couple of times, until I got the job done. Once there, I was greeted cheerfully by everyone, my cleaning job was done gently, efficiently and in good time. When Dr. Link came in he was his usual jovial, friendly self, corrected a problem I was having with partials and decided to remove a back tooth going bad. All of this time I was relaxed, felt surrounded by friendly, smiling people who cared about me. Dr. Link is the best dentist Ive ever had.

I cant say enough for the dental care I received at the office of Dr Link. The doctor and his team are very professional and greet you as a friend you have not seen in while. I had no wait time however if I did it would be worth it. I had multiple fillings and he said lets do them, very convenient for me with a tight schedule. Done!
