The service was great. The staff is all so nice and welcoming they make you feel so comfortable especially for people like me who get nervous they were so patient. The manager Michelle was a great help with my nerves she made me feel safe which helped so much! I will definitely be returning !

I just recently had a crown done on one of my broken tooth and had a temporary placed in the meantime while the crown was being made in a lab. I accidentally chewed some ice which I know I shouldn’t have and cracked the temporary which led to some discomfort afterwards. I needed the temporary to be redone but it was Saturday when I broke the temporary. However, Michelle was so nice and took the time off of her weekend to come into the office and fix my temporary for me. She went well beyond my expectations and the discomfort went afterwards. She is absolutely the very best at what she does and will go great lengths to take care of the patients. Please come there if you need any dental work done!

I don’t like to write a review but I feel so happy I found this office 20 mins around my house . Great staff and great doctor . They give me good discount for cash patients . The front staff ladies very knowledgeable. She explain very well about my treatment . She take good care of you and show you everything she know . The two front ladies are very sweet . I’ve been trying to get braces for almost 5/6 years now!!! I finally received them today. The office made the process so easy too. My last dentist messed my mouth up and I ended up having to get short procedure.So, I ended having to found a new dentist and I’m glad I chose smiley. Today, Kyle was amazing!! He was very vocal and it made me so comfortable.I was very relaxed the whole time and when it came time to pick my bands, I of course had to call me bestfriend. He was patient when it came for me to pick a color too.

The staff and doctor were really nice and work very efficiently. The dental assistant was very sweet and caring along with the front desk girls ! Ive been going here for years! Ive came as a kid myself to this exact spot before it was SMILEY. I recently went in this week for an appointment not knowing the staff changed since I last went in in December. Just about everybody was new except 1 dental assistant I knew. They seemed friendly I just was bothered that I was notified of the change, I could of possibly would of wanted to follow the original staff. I have 3kids & one recently had their braces off. So I was on there quite often & got to know the staff pretty well. So thats why I give it a 3 out of 5

Great place to go. My sister recommended it to me so I called and I was able to get my son seen the same day I called even though he was a new patient. They have very nice and friendly staff. They greet you as soon as you walk in. There was no wait time at all. We were in and out real quick. I recommend this place to everyone!

I had a fun experience. Lilly and Elizabeth were very sociable and comforting. They answered all questions I had and explained all details the best way possible. I had such a great experience last week! I went in for my cleaning and man the doctor did really well. I felt a huge difference after I got my cleaning done. I think her name is Dr. Nancy and she was awesome and such a sweet dentist. She explained my treatment in detail and gave me a few suggestions regarding my dental work. When it came to my insurance claim they charged me a fee and once my insurance claim went through and it showed that i didn’t have to pay nothing out of pocket instead of crediting my account my full amount that i payed, they tried to give me half the amount and say the rest was a copay which was a lie, per my insurance company my total out of pocket was 0 so beware of them trying to get over on you when it comes to insurance payments.

Brought my daughter for her first dental checkup and we really loved it. The girls at front are very helpful and friendly as well as the dentist. Dr Mizuno was great, she made sure I had all my questions answered. My baby loved her too.

Switched to this office due to having scheduling issues with my previous dentist. I like that I never have issues with availability when scheduling appointments and also like the welcoming environment at the office. I have two children under two and when I was having trouble with my toddler the front desk was nice enough to give him a balloon to calm him down. Loved it !

Me and my daughter had appointments at 9:00 for xrays and cleanings. Nobody was in the office except us and another lady. I left at 11:00 with no teeth cleaning because “she just started a treatment and has 2 more” and after already spending 2hrs there, and telling you them I had other places to be (it’s my birthday weekend so I’m REALLY UNHAPPY) how unprofessional! I’ll be back Tuesday(my birthday) to get my teeth cleaned. Made sure to ask for then LAST appointment so hopefully I won’t have to wait. Hopefully I have a better experience because I liked Dr. Nancy. I just think it’s pointless to make appointments if they aren’t going to be respected.

My 3 year old Armani was shaking in her boots when she first arrived. The staff made her feel very welcome and relaxed. They were very professional and patient. My daughter even received a prize afterwards. She enjoyed her light up princess wand all weekend!!! Awesome office!!!

Im terrified of the dentist, needles, and the pain that comes along with it. But the male Dr (I forgot his name) and his staff, especially Elizabeth, were so patient with me. They knew how terrified I was so they would take my vitals in the car because just walking in the office made my blood pressure increase. That was a big plus with me. I had to get some extensive work done and the pain was minimal. They had someone hold my hand until I was comfortable 😍. Throughout the procedure they made sure to inquire about my pain level. The care and attention that I received was totally different than I experienced from my last dentist. Their whole team is awesome!

Had a great experience on my first visit to this place. The front staff are friendly and awesome. My wait time from filling out paperwork to getting called back was about 10 mins and Maria was very friendly, she took my x-rays, which was also a no wait process. Once I was sitting in the chair waiting for doctor, well there was no wait. Dr. Pham was awesome!! My 6 yo daughter had appointment later that day and Ingrid was so sympathetic and caring how she was feeling towards having her teeth clean. I would definitely recommend this place.

I went to Smiley Dental &Orthodontics in Balch Springs,Texas. I was so impressed with the attention and services I received. I had an abscess which was driving me crazy and extremely painful, I was in tears. I was immediately taken in given an ex-ray. I was orescribed antibiotics and a new appointment. Not only did I have one bad tooth I had five teeth that needed to come out. I had it all done and I feel and look like a whole new person. Now I am getting my top dentures. No more looking like granny McAfee!!! I will never use another dental place. I live Smiley , and would recommend them to anyone. He staff is perfect.

3 stars because the dentist was actually really nice. However, the website says in house financing for dental procedures and I called and was told payment plans were available and after the exam/xray I was told there were NO payment plans- only the care credit card option. Staff either lied to me on the phone or was very misinformed on their payment options.

I just got confirmed by a real dentist that these people did a horrible job. They had my gums bleeding and irritated for over 3 months I’m lucky I didn’t get an infection. These people just want your money and the assistants don’t know what they’re doing. If you’re paying out of your pocket they’ll screw you over. Worse mistake of my life and a waste of money. Go to a community dental clinic they’ll do a better job.
