Great place for kids! Staff is very nice and attentive :)

This place use to be so great when it first open but now its becoming a mess. I took my son first at 6 months with some concerns that were never addressed since the provider was with me for 3 seconds listen to my concerns and talked away without an answer. Now my son turned one I took him for his checkup again with a couple of concerns that were never addressed since the provider once again came in a hurry and walked out in less than a minute. I’m not the type to usually complain but this was unacceptable. I wish I could find a way where they don’t bill my insurance and I can take my son to another dentist to get my concerns addressed

I loved how friendly they are! When I came late to my appointments they still took me in. I got my braces there and they where always on the lookout for me! The girls in the reception have a very kind.

Dr. Patel was outstanding with both of my parents. He made them feel at home and went over the procedures that were going to take place and answered all the questions I had in a professional manner. The staff was welcoming and nice. If you have kids, the office is a great environment for them and will take the nervousness away with the game room. After visiting quite a few different dental offices & meeting multiple Dr. I was most comfortable hear at Inspire Dental. They are knowledgeable, well rounded, and there office is lovely. Very warm and inviting. My children have been hear as well. They LOVE the waiting area and seem to be comfortable with the staff as well. Inspire Dental is definitely a hidden gym!

I literally just walked out the door form a tooth extraction.. impeccable customer service. The Dr and staff could sense I was nervous and mad me as comfortable as can be and talked me through the process step by step. I highly recommend this place

I came in for my first visit here for a chipped tooth. My appointment was at 1pm, and by around 2:30pm I was leaving! In that time I had received an x-ray, exam AND my tooth was fixed. The staff here were very friendly and prompt. Their office here is spectacular and unmatched, especially when it comes to Balch Springs and the surrounding area. Dr. Patel thoroughly explained everything to me and was very polite & did great work. They are obviously very thoughtful when it comes to all aspects of the dentist office experience. When my teeth were being worked on I was provided sun-glasses to block out the bright light, and I had a TV I could easily see that was playing a movie. They made me feel at-ease. And to top it all off they are very affordable when it comes to pricing. I will never set foot in another dental office, this is the place to go for quality dental at an affordable price. Dental check up for me, my boyfriend and my son went very pleasent. Front office staff Mayra was polite and answered all my questions and concerns. The place is very clean, good music and a game room for the kids while we wait. Dr. Patel did a great job on my kid and at the end rewarded my son with a toy! I was hesitant at first to change my sons current dentist to Dr. Patel but Im so happy with the choice i made and i look forward for future visits. Definitely Recommend! Thanks guys.

Dr. P is a very great dentist! I have used him for many years now and have truly appreciated his compassionate care. He demonstrates great knowledge and skill in his craft and I would not go anywhere else for my dental health. Ive been extremely satisfied with my cleanings and whitening. Everyone is here is so nice and welcoming. The dentist is very kind and thorough with his explanation .I love how patient he was with my daughter and was very understanding how very nervous my daughter was. I loved this place!!!! First time going smelled great as we walked in very clean installations and playroom clean and packed with games for the kids. Both doctors I saw very kind and answered all my questions no rushing me thru them and the staff very smiley and helpful. Definitely will be staying with them.

The dentists are so thorough and knowledgeable! The space itself is huge and they get you in a chair right away. Its also fun to watch your favorite shows or movies while they work on your teeth! Will come back and bring the entire family next time!

I’m typically indifferent when it comes to dental offices but my experience at this office was great. The staff was friendly and Dr Patel was engaging and provided many different options for my treatment. Also my son played in the game room while I got my treatment done and will be bringing him here when he is due for his checkup. I’m glad I came across this office on google and gave it a try. Got all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Patel and it did not hurt at all. He did such an amazing job with the extraction that I did not feel any pain during the procedure and was back to work in a day!!! He even gave me laughing gas since I was nervous, which helped a lot. Its been a week now and Im back to all my normal activities and eating everything :) THANK YOU Inspire Dental for a quick, pain-free and professional dental work.

Dr. Patel was able to get me in on short notice to take care of some wisdom teeth pain I had. Immediately told me the issue and took care of it the same day. Didn’t feel any pain with the extraction and he told me what to expect afterwards. Even called to check up on me a couple of days later. Excellent caring dentist and staff!
