Great visit! I was greeted by everyone as soon as I opened the door. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. As soon as my paperwork was finished, my eye exam process began. Dr. Truong was very patient, answering all my questions about my test results. There was a good selection of frames from which to choose. I am not easy to fit for glasses, but the friendly staff worked to get them just right. I definitely felt well taken care of and recommend this office to anyone. I will be back for my annual checkup for sure! Thank you so much for the positive experience!

Excellent customer service !!!I had a great experience and dealt with professional individuals. I went in At 4 pm and was out before 5 pm. Ordered me two new pairs of glasses (Armani and Ray bans), I cant wait to wear them and see clearly. Due to Covid rules , they have everyone wear a mask. I still got to try on all the glasses i wanted, they disinfect them when you are done trying them on.Thank you to the two ladies that helped me !!😊

The eye doctor was very cold and made me feel very uncomfortable. When trying to speak with him it was very cut and dry like it was a bother that he had to be there. I will never see him again. It was all a could do to get out of the room with him.

Eye exam was very professional. it all falls apart once you leave the eye exam room. the lenses that they try to upsell you on are pure junk. my last pair clouded up within the first 3 months. the plastic lenses are junk. the coatings are junk. the upsell is just premium junk. i took my Rx and went to another place where I was helped by a professional. Never again.

Personable staff, explained everything, kept small talk to a minimum (and did great with the folks who like chatting, too) - while waiting is part of every visit to a doctor, this was reasonably short - and there was plenty of product to look at, and quiet in the waiting area (where I read to while away the time).

Another awesome experience here. Brought my mom in this time and Dr. Albadawi was great with her.
