I made an appointment to get a covid test. The online appointment app was very easy to use and once arriving waited a short time. Everyone there was very professional. Highly recommend Accelerated Urgent Care.

Waiting room full. Clean though. All patients kind and patiently waited turn. Some chose to wait in vehicles and staff made calls. Glad to see that.Check in easy and quick and very kind. Nurses great, kind efficient. Dr.’s are excellent men and women.Thank you

We love Accelerated Urgent on BrimHall. Dr. Washington is our fave and we wish he did Family Medicine so he could be our regular doctor. Honestly though aside from him all the doctors who have ever treated my family are wonderful. They’ve always been thorough in our care and always help us get healthy when we’re sick. I love that they have a portal where you could schedule a appointment and that’s the best option if you don’t want a long wait. I have nothing but great things to say about this office and we’ve been coming for years whenever we have a urgent medical need.Thank you Accelerated Urgent Care, Dr. Washington , and all of the doctors for your commitment to providing excellent urgent medical care.

Dr Pruitt was great. Didn’t give me the run around about what was wrong with me. She listened to me explain what my symptoms were, and what I felt like was wrong. Did her thing and prescribed me the appropriate meds. Highly recommend.

I have always had a good experience at the Brimhall site. The front office and back office staff, radiologist and doctors have always been friendly and kind. I rated 4 stars as the Patient Clinical Summary had several misspelled words.

If you can, the best way to get in and out is with an appointment. We got bumped up to the front of the line when we got there. We where there an hour which is pretty good for an urgent care office.

This was one of the best urgent care experiences I have had. We were able to book our appointment on line. Super convenient! We arrived 15 minutes early as requested, filled out our minimal paperwork and viola, they were calling us back. The nurse wasn’t overly friendly but that’s okay, it was at the end of the night so I’m sure she was tired. The doctor on the other hand was very pleasant and had an easy disposition about her. After the visit, we asked if we could have copies of the X-rays and within minutes they were given to us at no extra charge and we were on our way home. This will definitely be the place I head first for all of my families urgent care needs!

Its difficult as it is already dealing with this pandemic and having to drive 30 minutes to get my son tested so he can return to school and now I come here and run into a very rude receptionist (Natalie) is just not okay. On the other hand once we entered the back room we ran into Alexa who just had the most bubbly personality and just made us smile so the low rating was only due to the front reception

Accelerated Urgent Care, on Brimhall Road, was more than what it was advertised. It was clean outside and inside, and the lobby area was set up to keep the public six away from each other, by signs on the walls and on seating, through out the inner building alerting or warning ⛔️ ⚠️ 🚨 the public to maintain proper distance … and we were instructed to wear a mask 😷 at all times while in the building..The staff was professional, friendly, but maintained privacy while talking with each patient, and that made me happy knowing my personal medical 🏥 business was between me and them..However, prior to arrival I was informed by a friend that they were positive for COVID 19 and I should get checked since we had spent time together earlier..With the Pandemic 😷 among us Accelerated Urgent Care’s staff from the admission’s clerk, them nurse, and doctor made me feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door and during my medical evaluation, and it’s because of Accelerated Urgent Care’s Staff I will be returning if I am in need of medical assistance and I will tell others about them too

Mr. Condez read my wifes report to her tonight and thought it might be a good idea to throw the word cancer out there. This is step one in a long process if it is and to find out if it is. Based off two measurement you use that word. No MD and you use that word with a patient. Im a medical professional as well and this is not how you do it.

When I went into urgent care it was pretty full of other sick people. I did find a place to sit down and new there were definitely people ahead of me. As people were called up they were asked to stay in their car and they would get a phone call when it was time for them to come in to see the Dr. Great way to resolve over crowding in your waiting room and keeping everyone separated in the waiting room.

I had to take my 2 yr old in for a head injury. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They were incredible with my son and helpful in trying to calm him. They truly care.

Well organized. Courtious. But over 3 1/2 hours wait....with over hour in small x-am room waiting for MD was very unpleasant. Other than the LONG wait time. No complaints. Need more Docs.

I was very pleased with accelerated urgent care with the staff with the cleanliness of the building and with the doctor even though very long wait that was OK everybody was so very professional and I could wait in my car and they would call me when it was time to come in. I was told it would be a long wait because I was a walk in from the beginning and I agreed to it I hate to give a good review because so many others will go there but it was a very good experience for having to go to the doctor. Thank you to all the staff that are working in this Covid environment now

They got me fixed up quickly and we’re all very professional and made me feel very comfortable...I’ve never had a negative experience going there when I’ve needed medical attention! Accelerated urgent care, yeah right. had to wait 3 hours to get my rapid covid test done. how long does it take to put a cotton swab in someones nose??? seriously??After i was called up by the front desk, the person giving me test gave me attitude when I asked how much longer I would have to wait after waiting an hour in the examination room.

Ive gone to this location twice and had a great experience both times. Staff was polite. Julie NP is great, attentive, thorough, and is very nice. Thank you AUC!

The doctors and staff here are always so friendly. I always check in online before going in. When I arrive wait time is usually very minimal, I love checking in at home and waiting for my app time at home, rather than the office. The doctor was very nice to my little girl, she was scared to be at the doctor. He quickly examined my baby and prescribed her medication. We were in and out within an hour. Thank you guys for always taking care of us when we don’t feel good❤️

I like going to Accelerated Urgent Care on Brimhall, the staff is wonderful and caring, even through Covid when they were so busy. Of course the Doctors and nurse par. Treat you like you have been their patient forever. I highly recommend this place if feeling a little under the weather go see them.

The dr. was unhelpful and did not send my prescription they prescribed to the pharmacy. Called 10 time and no one answered the phones. Voicemail box is full. When they did answer they hung up instantly. When they finally answered they had no record of my visit. Now I have to see a different dr. wait another day for my medication and find a way to refund they money I spent on their service.

Wow! This doctor was so kind and thorough. I left, knowing exactly what was wrong and what to do about it. And it was fast!! Even though I was a walk in. Everyone was kind. It was awesome, I was in a lot of pain, so it really helped to be treated so well.

I always drive across town to use this particular urgent care. The staff is very professional and caring. The wait time was quick. Needed an xray for my hand. I was finished in less than an hour. Thank you Dave, for your kindness.

Making an appointment is the way to go. Last 3 times, I’ve been in and out within 45 to 50 minutes, That’s even after waiting an additional 15 minutes for a rapid Covid test. My only negative comment doesn’t affect me , but did affect three other people that came in while I was waiting. They each had Kern family healthcare. They were told that it was not accepted at this particular site but it was at two other ones. I would not expect my insurance to not be taken at all sites. So if that is the case, they should probably have a large sign on the door that says that before people even come in

Dr Sohrabi is a great Dr he explains everything to his patient. He even followed me to the car to make sure I got the right medication.The staff are so nice , helpful and professional.

I do hear the experience here is delightful. The workers are so polite and professional, in fact you would think that they get paid good but In actuality they don’t. Hourly wage for these great workers is the same as working at a McDonald’s. Management isn’t the best. They tend to be professional but it’s all an facade and using scare tactics. That area needs an upgrade. Thank you and hopefully something improves

Dad tested positive for Covid. Doctors refused to treat any of the symptoms. Had parents come in and wait for three hours only to be told there’s a three month waiting list for a type of treatment offered at the coffee location. Drs have abandoned the very people they took an oath to serve.

2 hours waiting.... still have yet to even be taken back. Terrible terrible terrible. Do not recommend

Ive used another local Urgent Care for years, but had been increasingly unhappy with their service and care. We tried Accelerated Urgent Care for the first time today, and had a great experience. From the person answering the phone, all the way to the provider we saw, everyone was friendly, caring and efficient. Accelerated Urgent Care will definitely be our first choice from now on!

My recent experience was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor was great and was so down to Earth. I would recommend this urgent care.

I had a bad ear infection and I called them and they said I can just walk in and no appointments needed. The wait was that bad and all the staff members were super nice and they fixed my ear infection in no time.

Good patient care but i went in on monday and was called back later on that day to tell me that I need to make a primary care visit within 2 days concerning my labs. I made my primary care appointment for that Wednesday thinking that they would send my labs to my primary care since they told me to, and I gave them the info for my primary care, and consent that day. Here it is Friday, and after repeated calls to them to fax over the labs, my primary still has not received them. If i knew that this was going to happen I would have redrawn my labs at my primary care. Definite a delay in my care.

The nurse practitioner was amazing. She was professional, kind, patient and very empathetic. I thank her for all of that.

They were super busy, but had a good system down. And even though they were busy, II felt the staff was very attentive.

I had a great experience even with the unfortunate circumstances of feeling like garbage when I walked in. They fixed me up and were so nice and accommodating. All of my visits to that office have been great! I’m monogamous when it comes to Urgent care now :)

Fast and easy and the staff is super friendly

I made an appointment at 7:30am for 5:30pm the same day. I arrived at 5:00pm and my appointment was not honored. I was not even registered until an hour after my appointment. When I asked why the receptionist was extremely rude. I stated that many people had come in after me, been registered, and treated. I was told because they had appointments, they were priority. My appointment was ignored and I was treated very rudely. I will not be back to this location.

The staff at Accelerated UC on Calloway was AAA-MAZING! Nanosecond wait time and saw a nurse and practitioner, James, in less than 3 minutes. Professional and caring individuals who are highly trained. Recommending this company and location HIGHLY. Thank you all!

Got me in quickly...kind responsive staff...Dr was able to solve my medical problem with prescription....prescription was called in and ready as I left their parking lot...I will continue to use them for urgent care...

My children and myself visited Accelerated Urgent Care on Brimhall Rd. to get tested for Covid. The process was quick and simple. Everyone from the front desk clerk to the doctor was very nice. This is our go to urgent care, we have never had a bad experience here.

I went to accelerated with what I suspected was a bladder infection. It took me 3o minutes to sign in see a doctor and take a sample to see if my urine was infected! Doctor gave me a shot because I had sepsis before. And called meds in for me ! I was home in 30 minutes can’t get any better care or any faster! I love Accelerated!

First of all the billing dept hasnt a clue what they are doing. They billed my insurance under the wrong code more than once and then when my insurance didnt pay them they tried to just charge my card the remainder of the balance which was 343 and some change. I called them and they told me I had to get the right code so they could bill my insurance. Uh no I dont have to get the right code thats what you get paid for. Thank God the medical visa people denied the charge so it pushed them to figure out what was wrong and by gosh I still had to call them again to figure out the problem. Finally I got someone on the phone who knew what she was doing and she fixed the problem and explained why it happened. Simple as pie you would think but not for some of the incompetent people that they hire. This is why people should not be hired by looks they need to have some brains too.

I love this place! I walked in, they pulled my insurance info, address, etc, printed for verification & signature. I waited less than 5 minutes before I was called back.The Doctor came to see me immediately. The diagnosis was made, aggressive treatment was ordered and given, prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy electronically and I was walking out of there in less than 20 minutes!I was very extremely impressed with how friendly, professional and efficiently the entire team on duty responded. Amazing!I love the proactive approach and commitment to giving quality and fast medical care with respect for my time and theirs.Thank you so much for your service. Keep up the good work!

The office was clean. Not many other patients when I went in. They saw me fairly quickly. Everyone, from the receptionist to the nurse to the PA, was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I had an appointment and the girls up front told me I didn’t have insurance. I do have insurance and I don’t believe they tried to find out the problem. I was completely embarrassed. I went back the next day everything was fine. The doctor I saw was amazing!

I was greeted in a friendly manner, the wait time was minimal and I felt like the doctor that saw me was thorough supportive and answered all of my questions.

Accelerated urgent care is very fast, clean and professionally ran. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors are polite, patient and caring. Great place to go even if you don’t like doctors.

We were given an hour and a half wait time and it ended up taking over 3 hours. After 2 hours I asked how much longer and they told us 2 were ahead of us however 3 people got called back before us. When they say soon, they are lying.

The entire staff was attentive and wonderful. No long wait and everyone was nice.

The staff were very helpful, I told them that I am partial deaf in one ear and they went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything, when they called my name I didn’t heard them, so they call me on my phone, even the doctor was very understanding of my situation

Normally this place is great and have no issues. Today is another story, I clearly went in wheezing and coughing, congested, ears completely congested, my head feels like it is in a vice. I didn’t even do good when they had me breath in that thing they have and he acknowledged that I didn’t. I have a history of ear and sinus Infection. He didn’t even check my ears, didn’t listen to my lungs, gave me printouts and told me to read it and asked me what I thought?? I don’t know who the doctor that was working today was but I ended up just telling him I will go buy Sudafed or something over the counter, and all he could say was sorry sarcastically. I spent a copay for that? I have had better care here and this doctor was terrible.

I went in for a Rapid Covid test, and only received a Rapid Covid test. This was almost a month ago, I never received a bill and they charged $166 to my credit card a couple days ago. They also charged me for TWO flu test that I NEVER received and definitely didn’t ask for. I called the office and they gave me the billing number. The lady for billing said they would email the office because the Dr. noted they did the flu tests. Hadn’t heard back from them (of course). I will file a dispute with my credit card. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

I went here to see a doctor and the wait was not long. The doctor was kind and the staff was great. I will be going back if I ever need an urgent care. Great service and pretty quick too.

Staff very efficient, short wait time, doctor listens carefully and thorough in finding solution to health problem. My lungs sounded clear but she still ordered an X-ray and it showed some pneumonia that would have been missed without an X-ray. Very happy with staff, treatment and care.

My first time going to AUC on Brimhall and Calloway, and I’m glad I did go to this location for treatment of another ailment and COVID-19 rapid test because not only the receptionists were super friendly and very helpful but they were accurate and made me feel very comfortable. When I went inside to get my temp checked and before I was given a room, the girl who helped me was very friendly and helpful as well. The doctor was very nice and seemed to care and listened what I was telling him about my symptoms. Once I was done with all my tests the doctor informed me about what prescription I was going to take and explained the pros and benefits of it, as well as inquiring about any more questions I might have. Definitely this location is epic, and I will recommend it to family and friends and to whomever wants epic quality urgent care. Thank you so much for helping me feel better. :)

Really awful! Receptionist is unprofessional and rude! All they care about is getting your credit card number or someones credit card number, they dont care if its yours, your parents or your neighbors and they refuse to see you if you dont give it. So we start to leave then all of a sudden theyll see my son. Its makes me incredibly uncomfortable to just give out my card that theyll have written down or in their computer. They also kept saying we had a PPO so they knew wed owe them. When I corrected her that we have an hmo and its a set copay price she still insisted that wed owe them. Absolutely unbelievably awful. All they see is a $sign instead of a patient. I get they need to make money but they were already. We paid copay in cash and insurance would kick in rest. Completely unprofessional and we will NEVER go here again!

They were able to get me in quickly. The PA ran a few tests and referred me to the ER. I appreciated that she took my symptoms seriously and helped me to seek out the help and answers that I needed.

The Dr was very friendly and warned me that the pain killer injection would hurt. They had to X-ray first and it went quick!

I was absolutely disappointed with the their service. My daughter had an allergic reaction to something for the first time on Wednesday, I live in Delano so I had to take her to the Delano urgent care even though I hate it there. I had been to accelerated urgent care once and remembered they offer allergy testing. I called Thursday gave my information and was told I’d receive a call to make the appointment. No more than half an hour later I got a call from a nurse to let me know my appointment would be Sunday at 1:30. Perfect right, don’t have to miss work this definitely works out. Come Sunday I get to the appointment after finding child care for our other kids, I am told by the front desk she has no idea what I am talking about. I begin to explain to her that I had spoken to someone made the appointment had even stopped by after work on Saturday to pick up paper work and to confirm my appointment. She goes on to tell me that there is no one in the office than can preform the test and is not sure who made the appointment. After calling around she says to take a seat and they would call us in. Not sure if someone magically showed up but I took a seat. She then calls me back up to ask if I had called my insurance to make sure it would be covered?! I let her know no one told them that I had to call nor have I ever had to call my insurance for that, the offices usually are the ones who take care of that. She uses the excuse that the workers in the back are not properly trained to make appointments?! What?!Called the coffee location the same day to speak to a manager about the situation and sure enough just like the allergist, the manager also seemed to be missing. Wasted my time and gas!

I was able to book and receive an appointment on the same day. The front desk receptionists were courteous and efficient, and the wait was minimal. Once I was in a room, I received prompt attention. I was very pleased and will use their services again if needed.

The nurse and Doctor were very kind and gave clear and easy directions on how to use zoom tele med conference call. I felt cared for and the doctor was very informative on my problem. Plus he gave me things to watch for to either return to clinic or go to ER. Then just follow up with my primary Dr asap. Thank you so much for being compassionate and thorough!

I literally called for information regarding covid testing. They FAILED to tell me that it was 180 pay over the phone. Despite me asking questions and them clearly stating insurance pays. They definitively aren’t clear with their information. On top of that they charged me a fee with a physical card transaction at 7am when I was home. DO NOT GO HERE.

My daughter went in for a scratchy throat , and runny nose they covid tested and didnt offer her a rapid test as I witnessed the two in front offer it to others. As i was sitting their I witnessed the two in the front being very unprofessional and talking about my daughter. They didnt know i was with my daughterA s I walked in after her. I talked to thr girl at the front desk about how unprofessional they were and she said ok and walked away she didnt want to hear any of my concerns! The blond headed one said I noticed that threevtimes aa she looked at my daugjter so unprofessional!

From the time we arrived, there was constant communication for what to expect and what the cost of the visit entailed. We were there for COVID-19 testing. The process was easy and fast.. they were especially good with my children . Dr Washington is very pleasant and informative. FYI, he loves the Angels but I wont hold that against him. Go Dodgers!

My personal doctor was booked for weeks and I had had an unrelenting sinus infection for 12 days. Easily, I selected an appt. online for Accelerated Urgent Care. Arriving 15 min early, I filled out the minimal paperwork and was seen within minutes of arrival. The doctor there was considerate and brief and provided a prescription I could pick up immediately! All done, in and out in 20 minutes! Thank you, so much for the quality care!

I cant always make it into my primary doctor. My whole family has used Accelerated Urgent including myself. Every time we are seen in timely manner and have received fantastic care. Professional and caring from front desk to Doctor. Thankful they are there when we need them.

Good morning!! my experience with Excelerator urgent care was excellent!!I loved the way the doctor approached me he was so human and he treat me as a human; I am 59 years old and this is the first time in my life that I have been seen by a person that really gives life to the title DOCTOR.,I saw Jesus in Dr. Todd.

They dont let you see the doctor until y ok u pay, they dont care if your child feels bad, and they dont know how to run a second insurance, and they make you wait til you pay

I always receive better care here than at any primary care physician I have ever seen. The staff is always friendly and caring and the doctors actually listen and dont rush you and they discuss treatment with patients rather than just throwing prescriptions around. Their service is almost always very quick as well. Its rare anymore to see any business adequately staffed
