Without going in to too much detail, I just have to say how pleased I was with Dr. Horowitz. He went above and beyond and I highly recommend him.

Everyone is always very nice. The facility is clean. I see Dr. Malellari and he and his staff Becky and Rocio are always helpful and pleasant! When I call I always get the answers I need and if I leave a message they always return my call quickly.

The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable but only three stars because all four TVs in the waiting room blast nothing but Fox News. Please change the channel to something else such as HGTV at least.

Please be very careful when seeing Dr. Youngstrom hes unexperienced and non-caring . He had told us my mom had a kidney stone and was scheduled for surgery to have it removed. This doctor did not double check to see if indeed it was a stone. The surgery date 1/23/19 it turn out it was a tumor and he removed it without our consent, when asked what it was his words were Im not sure its something I never seen before. What doctor says that! In the recovery room my mom got very sick I spoke with the Dr. and he showed no kind of care. My mom ended getting an infection due to removing the tumor and passed away 4 days later. This doctor never came back to see her, he called me 3 days later saying I just heard what happen. again no Im sorry no showing of caring. Please be careful with this doctor I would recommend getting a second opinion before letting this doctor do any kind of surgery on your loved ones.
