They took way to long filling my pscrption and it was not ready when they said it would be.

I have been dealing with Your Drug Store for many years. Both on a personal level and business level. I recommend Your Drug Store to people at every givin opportunity. I received a 30 minute call from a pharmacist at this store earlier this week. She went over all of my medications, explained to me what each one was for, and if my doctor should be contacted for any medication changes that might benefit my health. Ive never been called by a pharmacist for so long before, so I asked if there were any problems because I was concerned. She explained to me the reason for the call was because it was her job to call patients and educate them about their medications. That was a first time for me, and I thought it was really great. So I left this review.

This place is the best pharmacy in town! The staff and pharmacists are super helpful and above all very kind and compassionate. They know how to deal with all insurance companies and will do everything in their power to help you get what you need as quickly as possible. If you have any question or concerns they are more than happy to go over medications and side effects, and possible interactions with you and recommend things that will help. I love that they can be both quick and get you in and out in a time pinch but will also take all the time you need to go over anything with you even if its busy. I highly recommend Your Drug Store to everyone! The customer service is top notch and they truly care about the people coming in. If you want to have a great pharmacy experience with a caring personal touch this is the place for you. Thank you for always taking care of me when Im not well. :)

Always friendly and not looked down upon ! No matter wat u are there for to pick up rest assured they look at you with respect dignity and u will be feeling better soon feeling is there!! Initially, I had a negative customer service experience but the pharmacy manager reached out to me to better understand the set of events that occurred in order to amend the situation. This drug store messes up my refills on the prescriptions, including the ones I must have for some of the illnesses I have. I get my medications in bubble packs in morning, noon, evening and bedtime as prescribed by my doctor. Now today they delivered bubble packs but this time they brought many packs with individual bubble packs for each medication that I take. The major problem with this, is that they did not send all of my medications. Also they have never included an itemized list of what medications I am being charged for when I pay a copay for medications that I take. It seems they need some changes made for their methods to their customers needs. I also have friends who have had some refills messed up as well. Liz is a nice person but when you are having prescriptions for CHF, Asthma, and blood pressure being messed up, it could be life threatening!!

Great place for your family drugs...

I came 10 mins to closing and the front lights off ib thw inside and the bars are half way close so I said maybe they change there hours...walk up to the door and pulled on it.....remind you this is before 6 pm 12-8-2017 on a Friday. I look at my phone it has 5 mins to closing. So I called the drug storeand they pick up and I ask what time do they close and the man saus 6 . oh really ...the he said were closing in 3 mins then I rea)y got piss off. I told him you guys been clise for at least 7 mins. So put that 3 mins that he said theyll be close in 3 with that 7 they been close 10 mins as.Bad business. ...I feel they should close there DOORS at 6:00Not. 10 mins early
