Well, I hope that there was an option for no star. I have had few appointments in last few months, and we had to wait in the exam room for an hour to 90 minutes before we see the doctor. I understand one time may be a accidental, but when it becomes a pattern then they have a problem that need to be fixed. When I complaint to staff at front, they were less than useless. They told me talk to office manager. When I asked for the local office manager, they told me she does not work here, she manages 3 or 4 offices and she does that remote. I asked for someone local who oversees the office on a daily basis, and there is none ... So basically that is it ... you may show up on time for your appointment and respect their time, and they can keep you waiting for as long as they want to ... and just give you an excuse of sorry we are busy ... frustrating ...Addition after response from the owner:Just the response shows how much they care about patients time. Was it hard to know the name of the facility I visited? I wrote the review for the facility I visited Mr/Mrs OWNER !! Typical poor management when they want to show they responded to concern in a review .... No wonder what it is so bad in Adventist Health Physicians Network ate 9900 Stockdale Hwy STE, 200 (Now you have it again)

I’ve had 3 appointments here so far and not once have I been seen on time. At least a 30 min wait after appointment time, and I’ve shown up 15-25 min before appointment time.One older lady in the waiting room the last time I went waited over 90 mins past her appointment time and finally she got seen after she complained to the front desk.

I had an appointment today morning at 8:10 AM and I reached to office at 8:00 AM and front office is slower than snails(Even DMV employee can do better job). They didnt start the paperwork until 8:30 AM. I have to do 3 type of paper work. one pile of paper work, second in they manually enter in the system and third I have to enter again in tablet. It has been more than an hour and half and couldnt even get a chance to see the doctor yet.Staff is unprofessional and disrespect patients time. World is changing and we are living in the 2020, I think there are better options in the area and I will recommends to avoid this place at any cost and at anytime.

It was a great visit to here. Very clean and nice environment. Amazing staff, very prompt and on the ball no waiting for long while to be seen like some places, they are easy to understand and they are very good about making sure one is comfortable and if they need anything or not comfortable they will make it to where its comforting for you as much as you can. The office was very clean and organized. The receptionist were very sweet and very informative about everything which was very nice since it was my husbands and I first time there. Dr. Arun Softa was amazing as well. He was very kind and understanding of what my husband was going through and made sure he felt heard and cared for. Great experience overall.

I never do reviews, but I was so mad I had to write this.I made an appointment at 8:30 waited until 11:30 asked a few times when I was going to be seen they kept giving me the run around.All I needed were test results, I asked the nurse for the results and they would give them to me. I suggest you show up at 4:45pm no matter what time you make an appointment. Im sure they want to go home to!Dont go here worse doctors office iv ever been to!

Very good medical facility except that it absorbed a very good friend if mine from India. Indias gift to California.

One time I was in there and said because I didnt eat enough when I took my meds I was sick and the girl gave me a breakfast sandwich should definitely be recognized for their hard work and pleasantness so thank you to my doctor and thank you to everyone that makes everything a pleasant experience including the lab techs both of those ladies are sweet as hell too

These Physicians are professional, and show a parent concern and consideration for each patient. I was pleasantly surprised, at my first visit to find that each doctor in this group with whom I had appointments had coordinated with each other so that they all were on the same page regarding my care. Excellent, excellent, excellent!

It looks like some changes have been made including the name,when it was prime care physician I remember waiting for hours to be seen I would literally be there for about 2 and a half hours it was horrible. I just recently went back the other day my appointment,as a new patient I have not been there in 3 years, I was in and out in 1 hour, and I even had my blood work done in that one hour time frame.

Dr. Ambika Softa is absolutely wonderful. She is smart and caring and makes me feel that she can help me with whatever problems I should have in the future.

I love my dr. Anamika Maheshwari is awesome. I drive a truck, so its hard to make appointments in advance. They always have time to see me even on a moments notice. She listens and addresses any and all of my medical issues and concerns.

I’ve been seeing Dr Maheshwari for a few years now. Whenever I need to see Dr Maheshwari, I can usually make an appointment for the next day or even for that same week and a few times they have even offered to make an appointment for the same day. Dr Maheshwari is a knowledgeable and understanding doctor and the staff are very kind and helpful. Thank you for the care you have given me.

I have been going here for a while, and the staff is very nice. I have had a couple of negative experiences, one being a time that I came in for a scheduled appointment and they had neglected to inform me that my doctor no longer worked there and that I wasnt even a patient in their books anymore. They did correct it and I started seeing a nurse practitioner, whom I could not understand very well and who didnt seem to understand me, either. I came to an appt with her, and after waiting 45 minutes, they called me up and said We are so sorry, but she is on vacation. Again, they had neglected to tell me. I finally changed to Dr Ambika Softa, and had a good first appt with her (just be prepared to wait a long time for her, as she is very busy.)

Our experience with this office was horrible. Dr. Arun Softa and providers in his office came highly recommended by another provider who is part of Dignity health. We were seen by him the first time but all he did was give us a lab slip. The second time around we saw the Nurse Practitioner and she spent more time looking at her cell phones for symptoms than anything else. We were there 2 more times and boy do we regret it. We ended up walking out of the office. We asked to see Dr. Softa the last time we were there and the NP was the one in the room. She kept repeating herself and obviously did not read any of the notes on our previous visits. She was clueless as to what study and labs she had ordered. This was a very disappointing experience and we will not be returning. Aside from being clueless, she was always in a hurry and seemed so bothered when questions were asked. Its unfortunate this office comes so highly recommended.

The woman who answers for the answering service is rude and overbearing.there are numerous times I call and it goes to the answering service and it shouldnt it is within there normal business hours and it always seems to be the last hour of the day or close to lunch.very frustrating
