Very unprofessional. Receptionist who answers phone is very rude. If my daughter didnt have to go here because of insurance..she would not. Daughter is mentally ill and staff wouldnt let us in with her. They sent her home once because blood pressure was too high 2nd time surgeons not in . 3rd time my daughters in urgent care and I gave them doctors note and they tried to charge us. Then they said if she didnt show up again they cancel her!! Now finally, shes going in and it is a different time then what was scheduled. However, they say no. I must have wrote it down wrong. All the while the girl is very rude and talking over me. Never again.

Setting up an appointment was so easy and not stressful at all. I spoke with the receptionist Rita, she was so nice and was very patient over the phone when I spoke to her about what I needed to be seen for. Would definitely recommend this office.

Horrible experience for my mom and dad. My had a stroke and developed bad anxiety attack. She needs to be around family at all times. She cant even write properly to fill up her applications. They wont let my dad come inside with her to keep her calm. Come on. Even hospitals makes exceptions. Besides they are both fully vaccinated.

The most horrible experience I have ever been through! The first initial contact with this place was very unprofessional. The receptionist is rude and does not let anyone get a word in. I never leave reviews but that phone call was so disturbing that I had to let other people be aware. I am sure none of the complaints get handled because she did not transfer me to anyone else or give me her name. She screened the call from the beginning acting like she had the authority (this made me feel like I was not going to get the service I deserved). I let her give me their procedure and let her finished. Once I even questioned was she said she talked over me and switched it around that she does not need to provide me service and I am not a good fit. This tells me she pushes people away because they have the right to refuse service Staff really takes advantage of that which is very sad to see. If you cannot handle any frustration then do not work for a company which requires you to have interact with people. I would understand if I was using foul language, yelling, or interrupting, but this was not the case. I do not see how this place can be running by acting in the way they did. If my experience was like this based off a phone call I can only imagine the service I would have gotten by actually getting work done there! I am glad I will not be going to this dentist.

I have high anxiety at the dentist. By the time I’m getting X-ray, I’m ready to throw up. My mom was a dental assistant and took us to her work as kids to get our teeth done. I always had trouble numbing, fillings falling out days after placing them etc. My old dentist would place his knees on my body and keep me still even at 20 years old. You’d hear a lot of “oh my god” when doing simple procedures like a filling. Nothing about him was comfortable, and made the dentist my worst nightmare. I was always in more pain after getting work done, and after them trying to pull my tooth without pain meds when I was pregnant… I decided to stop going.I went in 8/30/21 to Millenium, after 5 years of being scared of the previous dentist for my FIRST ever root canal.This dentist at Millenium did not degrade me in anyway for the condition of my teeth, which made me more comfortable on its own. I’m aware it’s been awhile, I don’t need someone else to tell me. I was able to numb and have a 100% comfortable and pain free visit. PAIN FREE! That’s a first for me! He even made sure to check on me by asking “how are you doing” because I expressed my fear of the dentist. I don’t have any fear in coming back to him for future work. It was an amazing experience , something I didn’t think any dentist could offer me. Isome reviews are true, they can come off short, but if you can handle that, I can assure you this dentist will take good care of you. I don’t think this dentist or office staff is rude, just to the point. He made sure I understood what he did, and what I needed to do before I left his chair.

They rarely answer the phone. The front door to the office is locked. They have a sign that says to text the office to let them know youre here (the sign doesnt give the number to text). Then go wait on your car. If you dont have a car stand back from the door and wait. It was 105° and 3 people were standing outside waiting for them to finally come open the door. The office itself is a little run down and does not use updated x-ray machines. The reason Im giving 2 stars is because the staff was nice.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. NEVER SENDS THE RIGHT PRESCRIPTIONS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. HAD MY BF CIME BACK MULTIPLE TIMES TO DO SURGERY AND NEVER DID THE PROCEDURES RIGHT. HE NOW HAS AN INFECTION BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND NEVER SENT HIS PRESCRIPTION

Got a text message from these people telling me I am going to lose my appointment if I do not complete a registration packet. I call because they are not my dentist. I ask the lady who answer who they were and where they are located because I do not recognize the name. She told me there are in Bakersfield, (I figured that as that is where I live and they have a 661 area code phone number) I told her I wanted to know where in Bakersfield, she say why? I explained I wanted to know if maybe they were a dentist I had gone to that may have changed their name. She tells me I dont know why you are being rude I said to her Im being rude by asking who and where you are, because you are texting me? She got even ruder and then hung up.I have never used these people for dental work and never will. Stay away, they are rude on the phone and text you attempting to get your information for who knows what purpose. Fraud!

Dr. MCMahon did two of my extractions and they went very well. He was very nice and made sure I was comfortable with my procedure and made sure that I was aware of what was going to happen at each setting. The office is very clean and the staff and very nice.

It was a bad experience I am not writing review to make the office looks bad but I hope they make the necessary changes for the stuff and pay attention for office cleanliness,Literally I got kicked out of the office because I don’t have a letter from the dentist that referred me to this office which I never asked to bring but they were able scheduled me for an appointment and never asked for this letter!!!One of the employee came to the room where I was already sitting on the chair told I have to leave the office cause I don’t have letter from the dentist that referred me,the employee stated that we don’t want get sued for something DOSENT WORTH , Imagine the employee told a patient that paid their paycheck you don’t worth it !!

Was waiting outside 20 minutes just so a nurse comes out and says everyone is at lunch and just walks away.you cant talk to anyone on the phone or leave a message.Just makes your day worse!!!

Hands Down the worst office staff In this town. Showed up 15 minutes early for an 8:30 appointment waited outside due to covid did the virtual check in. She came out at 9:00 and asked if I had an appointment I said yes at 8:30 she said well its 9 now so your late😳. Uh no. Then went in for wisdom teeth removal and the equipment wasnt working the water was off the to building so they only pulled the top 2. Then 2 weeks later Called ME said I owed them a 25$ no show fee 😂🤣. GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER PEOPLE. Worst office staff EVER.

I can not medically wear a mask so I wear a face shield instead and not only did they illegally ask what my medical conditions were they then refused to serve me. This is after accepting my referral from my dentist, making an appt, and not once mentioning the condition of has to be a face MASK only. I had to drive 35 miles to this appt!!!

Come in for a bad pain on wisdom teeth. Was taken care of very quick with in the same week. I was nervous but they took care of everything with no pain at all great dentist.

This place is HORRIBLE! So rude. I got yelled at over the phone by the office manager Julia over medical clearance for my epilepsy then after the phone call she sent me a letter of noncompliance and telling me they refused to treat me. When I called back and talked to someone else and pointed everything out that was wrong with the situation they said they still couldn’t schedule me for an appointment for treatment because “she’s their boss” and she already deleted my file.

So I wanted to comment my experience because I came on here before I came to this place I was really scared & anxious, I have severe anxiety & am scared of needles but they took very good care of me & reassured me I was in good hands that they are here to help me & take care of me & not hurt me! I read all these reviews & they are very misleading or maybe just a bad experience with who they got taken care of by but I definitely would rrecommend this place and would go back!! The comments made me very skeptical of this place but now that I went I very much disagree! I had a decaying tooth pulled and was in there for about 20 min or less! Definitely the best experience Ive had at the dentist by far! Thank you Wasfi Salama D.D.S ☺

Went to my consult appointment and was told by a nurse/assistant that I needed a Dr. note so they can give me a consult. When I asked what does a consult entail, the nurse/assistant informed me, again, that Millennium Dental Center cannot see me until I provide a dr. note with negative test result. So I rephrased, asking again, what exactly happens during a consultation? The nurse/assistant states again, that I cannot have a consult because I need a note. I then say, your not answering my question and I need a note, okay,...but what does a consultation entail? What happens exactly during a consult? The nurse/assistant tells me again that I need a dr note. So I tell her that I already know that and you keep saying that but not answering my question and I am getting irritated. The nurse/assistant gets another person named Julie.Julie walks in and tells me that I cannot be seen until I get a Dr.s note. I explain to her that I get that but I am asking what does a consultation entail? Julie explains to me that I need a dr note before they can do a procedure. So I tell Julie that she didnt answer my question, which is during a consultation, what happens? Julie answers, nothing will happen if I dont get a dr. note. There wont be a consult. So I tell her again sternly, that she is not answering my question, What is going to happen? What is consultation? Is it a quote? Does anyone talk to me? Do they explain the procedure? Julie replies, Look, we are just going in circles here and nothing is happening. I tell her (sternly again), I know, you keep saying the same thing and not answering my question. What happens during a consultation? Julie then asks me to leave. I said okay but you still didnt answer my question. I called while in the parking lot and asked for a supervisor. Julie answered that she was the supervisor. I asked Julie if she had a supervisor. Julie stated that she practically owned the place. So I stated that since she didnt in fact own it and everyone has a boss, what is her supervisors name? Julie answered that she owns Millennium Dental Center. I then asked for her last name, and she refused to tell me. I then hung up.Staff are incompetent.It stinks like toilet.

Very satisfied with millenium dentals service, i got my 4 wisdom teeth extracted & i was in and out of that place quick, the staff and doctor are friendly.. I highly recommend this place for your future dental procedures!! (:

Truly unstable people. Kept me on hold for over 25 min then says the doctor doesnt sedate for every procedure for which someone NEEDS sedation.Receptionist/office manager screamed about my selective hearing when I asked her what she meant by that, like I chose not to hear some excuse she said[but didnt really]to justify a dr ever denying needed sedation!!Snooty, rude and indifferent to dental suffering as that mispeak clarification request was enough to decide - w/ zero info or medical liscence - they could not help me b/c I didnt do or say the right thing to ask for clarification from a doctors office to merit the privilege to be put in the roster to be seen. Hard to tell it was an accidental misspeak from the screaming at someone in pain trying to make an appointment!! FGS!! No privilege to be yelled at for nothing!That, after telling them Im already severely dental phobic so the practise is very limited if you have any fear of dentists.I was not scared over the phone but treated like a phirriah for not being up to the office staffs idea of a working relationship. Never do dentists treat ppl like that but by whether or not they feel confident in skills to help heal-NEVER by whether they think your personality is good enough or not. And, perhaps this office is ill equipt at sedation for allll the reasons its given, but professional medical offices generally dont take a patients dental phobia personally; they usually maintain calmness and have a referral they suggest; That much was expected as a basic, human courtesy. Professionals one can trust, simply do not become irate at a person asking about sedation & explaining the MEDICAL reasons that dont even get passed to the doctor with the degree to make the judgement office staff/managers have no licence to make!!Condescending. Insulting. Neglectful. Unprofessionally dismissive.Absurd!Use caution.Disclaimer: This review is about the office staff/manager and not the Dr who might be terrific and not know his staff is verbally abusive. There was no way they would give the Dr a msg for me, not even to stop the convo wherin every response to me was abusive, for me to say one way or another about the actual Dr.
