I appreciate Dr. Sanger as a caring, and conscientious professional. She takes pride in her work and making sure that her patients are happy and well cared for. Her office is immaculate and I feel confident in her assistants, too.Her office staff is super friendly and helpful, I love them! The music is great too!

The staff at Dr. Sanger’s office are very knowledgeable and helpful. They explained my dental implant process in a way that was very easy for me to understand. They also helped me with financing my treatment. The girls in the front office awesome!

Went for gum surgery. The doctor said she will take pictures before and after surgery to show me the difference. Many pictures were taken before and after the surgery. The surgery was very painful and very expensive. After the surgery I asked the doctor for the pictures that she promised. Her office made many excuses and kept on delaying sending the pictures, I asked to talk to the doctor, they said she is very busy will call me back, she never did, I kept on asking for the pictures, finally they said we do not have the pictures, they are lost, we do not know what happened to them!!, went back to my original dentist , he told me your surgery was a failure, nothing was changed. So Dr. Sanger did not send me the pictures so as to hide the failure of the surgery. To me this is clear malpractice and according to my knowledge not sending me my pictures and saying they are lost is even worse. Her surgery failed, she charged me a lot of money, surgery was painful and then she chose to hide the evidence and said all my pictures were lost!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Sanger and her staff are. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. All my work was done in a timely manner and pain free. My results thus far are beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Sanger.

Dr. Sanger was very professional and kind. Extremely knowledgeable about dental implants. When my dentist could not help me he referred me here and I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. The staff have all been kind and helpful and I would definitely recommend Dr. Sangers office for anyone needing dental implants.

Dr. Sanger came highly recommended by my dentist even though I was hesitant about an implant for several years. I figured a consultation wouldnt hurt. I walked in & was instantly greeted with a friendly front office, the girls in the back were very thorough, Dr. Sanger had such a kind bed side manor. I felt such comfort in this office that my decision was already made before that consultation was over. At check out the gals in Insurance/finance had everything & all my options already taken care of. This has been by far the easiest & best choice I have made for my dental Hygiene & my new killer smile :-)

The BEST experience Ive ever had. I took my sixteen yr old to have all of his wisdom teeth removed. Not only did they save me a ton of money, their staff and doctors were AMAZING. Everything from payment to the procedure itself was straight forward and easy. My son was well taken care of and I received a personal call from the Dr, to check on my son a few hours after the surgery. I would highly recommend them.!!

I’ve been going to Dr. Sanger for about 4 years now. I went in scared to death of a dentist. I had implants put in with no pain or discomfort. With Dr. Sanger and her caring staff i was able to handle it over time.I also have my teeth cleaned at their office and the girls are very gentle. It all makes for going to the dentist so much easier.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sangers for about 5 years for teeth cleaning. She is very smart and professional. She really cares about my gums and she makes sure that I have shallow pockets. If I have deep pockets she will scold me and specify deep cleaning... Her hygenenist staff are always kind and friendly. Her office staff are always reminding me of my next appointments and they are very forgiving when I forget to show up....I strongly recommend Dr. Sanger.

I was introduced to Dr. Sanger and her staff quite by happenstance. My family dentist had referred me to a specialist in Bakersfield, who after examining me declared that I needed a periodontist. His staff contacted Dr. Sanger’s office, and she agreed to see me the next day (a Saturday) as an emergency. The resulting relationship has been successful and healthy …In spite of how badly one feels, the anxiety over financial issues, and surgery, can be overwhelming. I was first greeted by the office manager who provided me with financial options and social counseling which were very helpful in managing both those fears.I found the office staff to be highly professional, specialized, yet integrated (cross trained). Communication skills are excellent (in English or Spanish), and doing business a pleasure. All questions are explained to my satisfaction, and they make great effort to be flexible with scheduling.Dr. Sanger is a foremost expert in her field, and my experience with her has brought a high level of trust and confidence. She is detail oriented, realistic, and sincere in her opinions. I am an engineer and teacher, and so require technical explanations. Dr. Sanger always takes the time to describe my condition, prognosis, and plan to my satisfaction. What impresses me most is that she is never in a hurry and takes her time with treatments … everyone recovers at a different rate, and she makes sure you are ready before performing the next step in the treatment plan. I now have a pain free, healthy mouth.In summary, Dr. Sanger and her group treat the whole person. I have never felt so well cared for. They get to know you, and your needs that might affect treatment. They communicate with the Dr. who referred you and so become part of your health care team. Extremely over priced facility. I had a $100 bill at the end of my 30 min consultation that determined that I had to get my 4 wisdom teeth removed. My insurance has always paid all preventative services I dont understand why it didnt cover it with these people. Im assuming it is because they charge ridiculous amounts of money for basic services. My out of pocket bill to remove all 4 wisdom teeth out with local anesthesia was over $1,000!!!!! No thank you, not ever!!! They are desperate for money!!!!
