Awful service, Ive signed in as walking, selected waiting in my car and waiting for a TEXT that Ive never received juts to come inside to get told to sign in again because someone called my name and I wasnt there...after an hour and a half of wait time. Hello... Ive selected: wait in my car. Please review your guidelines for customer to reply by text or phone call.

This location is terrible. The employees could not get any more lazy if they just laid in bed and didnt show up.Update: Natalie at this location was very kind and professional. She really turned what started off as a bad experience into a tolerable one.

I took my 90 year old grandmother to an appt my father had scheduled for her but they did not have the appt. Nicole who was so kind, took my grandmother for her bloodwork anyway. She was so gentle and sweet to her. She even had her laughing. I will never forget how kind Nicole was. Thank you for doing your job so well!

Arrived at 2:20 to drop off a specimen as instructed. Sign said they close at 2:30. Door was locked and after knocking they yelled from inside WERE CLOSED! Extremely unprofessional staff at this location. Use LabCorp instead if you can.

I received a call this morning that they had an earlier appointment but I wanted to stick with my 1pm. I needed to ask a question before I went there with my 1 year old daughter. I called that same number that left me a voicemail and no one picks up and says the vm has not been set up yet to call back. So I call the number for the office and first off, too many prompts and once I get to where I need to it says they cant transfer me and to try again later. I call back to try any other option pressing different numbers and all lead to a machine and further prompts. I just need to ask a question and its impossible to get a hold of anyone for the past half hour.

I had to sit and wait to drop off my moms urine specimen. There is no drop off as led to believe. Called a friend to go sit with mom, til I get home.

I have been to this location before, was able to walk in without an appointment. Very friendly maybe waited 5 minutes. Went there today door is locked a sign that said knock. Knocked a few times finally someone came to the door. She seemed extremely annoyed asked if I had an appointment I said no, she shut the door came back with a slip of paper and said come back at this time. So rude

Impossible to get a live person to pick up the phone and the automated system is horrible. I dont have 3 hours to play on the phone to get an answer to simple question.

I visited Quest lab 2 times, 1 time Ive scheduled an appointment, and another time I didnt have it. Service was quick and staff was polite. Both times I was waiting 5 - 15 min. I’m satisfied with this lab and if I need a blood test again I will definitely choose Quest lab.

The nurse that did my blood work at this location was so sweet. She made my experience so much better. I struggle with blood work and she put me at ease. I will be returning to this location for future blood work. I went early in the morning (6:30 am) and I only had to wait for 25 minutes. I did not make an appointment on the website because there was no availability, so I decided to go early and walk in without an appointment. The nurse at the entrance took my temperature and signed me into their waiting list system. I gave them my phone number and waited in my car for 25 minutes (without an appointment). The people that had appointments went in first, and then they called the walk-ins. Overall, I had a great experience.

Girls are usually the sweetest EXCEPT FOR TODAYS worker!! SHE ALWAYS give a hard time‼️ I will get her name today.

They do not honor insurance they say they will and then suprisingly charge by mail.

We bring our kids here to get their bloodwork done yearly. We had previously taken out 3yr old (then 1yr old at the time) to this place in Lindenhurst on wellwood & sunrise for her first bloodwork, they poked her twice with no success and then proceeded to blame us for it. We tried here afterwards and were in and out. Even now in her disagreeable 3s, theyve been very patient and quick. Recently took our 1 yr old as walk-in, they told us what time to come back, then was in and out with no problems. Great place to take your kids to get their bloodwork. Thank you!

My wife, Lucy & I had appointments in North Babylon office on Monday & was sent to Babylon. Babylon being short handed tried to honor our appts. with a packed waiting room with irate patients. They did their very best to accommodate each & every patient. The technician who orchestrated the testing was Monique Josephs. She was amazing & multi-tasked to get things done, and did. I would have no problem going back My wifes technician also did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, we did not get her name.

Horrible. The appointment system has been broken for weeks, it does not allow you to book an appointment at this location until December, regardless of using cell phone, computer, or via phone. And yet some of the rude women that work here want to have attitudes and argue about it and try show you their phone to prove to you that you can book, and imply that youre using the wrong website. A whole line of people down the hallway who could not book an appointment aren’t lying. In addition, they do not enforce the Peace of Mind program as stated on their corporate website, and want to argue that as well. VIP Care for pregnant women and seniors? Ha! Wish my insurance would allow me to go somewhere else. As if being pregnant during a pandemic isn’t hard enough. I have been here twice now over the last 3 weeks and received the same service both times. The only person to exhibit kindness to me was Amanda, thank you Amanda.

Went to appt, they said they didnt receive slip that was faxed from my Dr. Would not check with my Dr office. Sent me home. I have trouble getting there, am 84 yrs old and was fasting for test. I am diabetic and felt lightheaded. Staff NOT HELPFUL. Sent me away, told me to reschedule. RUDE, UNCARING, UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Went in this afternoon as a walk-in. Only waited maybe 10 minutes at best.I was so nervous since I had been to a different location 4 weeks prior. Thankfully I had Latisha take my blood. What a pro!! didnt hurt a bit. She was so nice and calming. Thank you Latisha for making my experience a good one. I know people comment about the phones, they are answered by a call center. No reflection on this location what so ever!

I had to sit in line for 1 hour to get tested for Covid - 19, but when they called me, it was fast & easy. The lab is nice & clean.

A fantastic experience. Made an appointment online, got there literally a minute before my scheduled time, and as soon as I sat down, they called my name. The tech that handled my testing was super friendly and efficient. Everybody that complains about wait times probably isnt making an appointment.

They are rude. They apparently don’t do walkins after 12 which they shouldn’t let people do it online or at least have a sign up on the door to tell you that. They had the doors locked before 3 and no one came out to inform people they aren’t taking anyone else.

As a medical lab, you would expect they should at least know how to wear a face mask correctly and how to draw blood, but they dont!! Just a bunch of unprofessional people working there. Very bad experience.

Three strikes and you’re out. Billing issues, scheduling problems, unpleasant staff. I won’t be back.

Updated June 30th 2021 115pmAlthough weekends here always seem busy, you can call the telephone number here and pick the date, location, and time to your liking. I usually make my appointments between Tues to Thurs, and I never ever have a problem with wait time because they honor your appointment time here. Its better to take 60 seconds on the phone and set up an appointment then come in as a walk in. Im not really sure whats up with some of the negative reviews on here as I dont feel like its fair to the sweet and honest hard working girls here. Dont be lazy call and make an appointment and you wont have to wait as a walk in its that simple. For the young lady that helped me today I hope the owners see this and buy you dinner or a gift card. You were a gem! Today was smooth and easy A plus!!!!

If i could give this place no stars i would horrible customer service horrible people working there . Two black woman in the front are horrible and the manager is disgusting and rude . They are under staffed and blame it on the patients

I had an 8:30 am appointment waited about 5 mins to get helped super friendly people and got in and out quickly. It is on the 2nd floor of the building. I would always schedule an appointment on Saturday mornings because it was 8:30 am and there was almost an hour and a half wait time for walk ins. Overall this was a great experience. Definitely recommend

Just want to thank the two kind young ladies (phlebotomists ) who helped my 16 year old son who has a needle phobia go through with his blood work. They were patient and stayed with him for as long as it took and they were not giving up until he decided to do it. They kept him at ease the entire time. Patient kind gentle and professional.

I called the Babylon location 3 times and was hung up on the first time. The second time I was left on hold for a while. The 3rd time no one answered. I just wanted to know if they received my script from my doctor before I wasted a trip. Horrible customer service!!!

Did the preregistration for walk in. The website let me do it and said I had to be there in 10 mins. I rush on over and the woman there says “no we’re not doing any more of those.” Ok? Then why did it let me do it and make me come all the way here.

Don’t come here without an appointment. Walk in wait is an hour. Next closest is in W Babylon on Main Street. Need another store in area. This one services too wide an area.

Usually dont ever write reviews, but I have been trying to get in touch with the Babylon office for days! Only an automated system that can not help me. They never gave my Insurance card back when I went for blood and I need to check if it is there before I waste time going down there, but no one answers the phone and their mailbox is full??!!!!

I waited hours at this location and was then met by rude staff as well as cut on line by another girl who just walked in even know I was next on the board, staff allowed her too freely. I have difficulty speaking and the staff bullied me and rolled there eyes when I tried to communicate with them. Also, it has been a month and I still have not received my results that should have been done in three days. I tried to call, email, fax but there is no live person to talk to only an automated machine.

I walked in at 11:15. I guess there is some change of shifts. So no one was taken for over 30 minutes. We had to sit and wait as another tech went to his car. I waited for over an hour.The one in Huntington is proficient and doesn’t work on “well my shift is almost over so I’m going to not take a patient for 20 minutes”As a company. There should be a conversation with staff when a shift ends and begins. So completely unprofessional.Will never return.

I have been there a number of times. A wonderful expierance they are friendly and sweet. I have small veins but she gets the job done, I was in and out.

Ive waited 2 weeks for bloodwork! Cant speak with a human! Doctor cant even get a person to speak with about bloodwork!Worst place ever! Its a factory with zero ability to communicate! Authorities should do something about this place

I was very impressed. They were quick and efficient and very nice.

Waited 5 min as a walk in. Been putting this blood test off for weeks due to my fear of needles but I can honestly say this was the first blood draw I had where I didn’t feel anything (not even the needle going in). Great work by phlebotomist Victor.

I would highly recommend this quest office.... get treated very professional the techs are very pleasant.....never a long wait... a clean office as well....

Brought my son for a blood test. I was able to get right in and get the test done. There was no receptionist but the phlebotomist did the paperwork and then drew the blood. I was in and out within 15 minutes maximum. I believe it was an off time at around 2pm. I have seen some negative reviews and I believe peoples’ perceptoon and expectations in healthcare have become unrealistic. My experience was 5 Star. Thank you Babylon Quest. Keep up the good work.

The worst customer service ever!! I am 85 years old and I needed clarification on instructions for taking a home sample. I phoned the numbers I had and it was one menu after another after another. I could not speak to anyone. Phoned a friend to check the internet for more info. She found more phone numbers and only one, in Kansas, was answered by a human. She was also unable to help and hung up. After two hours, I finally phoned a friend who took me down to their offices where, unfortunately, an innocent employee took the wrath of my anger and criticism. I have become a negative sphere of influence for this laboratory and will never recommend them to anyone!

Worst service ever. Never going back there. Very unkind and unprofessional. The office is like a funeral home. Everyone looks so zombi-ish. Try somewhere else.

Unprofessional and very annoying when you call them because you have to talk with a computer and you can’t ask questions. (Not that their staff would know the answers in the first place)
