Machines in office to make sign in easy and fast. You scan your license and insurance card and instantly set appointment for right then. Helpful staff friendly even when dealing with difficult customers. Even with 3 customers before me I was out in 15-20 minutes

Not sure what’s going on but I’m tired of having to return to the lab due to incorrect labeling leading to the incorrect tests, not delivery results to my doctor, and tests not ran in general yet requested on the paper. Please pay attention to what you’re doing. Just like you we have responsibilities that need to be tended to.

Awful location. Very busy intersection one way in one way out of the parking lot, which was almost completely filled(be prepared to look for parking) . If you miss the turn into the very busy parking lot it will take a least 6 mins to get back on the side of the intersection where you can turn into the facility again.Parking lot has no side walks or places for pedestrians to walk into building safely (hold your childrens hand in this parking lot because there are a lot of cars).The neighborhood is a maze not many places to make utuns and when you do have a chance becarefull because its a very busy street.

Awful… they have lost my lab results once and have lost my paperwork multiple times.

Was in and out in 10 mins for blood work. Staff was friendly, painless, and hassle free. Would recommend!

I have been coming here for my last 3 pregnancies for routine lab work& they’re usually good at doing what they have to do, get you in/ out, not too much wait etcBut the only phlebotomist that knows what she’s doing is Latoya! She’s so gentle, she’s in/out with the needle with no pain! & I never bruise with her.Anyone else (2 previous bad experience when she was not there or busy) my arm was hurting & I had black/ blue for a couple of daysLaToya you’re so awesome & I appreciate what you do! Next time if she’s not there I’m rescheduling!!The 4 starts are all for her !!

I have been here 4 times. Usually, I wait approximately 10 minutes and they call me for lab tests. I definitely recommend this place.

When I first got to Labcorp the person was on their personal phone did not look up when the chime for the door tells them someone is there. They point to where you check in. After waiting for over 45 minutes with no guidance or anyone telling you a wait time I get called to the receptionist desk. Gave them the rest of the information needed. 15 minutes later I’m told they can’t help me. When I asked why did I have to sit and wait for basically nothing she tells me if we checked everyone’s paperwork they would be there all day. So it’s better for them to have a customer wait and tell them they can’t help. During this unprecedented time of COVID-19 waiting in a small waiting room with 6 other people can be LIFE THREATENING if someone there has COVID-19. I went to another lab and got my test done. THANK YOU LABCORP for wasting my time and putting me in a dangerous situation. The other lab got all my information in the beginning like they should have. That labs receptionist said we get all your information in the beginning because you can sometimes sit for 2 hours waiting we don’t want to waste your time. Thank you SUNRISE LABS for all your help that LABCORP could not do. Looking at the reviews I see I’m not the only person. More 1 stars than anything else keep up the good work LABCORP. If I could LABCORP would have gotten an 0 star rating for my experience.

This place is a joke theres no space for social distancing and the wont allow you to wait in the hallway because the office manager wont allow it! There is literally 9 people waiting no social distancing back lab door open not HIPPA COMPLIANT! THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE!!!!

Went here today. Too many people in the waiting room. Front desk person was rude. Wouldnt let me finish a question before telling me to sign in. People skills lacking.

Had an appointment at 7:30, and there was another gentleman who had an appointment at 7am , no one showed up until 7:50... walking in with no sense of urgency with a smoke in hand and no apologies..

Awesome... I did the electronic check in from my phone, so when I got there I didn’t have to wait .... my 3 year old son was terrified but they made the experience so calming and comforting.... the nurse was amazing! My son left happy. Very thankful! Highly recommend.

The lady at the front desk was so impersonal. Not a good morning or a hello. All throw she was the only one who was there it seems that she needed help to get everyone in and out in a timely manner. I will be going to a other LabCorp next time.

I have been here many times. Today was the best. I was in and out within 25 minutes. This was because my blood test was written wrong and my physician had to be contacted. I am extremely satisfied.

Extremely caring location. They were able to calm my 7 year old down who was traumatized by another labcorp in Lindenhurst. They found my daughters vein swiftly and it was pain free to obtain a few veils of blood. Will return next year...Thank you Staff.

Nice staff and lab to go to and have you blood drawn, Lab Corp is the best!!!Totally recommended it ...

They speak to people as if they were animals, they spend hours and do not attend to others the only ones who are friendly are those who speak Spanish the others do not help the elderly to check in

I was visiting NY from Florida and I did not have my script for blood work. It came from my Dr office but the script was illegible. Latoya in the Babylon office was a big help. She called my Dr. office and got the information she needed. She was very friendly and efficient.

The electronic check-in should be by the front door or outside the door. I had an appointment at 10:30. I checked in at 10:20 at the machine. By 10:45 I went to the front desk to check out what was going on. The obviously annoyed person working the desk could not even be bothered to make eye contact with me and asked for my paperwork.The place is is obviously busy as most labs are. Why bother making an appointment if the keep you waiting an hour regardless.

Made an appointment for 1:15. They have 2 employees working. One is doing paperwork and the other is out to lunch. Now, they are supposed to close for lunch so Id like to know why they are taking lunch during normal business hours. Theres still someone ahead of me.

I like the staff, never had a problem before like other places. We only have one car so its difficult for us to get to appointments on time, love that at least Mondays are open till six. One of the female nurses there is absolutely amazing. She treats like a human being and we actually have nice conversations together. Not to mention the most important part is whenever she takes my blood its always 1 time, its never more then just one stick and it doesnt even hurt cause she doesnt have dig around for the vein. The old lab corp I went to in lindenhurst was awful. Few choice nurses or desk receptionists would give a tude every now and then. But the nurses there were terrible majority of the time I would get stuck tops 5 times and they still wanted to proceed. They blamed me for having bad veins from scar tissue. Then it was I didnt drink enough meanwhile I always had a drink with me for my kidney transplant. My favorite excuse was that my arms are to cold so I worse a sweater in 90 degree heat and they still couldnt get my blood work done. There was one young man who was able to get the task done and quickly but of course he was barely there and never had a perminate schedule. Babylon lab corp is so much better by far

This place is disgusting when I went back to get my bloodwork done. The room was filthy with needles on the floor. DO NOT GO HERE!

Let me start off by saying that Blood work is always a nightmare for me. It seems that no one can ever find a vein. THANK GOD for Debbie at Labcorp! Not only was there Zero wait- but she was able to find a vein with no problem and zero pain. Didnt feel a thing! She was so Kind and a master at drawing Blood! Thank you Debbie! I will be referring anyone i can to come see you :)

The woman that work at the front desk is beyond rude. She has zero patient or social skills and should not be employed in this establishment if she lacks in these areas. On a Saturday morning, my prescription has expired three days priors and she couldn’t find my prior running order and said it was never brought it yet I have been getting bloodwork for 6 months. Then I asked her to call the doctor for a new rx. In a conceited tone she replied, “you can call your doctors office yourself on a Saturday to try to get a new rx.” I have been working in the medical field for several years and I have never seen people make patients call for prescriptions on their own. This is horrid behavior. I called my doctors and they faxed it three times yet the office said they never received it. I waited over an hour for a 3 minute exam.

Rude front desk worker.

I’d leave no stars but google doesn’t allow no stars! This place is horrible! The big rude woman who sits in the front, ignores the fact your standing by window, and asks five minutes later rudely! “What you standing for?” What we pay in today’s world for healthcare, this woman needs to check herself. How do you hire RUDE ppl, you have your job cause I’m here! YOU’re WELCOME! PS two people working (one not very hard) and 6 people waiting! Hellhole.

Latoya is great! But the wait is just soooo long.

This place is terrible. The staff is incompetent .. No one at the front desk should be employed. Their digital sign is process is also a waste of time since they want you to sign a paper at the front desk or they will never call your name and you will never be seen (be aware it says nothing about signing in at the front desk but tells you to sign in at the digital kiosk ONLY then when complete tells you to wait in a seat because your sign in is complete). The fact I had to get an attitude with the staff after waiting 75 min after arriving for my appointment is a testament how bad LabCorp and this location is.

I went for bloodwork and they only ran one thyroid hormone which means I have to go for more blood work some where else because of this mistake. they did the same thing to my husband
