I had to fo into the ER last week 3/16. I dealt with both day and night shift as well as ancillary services and don’t have a single complaint. Everyone acted professional with a human side. Prompt care and was kept informed. I highly recommend this ER

I’ve never been one for leaving comments but this I must. I just got home from going here, had a wonderful experience. From the moment I entered till I left everyone one did a remarkable job, very caring, thoughtful and informative. A big Thank You and God Bless to everyone working here!

I had a good experience. I was in and out. Everyone was nice and there was no wait.

The entire staff was incredibly kind and understanding. I’ve never had a pleasant experience at an ER due to poor staff. As unhappy as I was to be at an ER in the first place I am glad we chose this one!

I just want to start off with a big thank you to all of the nurses and doctors who work here. This is honestly the first good experience I have personally had at an emergency room. Every nurse that was caring for me this morning was fabulous and very thoughtful.My husband was in this emergency room as well and had a very pleasant experience. So with that being said this all in all is the best local emergency room you can go to. The nurses seem to love there job and the doctors really try to help you. Advise to the next patients, try not to be so mean even though you might be in pain, they will try there best to help you, let them do there job.Again a huge thank you to all of the doctors and nurses for all of your help!

Horrible horrible ER WAS WAITING FOR 5 hours with a broken toe and never got looked at left to another Er instead 0starts

Dr. Harris is a great doctor. Saw her Saturday for what seemed to be a severe allergic reaction and she was very informative, calming and to the point. The wait was not long, she kept a close eye on me and my situation. Overall the nurses and Dr. Harris were very good, easy to understand and had good bedside manners.

Nurses were fantastic and Dr. Harris did an exceptional job caring for my daughter, and keeping her calm.

This place is trash and the fat doctor with glasses just walks around talking to the female nurses other then doing his job the guy needs a new line of work

Mediocre medical care. Overheard the same staff member complaining to anyone that would listen about her night, while using profanity. Get it together. Id rather go to JPS.
