Fast service, friendly staff! They always make me feel so comfortable. Each step of the way is explained so thoroughly, so nothing is a surprise. This is the place the that other free standing ERs need to model themselves after! From the front desk to Doctors and even the nursing staff, everyone is so professional, courteous and listening you completely. I love that when I walk in and when I leave I know what to expect and how to handle any question I may have when I leave. Thank you all so much! Keep up the great work!!

WOW! I will forever be grateful to this place! i was in a panic, running in with 3 kids (one needed stitches) they took my older 2 boys out in the waiting room, and gave them coloring books, so i could be with my little one! they truly helped me in a frantic situation, medically, and emotionally

$4,000 in the hole all because of an allergic reaction where I only got a prescription written. I guess that’s the price of convenience.

Go to a real ER with REAL Doctors. Went in because I accidentally took too many laxatives and became dehydrated and was throwing up any water I tried to hold down. Wouldnt help me. Ended up going to a real Doctor and he ended up giving me fluids and sent me on my way. Should have been a easy fix if they were certified doctors.

This place is great, I’ve been here three times now and have never had an issue (other than the medical issue I was being seen for). Staff is amazing and friendly, cannot say enough nice things about them. Clean atmosphere and the wait has been nonexistent the three times we’ve been seen. I would HIGHLY suggest making a visit here if needing a medical urgent exam.

SurePoint itself was fine. The first visit this month was great! However, this last visit, Dr. Bailey was on duty & he deserves zero stars.I’ve got chronic pain from 13 surgeries.I was hurting so bad I was crying. I was advised by my medical team to go to ER to get relief. And so I did!I went to SurePoint in Azle & was seen by Dr Bailey. He interrogated me with all my medical issues & medication. He asked who my pain dr was. I told him & he said that my dr can not prescribe narcotics. He then asked if I signed a pain management contract. Of course I did. He said that it’s in my contract that I can’t go to anyone else (including the ER) for narcotics. He asked how many other ER’s have I gone to in the last month! As if I was bouncing from one to another?!?! I said the only one was same place..SurePoint about a month ago. (That first dr was AMAZING!).Dr. Bailey said ER’s are for emergencies only & isn’t a pain management clinic. He accessed my medication records & made me feel like I was lying and abusing narcotics but in the same breath he said he could tell I was in excruciating pain & needed something for relief. He said he’s not trying to be mean. Then why was he so hateful?? The nurse said he’s just trying to get me justice! What in the heck?!?!? I don’t need justice!!! I needed help getting my pain back under control.He has lowered the bar for bedside manners. He has ZERO compassion or understanding of the hell Ive gone through. I’ve been around the block multiple times in/out of hospital & day surgeries & Ive NEVER been treated so horribly & making me cry! Pain has debilitated my life. My integrity & morals were questioned…I definitely don’t appreciate the way I was treated.I’m a medical nightmare. I don’t have a tailbone anymore, I’ve got a cage in my lumbar, I’ve got spinal stenosis, bulging discs & nerve damage….just to name a few of my issues.30 minutes later, I got zofran & morphine. Why was it so difficult to help me with getting relief?!? I’m so upset still from him treating me as if I’m a criminal or an addict.If I didn’t need some sort of relief, I damn sure wouldn’t be wasting my time in the ER!I will NOT return to SurePoint unless I know for a fact Dr. Bailey isn’t on duty.

This place has been truly so nice.We are very thankful for them. I see people leaving bad reviews due to price but you have to realize and have to know that because this is an EMERGENCY center they have a higher charge. They are essentially an ER but a little smaller. They have super friendly staff, great service and amazing southern hospitality. Yes they may be a little more pricy than other Urgant Cares and Care Nows but its not just because they want to or can. They are and EMERGENCY Center.So if I could give them more stars I would. They have been beyond helpful for my fiance (who is the actual patient) and myself (just here to make sure hes okay). Thank you Surepoint EC azle!

Got a covid test on Wednesday. Today is Saturday and still no results. Ive called and nobody knows nothing about anything. Blind leading the blind. Update day 5 and still no test results.

Everyone was very kind, and they were quick to help make me as comfortable as possible.

I went to this place before for a back problem due to a combat service connected disability and they took care of my issues no problem. I went back to them while having an allergic reaction to a bee sting and to my surprise I was told by the front desk that Vets with VA insurance will not be accepted. A place that doesn’t want to care for Vets is not for me. Wish I could give a zero.

My visit was great! I had a bad allergic reaction going on and they helped me out immediately, the staff was super nice and the nurses definitely know what they’re doing (shot-giving skills were great, thank goodness). Overall great experience, and they check up on you after just to make sure everything got better

I love this place! Everyone was knowledgeable, thorough, and very nice. The doctor, Kimberley Vogel, provided excellent care and laid out my options for diagnosis. She spent time going over my treatment. I have never been to an Emergency Care Facility and received this good of care. After all was said and done, the cost was reasonable as well, which is very important as I am self pay. Ill be back!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an ER! The nurse Sharron took great care of us. Dr. Bailey was very competent and kind! Now that I’ve been here I will never go to a different emergency place again. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated quickly and efficiently!

I went on a Sunday and was seen right away. The staff was very friendly, knowledgable, and thorough. They made you feel like they took the time to really figure out the issue.

When I took my daughter to have her big toe stitched, I was impressed. Everyone was kind & we got out in less then an hour. BUT when I received the bill a couple of months later, OMG! 8 stitches and back again to have them taken out, cost 23,856.53. That’s over 23 thousand dollars! After insurance I now owe almost 5 thousand. That is still a lot of $$ for 8 stitches. I even asked about how much it might be but the receptionist said she didn’t know. Please be aware of such price gouging. If I would have known, I would have never gone there.

Absolutely do not go here for any reason. Got attacked by a pit bull.. 45 min stay and a tetanus shot: $20k charge and after insurance I owe $8k. This place is out of network for all insurance. Just go to the ER.

Highly recommend Surepoint (used to be Complete Care) ER for emergency needs like burns, breaks, cuts etc. There is no wait! The doctors, nurses and staff are so nice, and the environment is comfortable instead of that cold emergency room feel. They are awesome for kids!!

I went in about a month or so ago because I was in excruciating pain, come to find out I had two kidney stones. They got me back fast, were so sweet and helpful, and did everything they could to help with the pain. I will never go anywhere else and I highly recommend this place!

I went in for a kidney stone. I wasnt even there 2 hours!! I received one iv, a cat scan and two pain medicine injections. This place charged my insurance $50k!!! I had a son in the NICU and it was even half that. I have been charged for seven ivs and the cat scan was almost $13k!! Just to walk in was almost $10k!! I will be telling everyone I know not to go this place that they are better off driving a few extra minutes to a real hospital that will not gouge the insurance this much or patient!! These people are crooks for charging this much!!

Went there today and the staff was so caring and helpful. Had Bronchitis and received the help I needed.

Wonderful experience when I came in to be treated as a patient. I came in for severe abdominal pain that I had been experiencing for a few days. Everyone from the front desk(Lacey), nurse(Rae), Radiology Tech(Latisha) and Doctor(Dr. Opella and Dr. Vogel) were all very attentive to my needs. I ended up needing to have emergency surgery the same day and they handled all the paperwork to get me transferred to Baylor All Saints Fort Worth as quickly as possible. I had my surgery within hours after leaving Surepoint ER and was on my way to feeling better in no time. Thank you for the outstanding care I received. I recommend this facility to all my friends and family. They also have 3 other locations in the DFW area that I recommend to my friends/family.

I live in Burleson, many, many miles away, but went there in the hopes that my regular PCP was working. Nevertheless, Dr. Cimino and his staff delivered a world-class experience, and I very much appreciate them. Unless I am having a heart attack and need to get some place in minutes, I will continue my long road trips to get to this ER again.Revised review. I went back to this ER again, for the same issue. Excruciating pain in my lower back, radiating to my right testicle. Doctor Bailey pulled up my state database for opiates, and implied that I was abusing them. I had a broken ankle last month and was prescribed Vicodin for the pain. He refused to treat me. He told me that as the director of the ER, he would take action against Dr. Cimino for my previous visit, where I was cared for compassionately. When we left the exam room, I offered to let him pass first, and he said You go first, Id never let you get behind me... What kind of Doctor says that to a patient?

Highly recommended! The care my son received was 10/10. The nurses (Nancy and a male colleague, didnt catch the name) and Dr. Vogel were SO kind and patient with my son. I loved that Dr. Vogel took the time to educate both myself and my husband on not only the diagnosis itself (via flipbook photos, etc.), but treatment options and even future issues that we could run into. Very attentive to patients needs. Youre in very good hands here!
