I called for an appointment for Friday morning on Wednesday morning. Kim assured me that someone would call me back. I called again Wednesday afternoon and she assured me again. There was never a return call had to go else where. I am a great tipper being a waitress most of my life and find it hard to believe they didn’t want to help me with a color and cut. Been looking for a new stylist for a while now. They just lost a repeat customer!

I recently moved to Azle. The owner Kimberly is a sweetheart. Linda does the most amazing cap & frost (like I remember from my high school days). I came in like a wall flower and walked out with a lot of sparkle. Even the customers are so friendly ☺️. This place is a gem 💎.

I made this rating after being at an event you had. I based my review on the shop itself and seeing one of the ladies with her client. I understand the building is old, however, it did not feel overly clean to me and the lady with her customer was not very professional and i was rather turned off by her. You obviously have a large happy following and i am very glad for you. I also never saw the note you left..it never let me know i had a message. I would have been glad to give you the above information. I also have no idea what Google points are. I also didnt seek out google to put in a review for you. It happened to pull up when i was home, along with other businesses i have been to. And yes, i gave a high rate for the beauty shop i go to. I rated them appropriately for my overall impression as well as being their customer for many years. Im only responding because a friend sent me where you blasted my name in a rant. I just wanted to acknowledge that. You can call me names and talk bad about me all you want, however, as a business owner, i would be careful how you handle criticism. Having a tantrum in your public and personal areas is truly not professional.

Go!! Do not be fooled by the appearance of the shop. Its a small town. Ask for Christina- you will never let anyone else touch your familys hair. She is a genius and master stylist. Super sweet lady, and makes the experience fun! Cant say enough good things about her. We used to live in Plano and would drive the hour plus to get to Christina. Shes worth it.

Always a pleasant and friendly atmosphere and employees are AWESOME!! They know how to cut hair the way you want it done. Most places dont do it the way you want it this place listens to you and how you want it done. A definite place to go for a great haircut and great conversation to boot...

I read a review from a woman and I can’t believe she said all of that. This person said it TURNED HER OFF! Those words used are very unprofessional words. I was charged $5 more than my mom paid for the same razor cut only 4 days later with same stylist

I came in with a difficult color need for my daughter who has severe social anxiety issues. Every woman in the place was so so sweet! A breath of fresh air compared to another Azle business we had just left. They made my daughter feel welcome and comfortable. And if that wasn’t enough, Lauren turned a dye tragedy into a beautiful color and an experience that puts a rare smile on my daughter’s face. Thank you, Lauren!!

Kimberly and staff are amazing! They are friendly, fair prices, amazing with hair, and you are treated like family. I would definitely recommend!
